This is what you have to look forward to on Whole Foods Breakfast bar. Everyday old food, burned Bacon old dried eggs. Empty containers just sitting. Lazy staff! totally I do give a damm, Pathetic staff and management for lazy people

I appreciate the convenience of the location, and that it’s also an Amazon return hub… However the overall food quality has suffered since it was sold to Amazon. Previously, they offered significantly more step 4 & 5 animal welfare rated meat products, now I’m always pressed to find a step 4 rated, and have yet to find a single step 5 rated cut of meat when I’ve tried to. Also there seems to be quite a bit more farm raised fish, than wild caught, since Whole Foods was purchased by Amazon. They do have a delicious paleo cabbage on their hot bar

This is my favorite spot. They have the best Eggplant parmesan Ive ever tasted. They have excellent customer service and healthy selections to choose from. Be careful in here you may overstep your budget...They have a hotbar!!!

Had a horrible experience at this stores deli department. Went in to Amazon customer service, great customer service, very appreciated. Decided to pick up some vitamins and grab a sandwich, bad decision. The 2 deli reps. Working this evening were very rude and attitudesthrew the roof. Told me I couldnt pay extra for a piece of Cheddar cheese, also told me after her rude remarks that she didnt have to do anything because she can be at home with her husband. I was shocked and appalled went to customer service to speak to the manager, who was very helpful called over the manager of the deli department Edgar, who was also very nice and insured me the problem would be fixed and of course I could pay for a extra piece of cheese on my sandwich.🙄...Well I stood in line again for the sandwich, when the 2nd lady made the sandwich, the team leader came out the back printed a $1.00 tag for my cheese and went back to the back. The 2nd lady proceeded to tell me, since you insisted on something extra, Im putting this on your box. In disbelief, I looked at her and simply asked what is wrong with a extra piece of cheese what is wrong with you people...smh..Anyways, cant believe this happened at a whole foods and I will be contacting corporate as well about this matter. My spirit was broken leaving, didnt even wont the sandwich after being treated so poorly. Again, the store Manger and Edger the deli manager were perfect managers, very friendly. But these 2 ladies need to be addressed immediately.

I like this Whole Foods. They always have what I need. They also are very clean and organized.

This is not how you slice deli meat. Please retrain your staff.One side is thin and the other is basically shredded. This is due to the meat not being placed and monitored on the slicer, and uneven pressure being applied to the part that holds the meat. Ive also had cheese cut like this before.Meat was just in one big messy pile. What a difference it would make if you made it look neat. Would be easier to take slices out too.

This whole foods is one of the cleanest most organized whole foods ever with a super duper staff and great dining areas and you can even play pool for free. Sweet. I got food there and it was so fresh and delicious!

Its a nice location with a great prepared foods area and surprisingly, as a pretty nice bar. The selection isnt deep and they were out of almost everything, but the ambiance is surprisingly good and they have tables, a mini- lounge area and some pool tables even. You may need to wait a while for someone to come help you, but the prices are very reasonable.

This is my favorite Wholefoods in Atlanta. It is huge and they have a wide selection of natural clean foods. It is a great place to shop for Keto, vegan vegetarian raw vegan and clean eating folks. The prices are really cool and since Amazon owns it today I got $1.20 discount! It is a start...They even have roast, healthy food restaurant next door. They also have a great juice bar but it is expensive compared to Arden’s Garden. They have a section we’re folks can get awesome buffet style meals on the go. I like the fact they have awesome soul food dishes vegan style like the Mac n cheese collards greens and chicken tofu!! 👏🏽👍🏽🙌🏽‼️

Just did a walk thru on the entrance level to the market. What I was able to see I like. Lots of restaurants and food and drink choices!!

This is the second I’ve had put up with bad customer service from the same woman in the self check out section. No need to extend your arm out telling me to move. Customer service training should have taught you better. Beware of the heavy set older woman there.

I wish that could have some gluten-free/vegan waffles or pancakes for hot breakfast. There wasnt any brown bag for the produce which was very disappointing. Especially for someone try to stay away from toxic plastic or at least silicone bags are safer

Their comments to reviews are pure marketing, no intention to actually help.——-My favorite store let me and my family down. By placing its store at this property the WholeFoods is exposing its customers to a risk of unlawful car booting at Midtown Place shopping mall. My family with a baby in our hands had to wait for 45 minutes before we could get a boot removed from our car - baby’s schedule was disrupted. The Store Manager could offer no help.Atlanta based company Empire Parking Service is illegally booting vehicles in Atlanta according to Georgia Law Code OCGA 44-1-13. This is the Code Section that allows the towing of trespassing vehicles on private property. What it DOES NOT do is allow the booting or immobilization of vehicles on private property in the State of Georgia. In other words, it is illegal to boot cars in Georgia on private property. [Found out this after the fact!]As the First time visitors of the state Georgia and Atlanta, we visited our favorite WholeFoods chain and their store located at the Midtown Place property for the first time. Also, while the car remained parked there, we crossed the street to pick up baby items in another store. In Normal cities you don’t expect a trick at the Shopping Mall parking and don’t need to read fine prints at the parking signs there when you simply go shopping.Enters Midtown Place business with their Deceptive Business Practices! Apparently Atlanta residents have been long complaining about this to City mayor to no avail.This shopping mall company is practicing MONEY EXTORTION business by having a Rule that you Can’t Leave the property without your car, else you pay the fine. EPS is the company they hired to exercise this rule.When we came back after shopping for 1h we had our car Booted. We had no choice but to pay this business $75 (Yes, $75!) to get our car released. Explanations that we are the patrons of the WholeFoods store didn’t help, the guy just wanted our money. Calling 911, asking Customer Relations at the WholeFoods did not help - they don’t have influence here.Not coming back to this store again. WholeFoods management, wake up and understand your customer responsibilities! Say No to unlawful car booting at Midtown Place!

This Whole Foods is the best Whole Foods in Georgia imo. This could even be the best Whole Foods period. I love were it is based, Petco Home Depot Starbucks and more right next to it. Regarding the Whole Foods they have nice fresh food. Me being a vegan I am rather happy with the vegan options they have. Vegan Pizza, Vegan Hot Bar Options, Vegan Deserts and More. Amazon now adding Whole Foods to their eco system has made prime even more worth it. The discounts aren’t amazing admittedly but every little bit counts. From Fresh Ice Cream to A Juice Bar this place has basically everything for a person that is healthy/trying to be healthy in life. I highly recommend!

Whole Foods is not like your average grocery store its better. It has the freshest produce, and the hot food bar if you like healthy eating check out the hot, salad and olive bar the olives all varieties 😋

I like their fresh vegetables, fruits, deserts, soups,etc. Their stores have lots of😷 different types of everything, am glad their located close in the area where I live. When we feel like eating something healthy and fresh to keep the body healthy, then thats the place to go. So check 🤗them out if u looking to stay healthy. Everything in there is healthy eating. Great variety of healthy foods and products to choose from. Checkout lines aren’t too long on most days. Used to love the hot bar before COVID but haven’t used it since then. Great cold pressed juices as well.

This “organic” food is comprised of plastic cheddar. I mean nobody in the store would ever admit to it, but we all know it…I figured I should share the truth. Don’t believe me? Look it up. Specifically, look into the economic value of falafels, theres a lot of stuff on that. I’ve also linked Whole Foods to both the Converse Crisis of 2013 and Fetty Wap’s favorite table. Idk what to tell you guys, except for that wooden donkeys fall from the heavens and sling feces at children. Do what you will with that information, I don’t really care anymore….

Nice. A little smaller I think than most Whole Foods locations. Free parking available. However the parking lot stays crowded and full. So you may have to drive around a little to find a parking spot. But parking spots are always opening. Good security as the APD is always around inside and outside of this location somewhere. Standard selection of products.

So glad the buffet is available again. I really love all of the delicious healthy choices.

Green beans needed more cooking. Normally they are great was low on chicken only 4 pieces to choose from. ladies were talking to each other but no refill on meat🙁

Giving two starts because of the selection and cleanliness. Recently every time I’ve gone to this particular location I’ve waited in the check out line for at least 10 minutes. The lines go all the way down the aisles. The cashiers are slow and not nice. Seems like you should expect the store to be busy on weekdays between the hours of 4-7 but apparently not?? Last time I went, a couple of weeks ago, it was super busy on a weeknight and it took 20 minutes to get through the line because there were only 2 LANES open. Meanwhile, there are employees walking around the whole store. Seems like they’ve got some work to do around learning how and where to allocate their resources. I’ve avoiding this location ever since.

New store, Getting into the parking lot is fun, And hope some new stores along with it.

Overblown prices, old produce, out of season produce and low budget attitude of staff. I come to shop not to navigate employee drama.

This location could use some TLC beyond the end-of-shift cleaning. Although the fish department is 20 yards from the entrance, I could smell it though my mask. The cashiers are woefully understaffed and under supported.

Great selection and the staff was very helpful. It was busier than normal, but I was still in and out pretty quickly.

The vibe is cool. Unfortunately, they keep trash cans, with trash, RIGHT NEXT TO THE PATIO TABLES, which means flies are always near your food. Ive told management about this, they say they will move them, and they never do. Plus they have this ugly big green locker where a bike rack should be, and the bike rack they do have is blocked half the time by stuff the store keeps putting in front of it. Inside, they usually dont clean the tables, you have to do it yourself. When they do, they use an old dirty rag, which means they are SPREADING germs and bacteria, not removing it. One of their security guards on the weekends thinks he is Sherlock Holmes, and likes to harass people by trackingpeople as they shop, especially Latinos, very uncomfortable and almost racist. The staff is very friendly.Update:So now they put the standing bar outside, which is actually pretty nice. Lots of times, you dont want to sit, you just want a place to put your coffee, pastry, food, while you use your phone or whatever. and the standing bar works pretty well. BUT THE ENTIRE EFFECT IS RUINED BY THE GREEN LOCKER THAT IS NEVER USED AND THE TRASH RECEPTACLES NEAR YOU.1) Me and some friends actually tracked over 9 hours of comings and goings on a Friday and again on a Saturday, and that green locker was not used once. It takes up space where there should be a bike rack, and its also flat-out ugly as sin.2) The trash is unsanitary and nasty. Especially with it being outside, it should be a minimum 25 feet from where people are eating, and Whole Foods Corporate has been called multiple times for their lack of attention to sanitation, but Whole Foods doesnt seem to care much about flies landing on peoples food while they eat. It is disgusting to constantly be waving away flies from your childrens food, common sense would dictate putting the trash cans AWAY from the tables, but they are right there. Store management has been told, Regional has been told (the woman in charge of this is Olivia), but it is still gross.

I was totally kicked OUT of line and threatened today by the checker because I had 13 items when the line says 10-15ish~ Plus she was SO rude~ sitting there holding up the line ARGUING with me about the 14 items I had so I removed one only for her to throw it back in there and tell me to go elsewhere~ dont even bother to shop here unless youre a certain color! I feel like I was racially targeted because I was the only one in line in my color. What a hateful employee! Who is she to argue with a customer AND tell me to go elsewhere! Shop elsewhere, anywhere but here!

They have everything you need. Extremely friendly staff! Convenient location and quite busy but easy to navigate. Will be back!

Love popping into Whole Foods! While living under the Covid cloud Ive ordered for delivery these last several months; now that things seem to be improving, I.e., more voluntary wearing of masks and increasing numbers of folk getting vaccinated (myself included) I feel more comfortable getting back into normal life which includes going to my favorite grocer.

Went for 1 item when I say it was a good shopping experience they had good prices on certain items social distancing wasnt crowed will return.

Apparently the hot bar closes an hour before the store closes and even though I made it just a few minutes before hot bar closing and all of the food was still out, after I donned my gloves and picked up my tray, the associate let me know I would be unable to get any food and I put the tray that I picked up back down. It just seems like if it closes at a certain time, then anyone should be able to get food until that time. Not a few minutes before. All the food was still out. :(

Visiting my daughter in New Jersey, she took me to a Whole Foods market and I fell in love with it! I live in Fayetteville Ga, and have to travel over an hour to one of the two Whole Foods we have. There is a lot of empty lots on Highway 54 in Ga that would be a great place for one. Here’s to a Whole Foods in Fayetteville.

Great place for everything you need

This is the best Whole Foods Market store in the area. Though its always busy. Great wine dept. with lots of great organic wines. The Stellar Shiraz is awesome as is the Girasole Pinot.

My only stop for fish and meat shop. Their salmon is amazing, as well as their ground bison.Also you can get great quality cookies for good prices. Always fresh stuff.

Expensive but perfect products, and has some thing for vegan: pizza, macaroni, salads....

Great Whole Foods location, sadly this is the closest location to me and it’s over an hour away. But they were fully stocked with everything and I like the self check out options they have added since I had been last!I love Whole Foods, but my favorite thing has always been the large coffee section mixed with favorites, and local options. But the coffee section in this location is only a couple random basic options, so that made me sad.

This place was really crowded inside and the layout was not good for finding things. I tried to order in advance for pickup through Whole Foods Amazon, but it said it was unavailable.When I arrived there were no shopping carts available. Some people were able to use the app and a cart to scan as they shopped for quicker checkout, but again, no carts were available when I got there.All of the lines for checkout had at least 5-10 people waiting in them and reach person took about 5-10 mins to checkout, which adds up.This was my first time shopping here. I was able to find ingredients here that I wasnt able to find closer to home.Overall, my experience here was horrible. I might give it another try on a weekday to see if its any better.

Pre-pandemic shopping here is not as enjoyable. The selection is smaller - particularly at the food bar. Some customers bought food for take out and others ate in. It was still fairly crowded.

Produce is usually good, but more and more lately I find that the produce is full of bugs...like these brussels sprouts that are full of tiny worms. No thanks. I prefer not to get extra protein through bugs in my food.

Terrible customer service. Uninterested employees who Ive awkwardly run into while they were fighting and yelling at one another. Was in line for self checkout, but the cashier yelled at me and wanted me to checkout with her since she was open, it ended up taking a super long time because she was so slow and talking to other employees.

Went for a croissant and coffee. Both on opposite sides of the store. I was only person in line for coffee. Clerk was making a smoothie and told me it would take ten minutes before she could help me.

Since the Corona virus has changed everything whole food has also changed their sitting area for just coming in to do work for home stuff on your computer. You still can sit down in the booth area but they no longer have the bar/table area where the outlets are for you to plug in your computer.

Pretty much what you would expect from an Atlanta Whole Foods as just about everything in the ATL is good, but not up to par with the best there is to offer. Ive lived in 8 of the 10 largest metropoliss in N. America. This Whole Foods is near the bottom of the list. Its still a Whole Foods so it has that going for it, but if youve experienced Whole Foods in other parts of the continent as I have, you might be a bit disappointed. That being said, its par for the course for Atlanta. A wannabe world class city with elements of greatness, but falling short when compared to other world class cities. (Think Olympics). If youre from Atlanta and have not been anywhere else of socialogical significance you wont notice whats missing.

The parking here is very conjested. The lot seems to be designed for compact cars only. The store is usually well stocked but recently products are always unavailable.
