This store is kept very neat, but smaller than other Publix stores Ive been to in town. Had a little bit of everything I needed..but not as many brands as Im used to finding. I had an awesome shopping experience there the other day. The person who was cleaning carts was very polite, and went out of his way to make sure my cart was cleaned. I found everything I was looking for and many employees greeted me in different areas of the store. After shopping, I decided to order one of their famous sub sandwiches in the deli and the employee, Brandon was very knowledgeable about all that they offered. He even suggested a Boars Head sliced buffalo chicken that I absolutely am glad I tried. Brandon had a smile on his face the entire time. Then at check out, its always nice to have a cashier who actually seems to like being at work. My cashiers name was Brock, and he was so respectful. He referred to me as maam each time he addressed me. Great customer service indeed. I loved my experience in Publix today.

Short Answer : -1 star only due to the extreme price of some of the goods there. That being said that was the only thing wrong with my experience at this store! The stores look and feel was amazing. It seemed neat and tidy; and, it appeared safe and clean (plenty of sanitizing stations and masked associates. The store was very well stocked with fresh looking fruit and vegetables, and the shelves were adequately stocked, as well. Moreover, the associates were delightful. Bottom line, I would go again, I would recommend it to a friend, and I would send my Nan.More specifically: I will elaborate. The associate in the Bakery section was exceptional. I was looking for an Apple danish or breakfast pastry with apple filling. While they did not have the thing I was hoping for, I dont even care. Yall...After fully listening to me, Baby girl, did not point to an obscure region ofthe store, she actually came from behind the counter and walked me to the available products. She suggested 3 products that she thought would satisfy the taste experience I desired and explained why/how she determined each was similar to what I had described. Thereby, convincing me to buy all 3 and spend way more than I had intended on apple pastries. And I will be back again regularly!!! Okay! Yall these apple pastries were so good though...I dont even remember what apple pastry I was originally trying to find and I dont even care.

Every time we want to order sandwiches, no one answers the phone and we have to have Customer Service page them! Once they answer, the staff is so unprofessional and rude! I have addressed this with every Manager of the Deli which seems to change quite often. This Publix does nothing serve our community well in other areas as well. I will be taking our business to Henderson Mill as our neighbors have already done. I posted on a neighborhood app and expressed my concerns and it seems that we are not the only ones to experience such poor service! I am also writing a letter to Corporate.

Smaller then most, but thats a good thing. Easy to get what you want quickly.

Definitely carried some very different items from the others I have been to in the past but truly different they have a police presence at closing time.....Very nice officer though!!!

You see the Clerk with a cart filling orders. You hope that he is shopping as if for himself. Later that day you pull up and pick up your order and drive home. Putting your groceries away you notice that the two gallons of milk that you purchased had an expiration the date you picked up the order. The Clerk wasn’t looking out for your interest at all. Rude awakening.

I like this publix. Its very easy to get in and out of plus theres always plenty of parking. Its located in a strip mall with other restaurants and stores so sometimes Ill grab lunch before I do my shopping. Definitely recommend this publix.

This place is clean and well maintained and sanitized. It is also very spacious. The employees are very friendly and they try their very best to make us feel very welcome.

Great place to get fresh fruit and vegetables. I also love the pastries and chicken fingers which are really delicious tender and not over breaded. Lots of parking and other places to hang out after shopping like choco -latte cafe.

Called about a cake I ordered and the lady in the bakery seemed to have some type of learning disability and I was put on the phone with the bakery manager and she was rude. I spoke clearly and told the person my info and she couldn’t find my info and the manager was defending her saying maybe she didn’t understand me and being condescending. I definitely won’t be picking up my order or canceling it.

Small Store and therfore they are often out of things.The DELI is very limited as well. They dont sell the breaded wings and only the no - readed. You have to place a order for breading. Tony in the bakery was a big help and told me due their size, how to order and how far in advance. He and the manager allowed me to taste the non breaded ones. Even the line had very few veggie choices.Go to the one off Lavista for a better selection which isnt but 10-11min away. I think thats Henderson Mill.This location is an emergency only spot. I would never go grocery shopling here!

This Publix is a little smaller than most but its nice clean and the staff are super cool even if you drop a Gatorade on the floor and it explodes...so Ive heard...ok, so Ive experienced!

Its sad when you see your favorite grocery store go down hill. Employees more concerned about gossiping than helping. A deli employee who doesnt know popcorn chicken comes in small and large containers just for popcorn chicken and makes you pay by the pound prices. And a bagger who puts fresh deli meat on top of raw ground beef.

It is a shame that such a nice store has such a bad customer service in the sandwich place! Ive been there a few times and this place doesnt improve. Need to train your employees so they can provide better customer service.

Pretty good Publix. It was small, but I found what I needed and got in and out in 5 minutes.

Clean, well-organised and -stocked with a plethora of all the higher-quality normal products that one would expect in a supermarket. Prices do seem a bit expensive on some thing. ($7.49 for dental floss ?) Friendly staff.

The deli was disappointing, customer service did not exist. The was one other customer and I waited for over 5 minutes. O expect more from publix.

Its always clean and well organized. Its the right size by not being a gigantic store. It can be reasonable shopping here if one buys products whenever they are BOGO free.

According to management, deli stops making wings at 8, however this is the third time Ive come to this location and they stopped making wings early. Manager says she doesnt know why.....

Had a bad experience today with the deli, I stood in line behind a lady that got her sandwich, there were two people making sandwiches one was doing the call-in orders and app orders and the other one did the ladys sandwich, knowing, I was standing behind her looked at me and just walked off, when I got his attention and held my hands up he said that guyll get you, and he proceeded to do some kind of busy work with the boxes food comes in. I told the manager about it. Wont be getting any more sandwiches from that Publix. I was very disappointed with that employees attitude, I suggest firing him.

Great staff but VERY small store due to location.

My last few visits at this store friendly customer service has been non existent.

Mixed review, smaller friendly neighbourhood market but after experiencing three trips with three incorrect sales (2 for $5 and being charged full retail) Im weighing the value of the convenience. Pay attention to your receipts. They are quick to apologize but only after youve waited in line for them to correct their mistake.

Its out of the way for me, but I like the Publix here. They have plenty of food to choose.

They sold me spoiled meat, arranging it in a way so the healthy-looking parts were face up and the spoiled parts face-down. I opened this meat two days before its January 21st sell by date. The oranges I just bought were also covered in mold on their undersides as well.Do not shop for meat or produce at this Publix.
