Manager was AMAZING. So helpful and sweet. Wasn’t able to fix a wardrobe box in my car but thankful management was able to assist.me. They’re Low on supplies but very cleaned and friendly environment.

I chose this storage facility for one reason which was the price. I was originally going to go back to Public Space or some other major brand. Now that I’m at the facility the former property manager left abruptly and before he left and before I moved in he gave me another unit to move in rather than what was given to me online so no questions asked I went with it. Now that he’s gone and a new person (Dawn) is in his spot she’s trying to make me pay a higher rate than I originally agreed because she said it was given to me in error and I’ve now been there for 3 months. Since it’s not my fault I don’t think I should have to do either of those things and they should just call it a wash because of their screw up. Also I could have gone to a major brand who’s outdoor facility is clean where I don’t have to sweep trash and leaves from my unit door every time I visit, has pest control and me not have to treat the spiders and lizards that has ran from my unit when I let up the door, and at least have a phone number in their contact us section instead of typing a memo knowing that you won’t hear from anyone.They say the cheap way out isn’t always the best way out and I see what they mean by that because I should have kept my things at public storage or went to Extra Space instead.

Needed a storage space quickly and this location was perfect. Eric Taylor was extremely helpful and took care of things in the most professional manner. The site was clean, secure, and easily accessible.

Rude, rude, rude. The person working at the counter was horrible. First, she made us wear masks but she did not wear a mask. Second she was condescending. Third, she said she would have a cart at the front door and she did not. Not a good experience at all. I believe the employee should get a job where she doesnt deal with customers. Rental space was nothing special.

Just got a unit yesterday. Had a great experience here. Affordable, and easy to access. The man who runs the facility is awesome. Always answers the phone (I took a few days to actually make it in there), and is very prompt.

I’ve had two units for several years and the service and attention has always been great. The current site manager Eric is very good with communication and extremely polite.

Insanely awful service. Ive been trying to rent a unit from them for nearly 2 weeks. Ive gone in person and nobody is there. Ive called and nobody answers. Ive even witnessed them DISCONNECT THE PHONE LINE when trying to call again. Ive been told information only to be told different information by different employees. This place is a joke, a scam, and a circus in every definition of the word. PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. The automated responses to bad reviews mean nothing and this business is just taking up space at this point.

At the location I chose, Eric Taylor displayed excellent costumer service and gave me the best deal possible.

I like the facility. The area is clean. The front desk support is available during regular hours. The kiosk is impossible and inaccessible for Deaf customers, especially the live chat. Theres no captions. I had to hang up and wait for the front desk support to be present.

Used to be a great place...Now it is 100% self service through what looks like an ATM type of machine. All of the friendly and helpful staff are gone.

The manager Mr. Taylor is top notch. His customer service is above board and he keeps a clean and safe facility.

I booked a rental truck a few days ago. I went USA Storage Center to pick it up this morning by using U-Haul app (I always do it without problem in other places) but there was no truck and the location was closed. Don’t trust them, your plans might be messed up by them because it looks like they don’t have a business responsibility and ethic. Choose a different location if you look for a rental truck.

Don was extremely helpful getting our second unit to use. This facility is easy to access, safe, clean & well taken care of. Thank you for making our move much easier!I agree that the doors need some type of doorstop; almost impossible to use by yourself.And this is for the Tullahoma store.

My business has used this facility in the last 3 years multiple times. I could use any storage facility around and there are many to choose from. But I choose this location because I like to do business with honest, ethical professionals. Don the facility manager in Tullahoma TN is the only reason I use this facility and keep coming back. Very awesome customer service, Eric was very helpful and informative and very kind. I definitely recommend to anyone.

Basically nice facility. When I joined several years ago, management was very responsive, but current management is useless.Simple requests like asking for permission for access off hours are met with excuses that on site management cannot do this, but he will check with someone who has the authority. Nothing comes of this. Other facilities hire managers competent to make a decision like this.For over a year, door stops to hold doors open have not been functional, mandating the need to have s second person to help, or using a nearby potted plant to hold it open, at the suggestion of management. Or he will buy a wedge to hold door open, which has never happened. Both options are silly solutions to an easily solved problem: FIX THE DAMN DOORSTOPS. “Not safe” says current incompetent management. I will continue to advise friends to rent elsewhere until competent management is hired here. There are many other options, and I plan to pursue one soon unless changes are made here.

Everything is fine, but if you dont fill the gas back, they are gonna charge you way more than the actual amount with a surcharge! I drove for 12-14 miles and I was charged almost $18 extra.

Ive had no issues there. I have one climate control unit and one drive up not climate control for several years and no problems.

Best place in Atl. Paul Berg was the nicest GM I ever met.

They are awesome, courteous, and friendly. Def my first choice.

This site does not allow boat parking and site need to be updated.
