We were looking at these units to store a small trailer. Tiffany was super helpful in allowing us to look at several open units so we could take exact measurements of the door opening etc. in order to determine which unit would work best. Additionally, Tiffany takes pride in making sure the units are clean and the property is safe. She made us feel at ease about storing our trailer at the property.

Tiffany was excellent! She is the property manage there, she made sure she accommodated our need and time. Very patient and flexible, she made our move in seamless, we truly appreciate it!

Well I went to public storage to pay on my space and the lady was so nice and kind and patient with me and what I had a problem she listened and the other customer he was nice also they can see I had something on my mind so he said go ahead and let her talk and when I left I had peace in my heart when you find peoples like that with a caring heart to listen to someone elses problem thats a godsend blessing have a blessed day I hope you experience as much joy as I did when I visit public storage on 1057 memorial drive I think it was after 2pm have a blessed day

Units are very dirty and not climate controlled. Items were filthy after being in the unit. It’s as if someone took a blower and intentionally blew debris in the unit. Customer service is lacking…including the manager. I paid my monthly fee and was told that I hadn’t. They accused me of lying until I emailed my bank statement to corporate. There is one friendly attendant. If you don’t get her, prepare for no greeting and very rude responses. Wish the experience had been better. The location is so convenient!

I attempted to reserve a unit online. The first available date was for tomorrow but I needed one today. Since I was close by I drove by the facility to make sure the size of the unit was appropriate. Darius, the manager, showed me the size of the unit and assisted me with completing my reservation. He even was able to assist with getting my reservation moved up to today and went through every detail of the contract. I am so happy I chose this facility as Darius helped me to solve my storage issue in a flash. Great customer service.

My husband and I had a very stressful day planned, what with moving out of my office of 20 years, racing to beat the closing attorney tommorrow with the movers all day today, and when we got there, the movers informed us that wed not gotten a large enough space. Tiffany worked her magic and within minutes had us transferred to a larger unit with ZERO fuss or delay! She walked us back to the unit to make sure it checked out and subtracted just a little bit of the anxiety of the day with her cheerful demeanor and willingness to go out of her way on annoying last minute changes like ours without showing any irritation. Overpriced and their website advertises that they have inside units - they do not. I had my furniture stored here from March - October and had to replace my queen bed set because bugs had ate through it! They claim to have pest services come out -- but clearly not enough to the point where they damaged my furniture. Additionally, the roof had fallen in and had the presence of mold.Mind you I had the largest unit there, paying $262/mo, and when I reached out to the manager to gain some resolve; he did nothing. Moral of the story, DO NOT RENT HERE. Go to another storage that atleast has inside units to protect your belongings, preferably another company altogether.

Shenitha was super nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. She helped us through the whole storage unit rental process. As soon as I made my reservation online she called to confirm a time and was super friendly and accommodating. As soon as we arrived she greeted us and asked what we would be storing and offered to show us around the property and show us various unit sizes before we decided which size we wanted to rent. Once we decided she explained the whole process, showed us how to work all of the locks and codes, explained the contract, etc. The whole process was super transparent. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone! Shenitha is so kind and helpful!

I visited the Memorial Drive location and purchased some boxes. I was greeted at the door by a lovely young lady named Kisha. She was pleasant and very knowledgeable about the products and services inquired about. To whom it may concern, the person that hired that young lady did an awesome job. #shesalooker I will definitely be back

Super convenient location, and great deal for the area. Lots of ground floor spaces, many with garage doors. All the spaces I saw were super clean, and the leasing process was easy. Elaine was super helpful, friendly and easy to work with.

Met with Tyesha Wise today and she was so understanding about my needs. She let me know the specials and promos. Told her I was interested in a smaller unit with a promotion. Tyesha set me up a reservation for a different location with a cheaper price and was not far. She directed me a different store with the directions. This young lady was very helpful.

The staff was very helpful, especially Seth. The facility has a convenient location and easy access. However, the units have no electricity in them so be sure to bring your own light source (I didnt know this until after I had signed the agreement). Also it looked like someone has attempted to break into some of the interior units (the type with a swing door) as they were bent out at the tops. Insect and rodent control is excellent.I would recommend a roll-up door unit at this facility for a short storage duration but not for extended storage because the units are not climate controlled, there is no electricity, and rent is increased every year regardless of what market price is at the time so it gets quite expensive.

The manage is a black lady she is very unprofessional she always gave me a hard time everytime I came. She charged me for a month that I was no longer there which was on my credit. And told me she don’t know how to take it off. When I moved my stuff out she gave my movers a hard time as well. She always complained how she have to go get her kids and she can’t help us and she said the manager is never there and she wish he would be here because so she can do her job and stop doing his part. Seth and Ava have been very helpful during the time Ive had my unit at this location. I lost they keys to my unit and they were very quick to come up with a solution to solve the dilemma. I made an appointment the previous day so when i got there Seth already had a unit reserved for me. He was extremely easy to work with in getting paperwork and whatnot taken care of quickly and I even got to ride a golf cart to check out the space. I definitely had the most positive storage rental experience thanks to this convenient location and Seth being so helpful.

I got wonderful service at this location. Seth really helped me out he held my online reservation cause I didnt have everything to get started I thank him for that, so I went in Monday 13th got my reservation sent up that I did online. It was fast and easy,the young lady working with me that day showed me great professional skills this location will be on my recommendation list.

On Monday May 4th 2015, rented a storage unit from a gentleman named Seth. Seth was very clear and upfront with every charge, rule or regulation associated with my unit. Seth was very informative and intelligent concerning my move. He was knowledgeable about the size, shape, height, width, and length of my furniture as well as how they would fit in the unit. Highly recommended facility. Highly recommended employee.
