Bulldog Movers came out and helped us load our truck for a move we were making. I have to say they went out of their way to make sure we were pleased. All went great, from setting up the appointment with Glenn, to working with Dorothy to get the loaders scheduled and out to the house, to working with CJ and his team getting the truck loaded. Joe and his team were true professionals. It took 6 men only 4 hours to load, haul, and unload over 15k pounds of household goods with no damages. Mind you this was also in June in Atlanta so temperatures were in the 90s. Couldn’t have received a better crew. Reasonably priced and local so that was a huge plus for us. Highly recommend!

Our crew consisted of Mike, Brandon, and James (Grandaddy) and they were top notch! Anyone who has ever moved knows how physically difficult it is. These gentlemen made it seem like the funnest day they had ever had. They laughed, sang, joked, and smiled through the entire two day process. They also worked non-stop. They didnt stop for lunch, they never stopped to rest...from the time they arrived at 1100 until the time they left at 1730, they worked. My husband and I were treated so respectfully and our belongings were wrapped and protected and handled with care. Day two of the move was the same as day 1. I know the men must have been tired, but you would never have known. They were just amazing in every way. I cannot find anything to fuss about. The price was comparable to other high quality movers but Glenn and Mike looked for ways to save us money without compromising the care of our belongings. The Bulldog team certainly exceeded our expectations and I would hire them again without hesitation (although I hope we dont move again for a very long time!!)!!!

We used Bulldog Movers to move locally from one house to another as well as have them pack up our house prior to moving. They were great! They sent confirmation texts the day before, arrived promptly, and packed perfectly- not one single item was broken when we arrived.The movers also were prompt, communicated well, and worked VERY hard getting everything in its correct place.Glenn came and quoted us prior to the move and quoted accurately with a buffer just in case- we ended up coming in under the estimate which was reasonable and we were pleasantly surprised.I would definitely recommend Bulldog Movers, and use them again!

**UPDATE** Within 24 hours of writing this review, a representative reached out to me to discuss the issues experienced with the move and try to find a way to make it right. The gentleman I spoke to was very professional, empathetic, and problem-solving oriented. Beyond apologizing for some of the issues (really all I expected (at most)), the company offered to waive some of the travel time incurred because of the move being broken over multiple day. While the initial experience was not ideal, I really appreciate and respect a company that concerns itself with the feedback of it customers. Based on the positive experience of today, Ive increased my overall perception and rating of them.We originally scheduled a move for a Saturday about two weeks before our closing. The movers were supposed to arrive between 9-10am. The weather was very bad (rain/high winds), and the front office called around 8:30 stating that the movers didn’t want to work and asked if we could reschedule, which we did - no problems there as I (a) don’t want anyone slipping & falling, (b) don’t want any of my stuff damaged.The trouble started on the reschedule date. I was told that the movers would arrive between 9-10am. At 10:30am I called the office and was told that they should be there shortly. At 11am, a gentleman called me to tell me that they would not be coming because of the weather (we were under a tornado watch). Again, I understand not wanting to risk safety, but the lack of communication meant that I basically wasted my morning (having to take the day off of work).The front office rescheduled the move for the next day, with the team again scheduled to arrive between 9-10am. The weather was forecasted to be fine until 2-3pm, so there should have been ample time to complete the move. The team finally arrived at 11:30 (again, no call to let me know that they were delayed). They were able to load the truck before the rain started and informed me that they would have to finish the following day. When I got to the house, I saw that the door to the basement had been left wide open as heavy rain was still falling. Fortunately, it’s I’m fished and there was no major water damage.To their credit, the team was on time for the delivery and worked quickly to unload everything. However, I was charged for the extra time (including travel) despite it being Bulldog’s fault that the move bled into two days.I want to be objective here, so I will say that the movers were friendly and worked quickly. That being said, the most disappointing part of the entire experience was what I found after they packed our old house. I left a SEALED envelope addressed to a cleaner that was coming prior to closing. The envelope was clearly addressed to the cleaning company - i.e. not blank and was put in a cupboard (that had nothing in it needing to be packed). The envelope had been opened, but thankfully we wrote a check, which had been left. The moving team were the only people in the house during the time that I left it and found it opened.

These guys were amazing from start to finish. The guy that quoted my move, Glenn, was knowledgeable and super easy to work with. The crew that showed up (there were 4 of them) were extremely nice, on time, and got me moved in less than the quoted time. They took care of my stuff like it was their own. It was a super easy process from the quote, paying, and actual moving. No hidden fees and I would recommend them to anyone. I’ll be calling them again next time!

This was my first time using a moving company and I was a bit nervous. Glenn from Bulldogs sales team was always available and quick to respond with any questions I had. On move day I couldnt have had a better crew - Patrick, Lavonte and Dominque were awesome! They wrapped my furniture well so it stayed clean and protected throughout the move. I had a large curio cabinet and after watching how they protected it my mind was at ease the cabinet would arrive without any broken glass. They worked quickly and efficiently at both ends of the move. I couldnt have been more pleased with the overall experience and thank Bulldog Movers for providing us with great service.

Despite having issues with the moving team. Their office staff and customer service team was quick to correct damages and their follow through on the matter was great. I would use them again, just because I know if anything did happen during my move they would take care of it in the end.

The process to book was easy. Payment was easy. I had THE BEST crew!!!! All of them introduced themselves upon arrival, walk thru and took great care of my antiques. I had my truck in storage for 2 days...so I called the office to ensure I had the same crew come back and unload, please they would be the same guys. Not a ding or dent in walls or furniture. Moving out of your home after 17 years...these guys had me laughing the entire time. It made the move so much less stressful. Cant thank this company and their employees enough!!!?

Very knowledgeable and helpful from pricing through scheduling and the actual move. We had Mike, James and Sam, they treated my entire family including my mother in-law like we were related. They took time to make sure everything that needed to get packed and wrapped was handled carefully. We have used several companies before using them and will call them first next time.

NEW as of 6/18: Bulldog responded to a call I left. Asked for additional details… talked about possible compensation… said they would be back in touch. That was one week ago. Liz Renfroe was cc’ed on all communications. Check your system again instead of trying to save face on this forum.STAY AWAY if you actually hope for movers to show up.I signed a contract for a local move about 7 weeks in advance. 8 movers, 2 trucks, 10 hours. Total estimate of $4k.Service was great ahead of time. We texted with questions and they always answered.Moving day comes- and they are a no-show.Literally- no one showed up. We called and were told they couldn’t put together a 4-man team, let alone 8 movers.We scrambled to make a big move by ourselves.So, if you actually want the movers you hire to show up, choose someone else.

I am the owner of DJ Antiques in White Pine,Tn for over 20 years I have traveled to England and purchased furniture for my shop which I have shipped to me in 40ft containers. In July of last year my container was picked by customs for inspection it was then sent to the certified warehouse that customs uses but because my container was full of Antiques the warehouse wouldnt unload it for the inspection that left my broker with no choice but to gire an outside company to come in and unload my container. That company was Bulldog movers. When my container arrive and the for was opened on it I was in complete shock it looked as if my furniture was just there in there there was over 5,000 dollars in damage and some of the furniture wasnt fixable at all . My furniture had been unwrapped and the cardboard had just been there into the front of the trailer instead of wrapped on the furniture where it was. I payed this company 3200 dollars to unload and reload my property and the job they did was horrible and unacceptable. I have tried contacting them and they always transfer me to a voice mail. I have sent my pictures to my Senator which they have been sent to customs in Washington . There is no excuse for the way my belongings were done and I would not recommend this company to anyone . It’s the luck of the draw according to these reviews. Top 2 men onboard demanded to receive a better tip to get better service. Showed up 3 hours after the quote. Get insurance because even the insurance guy says 9 out of 10 following bulldog movers. The other guys were devoted to quality service. Absolute nightmare. Final cost was well above quote. Buyer beware.

The morning of our in-town move, the salesperson I had been working with called and said “I just talked to dispatch and we just don’t have any crew today. I’m not sure what to tell you.” No solution, no offer of another date, nothing. It sounded like we had made tentative plans to hang out, not a move that had been booked 5 weeks earlier. Then when I asked about a refund of my deposit, he said I’d have to call back on Monday. Do not use this business.

Bulldog did a awesome job moving a very heavy tanning bed from my garage into the house. Was over 600lbs, they were true pros thru the entire process! ThankYou.

The estimate was very inaccurate: we were quoted $1055 while the total came out to be $2490. The movers had to stop because it started to rain, which was fine because we wanted the movers to be safe, but we were charged a fee for the truck coming back out to complete our move. We ended up sleeping on mattress on the floor and a travel crib for our four-month-old for two days because the nursery and our bedroom furniture was still on the truck, and we had to wait a day until they could come back out to finish our move. We also had to use my husband’s truck to get down the driveway even after we requested a runner and an extra person to help with the move. I would not recommend this company.

This company has zero integrity. The foreman had the bright idea of moving our outdoor furniture through the house instead of around it. This tracked grease through the house that should never have been in there in the first place. The foreman claims I approved of this practice, which is untrue. The damaged our wool carpet runner, to the tune of $2,750 in damages, which they claim we are responsible for replacing. The claims of being ‘bonded and insured’ may very well be accurate, but they are not going to submit a claim on your behalf. With this denial coming directly from the President of their company, I would highly recommend working with a company that holds their customers in a higher regard, and operates with a greater degree of accountability.Edit: Your response proves that you won’t hold your employees accountable for their choices. Your foreman CHOSE to bring the furniture through the house even though I requested it be brought around back. Other people will see this and be able to observe the type of business which you conduct.

Zak and his team were great to work with! They worked very quickly and efficiently. They took great care of all my belongings. They notified me every time they were going to take a quick break to keep me updated. I even had extra furniture in my garage I had them move once we were at the house which they moved no problem. Highly recommend!!

Overall BullDog Movers did a good job we had an issue with one specific packer that impacted our opinion. EDIT:Updating my original review to 4 stars after Bulldog responded and attempted to correct our move. A contractor was sent out for a damaged banister, and the work was highly professional. The result looks like an improvement on the original banister, so we are more than satisfied.Our second set of movers which were just two guys and a single truck was stellar. They were extremely fast, professional, and kind. I will say that our second set of movers reflected on the work that the first set completed and remarked that it is not uncommon for the folks under that first set do work that needs correction. I would encourage Bulldog to follow up with our first movers and evaluate whether their services reflect the companys expected quality.Reuben also credited us generously for our missing crib screws. I would work with Bulldog again after the corrective actions taken.--------------ORIGINAL REVIEW:Since it’s been over a week since we’ve tried to get in touch with our Bulldog rep with no callback, it’s probably time to just write a review and be done with our extremely lackluster experience.We had a very affordable pack and move right at the beginning of the year, but it’s price is the major redeeming quality of the service we received. The pack was average at best, though we appreciated the packers wearing masks and being generally good natured. However, the salesperson mentioned dry food packing was covered, the packers however stated they could not pack food on moving day. They also missed several closets and an entire cabinet of pots and pans.The movers were far and away the worst part of the experience. Our banister was completely ripped from the wall, and Bulldog said the contractors would reach out to us, but we’ve heard nothing. They left in a hurry, doing no walkthrough, leaving most big bulk items from the backyard, saying they needed lunch so they had to hurry. The unpacking was okay, except that they didn’t put the guest nor master room together at all, and they lost several screws and pieces from our crib. There was an ENORMOUS shouting match halfway through unload, making us very nervous to make a fuss through the closing process.Heard amazing things about Bulldog prior to our move, and had a great sales experience, but after purchase care and the actual service make this a non recommendation from me.

Hired Bull Dog Movers to relocate a food pantry that was unfortunately closed due to Covid 19 impacting our nonprofit organization. The experienced team of four worked efficiently and fast. I highly recommend this business for your moving needs.

When first contacting them I gave a detailed list of what was moving, how many bedrooms, specific furniture, etc. I was quoted a reasonable price. They sent a truck that was too small and had to come back with another truck the next day... a truck they had to rent and pay mileage for, relaying the cost to me. My actual final price paid was more than double. And they left a lot of stuff behind that should have come with the 2nd truck and there was plenty of room.When movers arrived at the new location, the three boxes everywhere even tho the boxes were labeled well. Lots of boxes in wrong rooms.They threw boxes in the garage that should have gone other places, did not organize or stack neatly At all and block the door from the house getting into the garage. Left no room on the walls for me to put up my shelves so now I am having to move all the boxes again after I paid a ton of money for them to do it right.They were also tipped VERY well on the front end and when finished. Nice guys but towards the end it seemed they were just ready to be done with it and didn’t care about doing it right.I feel like when you give the company a detailed list of what is to be moved they should know what size truck to have. They knew how many bedrooms and rooms they were moving... and we didn’t even take a lot of furniture... mostly boxes. I was just going to live with it until they left and I realized how bad the garage was! Very frustrating!!!

We were very pleased using Bulldog Movers! They were polite, hard working and were very patient when I had them to switch my China cabinet & another tall piece of dining room furniture once I saw I didnt like where I had them placed in the first place. We recently used Bulldog Movers to move our office and we were very pleased. The movers were very efficient and handled our office belongings with care. Alexander was easy to work with and helpful with any questions we had before the move. He also followed up to see if we were getting settled in our new place - this really shows they care about their customers.

I am very very disappointed in the services provided by Bulldog. The guys that came to the house did a terrible job packing our pod and damaged 90% of our furniture. I actually saw that one of the pieces was completely broken before the pod even left due mishandling of the piece. Of course, no one told us they broke it and offered an apology. When the pod was unpacked, I realized that the moving blankets I purchased were still folded at the bottom of the pod and not utilized to protect our furniture. I filed a claim and we were told that we would receive a call multiple times and did not. We had to call to follow up. Our claim has still not been dealt with and we have not been compensated at any for the damages. I am so upset about all of this and it is very apparent no one cares. They are incompetent, negligent, and lack compassion for their costumer.

I had a crew of 3 guys they did a fantastic job everything was perfectly wrapped. The job was estimated for 7 hours but they finished it in 5 very fast and professional ! I will definitely use Adrians crew again! Thank you once again.

Great price and great service. I was able to get an extra mover too, compared to other companies, and that helped save time. Everyone was very friendly and wanted to make sure everything was done right the first time. I would use them again and recommend to my friends. Only con is their not local but they charge an hour for the travel time to/from Atlanta. Biggest pro is they’re willing to disassemble and reassemble furniture if needed. That was a big help. Overall, great value and friendly service for the price.

Had an awful experience with this company. Move along, and find another company to help you move if you care about the items you are moving.We had arranged a move weeks in advance. The day of the move we had a double closing, 10am sell old house then 11am buy new house. So the movers were supposed to be at our house at 9am to get the truck loaded and out of old house by 11am.They did not show up at 9am, I had to call them. They seemed put-off that I was calling them. Seemed like they had better things to do than help their customer. They ended up getting to the house at 1pm.They destroyed my BBQ grill, a coffee table and a couch.They offered so sort of apology or discount.James Bush is just not good at his job, cares very little for his customers.STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

The movers were prompt, courteous, helpful, and had a sense of humor. They picked up a houseful of belongings in Georgia, stored them for me for a month, leaving all their pads and packing materials on my belongings, then delivered them to me at my convenience in North Carolina. Also, my home in Georgia was on a road too steep and short for them to get their large van in, so they loaded a small truck several times and drove it to their larger van to transfer everything. Nothing was damaged or lost. And all for just $100 more than another company wanted just to move my things from Georgia to storage spaces in North Carolina. Clarence was the driver of the van on both ends and was helpful and courteous all the time. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

Zach, Big Dog and team were so professional and friendly. 100% fantastic work and handled all belongs with care. They were respectful and did a great job! The movers were courteous, but did not properly protect most of the furniture. Instead of wrapping furniture in blankets, then using clear plastic wrap and tape to secure, they wrapped the furniture in the clear plastic wrap directly, which resulted in numerous scratches and nicks to the furniture because it wasnt properly protected. When they turned their moving van around after arriving at my new home, they ran over the grass digging up grass and mud, and creating a 4 foot rut. The movers did not place numerous items in the correct rooms and left many items wrapped in the clear plastic wrap and tape. They also damaged a very heavy item that will require a repair, so they left the heavy item in the middle of the family room floor. Finally, they did not pick up the paper and tape debris outside my home before leaving, resulting in my having to clean up after them. Overall, the attention to detail and workmanship was very poor.Update - 1/6/2020I received a check reimbursing me for the damage to my lawn. In addition, Reuben with Bulldog Movers Claims had a workman come to my home twice after my move to repair the damage to my furniture. The workman was prompt, courteous, and did a great job repairing the damage. It took a while to get everything resolved, but it has been resolved to my satisfaction.

The Bulldog team from start to finish was amazing. This wasnt an easy job, but they made it that way with smiles on their faces the whole time! It was 3 days straight of moving, but the team was phenomenal. I would recommend them over and over and over again! Loved that they hugged me when they greeted me too!

The moving team from Bulldog Movers was the A-Team!!! They were very careful with the furniture and wrapped everything to ensure it would not damage during the move. The made sure all of the furniture was placed in the correct spot. They were very friendly and worked hard even on the hottest day of year. Octavius and his crew were amazing! They got right to work and we’re happy and energetic during our entire move, even in some bad weather! They finished in exactly the time frame that was given on our estimate and were very careful- not a single mark on either our beginning or ending houses!

Fantastic experience for move from Atlanta to Pensacola. Patrick and his team loaded us up quickly and did a great job wrapping all furniture in pads and shrink wrap. Even though the plan was to unload 2 days after the load up, they were able to unload one truck the next afternoon and the second truck the following morning. Very professional and accommodating for the inevitable I think that really looks better over there instead of where it is!I definitely recommend bulldog movers for any local or regional music from the Atlanta area.

I recently moved from Atlanta to Auburn and my move went so smoothly. The guys showed up on time and were ready to work hard, fast, and diligently. For one girl, I had quite a bit of stuff and they had it completely unloaded in less than an hour. They assembled my bed for me asked if there was anything else they could assist me with. Moving can be a hassle, but Mickey and his crew made it a breeze.

Zach and his team did a great job and worked hard. Fantastic customer service, would recommend to anyone. Jim did great setting everything up. 10/10

DONT DO IT! They charged us for a full day of packing with three men and materials. Now they are denying our claim saying we packed all of the boxes ourselves! They picked up the furniture and many items were given no exceptions as they were brand new and when they got to our home, they were damaged. Bulldog has refused payment for those as well because we didnt note the exception the date of delivery. The delivery driver told us we had nine months to file the claim. Sandy Taylor, the brilliant Customer Service DIRECTOR (ha ha) has come up with all of this nonsense after the fact. Letters sent to CEO go unanswered. This is a family owned company so they dont care. I suggest you spend a little more on a more reputable company unless you want to spend over a year trying to get them to pay the claim. By the way, the insurance you buy isnt through an insurance company. Bulldog is self insured, so they dont pay if they dont want to. I contacted BBB. They did not resolve the claim so BBB suggested I file a lawsuit. Please, heed my warning! You are next!O

Overall the guys were great. We had an issue with getting mud on carpet that could’ve been avoided but nothing extreme. They forgot to put one bed together but I missed it also on walk-through. Their truck leaked oil on our new driveway. Just a few minors things but no furniture damaged, everything carefully shrink wrapped, and the crew was very polite and pleasant to work with! I would use again

Bulldog Movers recently moved us (June 20, 2019) from the Atlanta area to our new home 300 miles away. They gave us excellent service from start to finish! Glenn, James, and Clarence and his moving crew were pleasant and professional to work with. They were true to their word and took several hundred dollars off our final payment when the loaded truck weighed in at less than the estimated weight. There was slight damage to one wall in our Atlanta home which they made sure was quickly and professionally repaired before our closing. Clarence and his crew placed every piece of furniture and box exactly where I asked them to in our new home and did it with a great attitude despite 95 degree heat. I would not use any other company but them in the future.

We had a great experience with Pat, PP and the rest of the guys at Bulldog movers. Moving is always so stressful. These professionals arrived with big smiles and maintained a light positive attitude throughout the day despite all the hard work they were doing.
