Great experience! They had all the items I was looking for and they were easy to locate in the the store. Id like praise my cashier and bagger, they provided a great recommendation for me to Henrys Bakery. I needed a cup of coffee and their suggestion was perfect and timely. Excellent customer service was provided and much appreciated.

I’ve noticed in their bakery there’s no consistency with their glazed donuts, they’re never the same there’s no consistency on their donuts the last batch I bought were horrible. Supposed to be light and airy these things fell just like glue in my mouth.

Nice supermarket, with all one would need in most cases. We like the hot kitchen and their chicken wings. Good prices there. Most of the other good a bit pricey in comparison to other chains.

Not only is this Publix well stocked and easy to navigate, but it also has the best customer service! Today I was using the self checkout while my baby was fussing & an employee stepped in to help. She was very gracious & turned a potentially stressful situation into a positive one!

I am a huge fan of Publix but this one is ran so poorly, particularly the deli. Don’t waste your time ordering online to skip the line- you will wait longer than the people actually in line. Sandwiches are never made as ordered. The customer service reps are nice but management needs to improve.

That is my Neighborhood store..They started out well, but they lost a star. Maintenance needs to step up and not let little things become major losses 💯

One of the best Publix stores I have ever visited. Employees are kind and professional. The store is bright and clean. The quality of goods .... superior. The bathroom was very clean and fresh!

Being told what ever by the self check out clerk was rude and the water in mens restroom sink not working once ( the sensor might have been malfunctioning - but it was fixed on by my next return. Stuff happens).

They would have gotten 5 stars had i been able to find a brand i was looking for, Simply Lemonade. They had two substitutes in a reduced sugar. They had a plethora of orange juice, but no plain lemonade. Is this Publix? I had to get a publix brand frozen selection. Whats going on, Publix?

The deli is the worst ever. Check all the bad reviews and youll see what I mean. I love Publix just not this one. Poor management.

Location is very near my job and is a great place to stop by for a quick lunch option. This is a nice grocery store and is clean and employees are helpful. The one draw back would be the crime in the parking lot. Im not sure if this is finally under control but people were getting robbed on the way back to their cars or their vehicles would be broken into while shopping. They have a increased police present and I hope that has deterred the crime. The store inside is five stars, and I must say I have not had any issues while shopping here. Great addition to the neighborhood.

Love this store but the customers are a different story. One of the InstaCart shoppers shopping here ran through stop signs and attempted to hit me with his car. —-then had the nerve to tell me to use the crosswalk and tried to fight. This happened early in the morning. This store does not have security. However, I spoke to the manager and they do not tolerate this type of behavior. If you ever have an issue with anyone at this location, ask for the store manager—he is very helpful.

They are always on point. They are constant with the high Publix standards. Definitely go here.

My boyfriend’s favorite Publix, which gets referred to as “the good Publix.” We tend to find everything we might need at this one, so if your Publix is lacking in inventory, definitely check this one out.

Always out of stock on items, hot bar closes up at 6:00 when they’re open until 9:00. They won’t cook more food if they run out at 6-7, never enough registers open, have to bag your own groceries, I could go on and on. Terrible management.

Clean facility. Excellent fresh lunch. Just make sure you have some time because the line is kind of long for their deli at lunch.

Store was clean and well-stocked. Staff was friendly. Only reason it isnt five stars is because there werent enough people staffing check out lines for the afternoon rush, so we had to wait a bit to make our purchases.

Don’t even try to order online from the deli. We asked where the order was when it was supposed to be ready, waited 30 minutes longer, gave up and left.

Who hired the deli staff and who is the manager. Honestly I’ve been to a lot of Publix and hands down have never encountered people who could care any less about their jobs. Terrible attitudes, always out of food, and absolutely awful customer service.

This is NOT your normal Publix. The produce is sometimes old/moldy; they consistently have too few cashiers/lines; the deli/sandwich line is ALWAYS super slow; and they have a very limited bakery. I would have given this store 1 star if it wasnt for the customer service reps (in the return line); they are very kind and understanding. I would Id NEVER visit this store if it wasnt close to my neighborhood.

Im not sure what is going on with the Bakery at this location. I found a piece of plastic in a fresh muffin that I almost swallowed. It disturbed me so much that I brought the muffins back with the plastic and ask for the Store Manager, Eric Hughes to call me back. So far he has not called me back and Im not sure that this location even cares about food safety. Ill update this review if I get a response.

Bakery in here is so sad. Compared to other Publix locations. The few desserts available are always sad looking, like they’ve seen better days or weeks. If you’re sad and get those deserts then you’ll be on full depression. Carelessly made and packed, it’s just a mess of something sugary and shapeless inside a plastic container. Like if they were made and used as maracas at a salsa concert, then placed in there to be sold to other lost insane looking souls. I felt really guilty eating half of it. Like you can feel the nonsense tasteless fat cells growing inside of you for $4,99. Go without. Stop by a restaurant and get their dessert to go. It’ll be better worth the calories.

The lady working in the flower section didnt understand what I was asking when I asked for plant food for the flowers I was buying. She said they didnt have any. Luckily it was wrapped up with the flowers, so we were ok!Good little Publix though, clean and the typical Publix selections.

I shop at Publix all the time...I decided to stop in really quick and get a few things and the lady in the seafod section Faith or Fay whatever her name was....SHHUSSHEEEEEDDDD me when I was trying to talk through a mask to give the sushi clerk my order. When I checked her, she tried to apologize but youve already done the damage. The store has music playing, other people talking and I have on a mask trying to order food, you dont basically tell the customer to shut up! You dont need to work at a place youre gonna be rude at. I will not be shopping at this location anytime soon. This is a first ever in grocery store history! This location wont be seeing me a long time if youre going to have rude people there. The manager told me it was the second complaint hed gotten about her today! So its not just me. Ill spend my money elsewhere.

I asked for plain chicken wings the clerk behind the counter at gave me hot and spicy I told her I could not eat hot and spicy said this all we have all she had to tell me was that they didnt did not have plain wings. She was rude and abrasive.

This store is often poorly stocked. They don’t enforce the mask policy, and many employees don’t wear their mask properly. Even the managers are lax about this critically important public safety measure.

I just moved into the area and I am not impressed. The Deli is super slow. I placed an online order for the first time and they didnt even have my order prepared! So I waited in the store for another 25 minutes for a darn sandwich. My order was to be ready at 19:20. It is now 19:50. In fact, Im waiting for my sub to be prepared as I write this review.The checkout Lanes arent any better. They only have 2 lanes openc at a time. There will be 6 customers standing in each line. They wait until the main thoroughfare is not manageable and THEN they open up ONE additional Lane. Only to check out the customers who have been waiting in line the LEAST. No one seems to know how to multi task. And situational awareness is non-existent in this store.Not happy one bit. If I didnt have gift cards to use, I would have walked out and spent my money somewhere where I am valued.
