I LOVE this place!!!! The employees here are not just part of my neighborhood, but are my friends. I truly feel special every time I walk through the door. Every person there is incredible. I cant praise this store enough. All said in love!!!!! Thanks Publix at Ansley!!!!

Best one on my opinion. They always have the up to date Boars head lunch meat that Im normally am not able to find anywhere else. The entire store is impeccable with very helpful associates.

I love this location! Very clean bright and they must go out of their way to hire those with disabilities which makes my shopping experience even better. Everyone on staff is super cheerful and cannot wait to help or just add another smiling face!

The Ansley Mall Publix is great! It is a larger store with many hard to find items @ other Publix locations! The Ansley Mall Publix is always clean, well organized and well stocked with quality products @ a reasonable price! My shopping experience was poor due to Anna at checkout lane 5, 10 items or less. I had about 7 items. I said hello first, no response. She then proceeds to walk off to register 4 to retrieve other bags to bag my items. While clearly ignoring me and walking off, I say “my Publix bag is right here” and she proceeds to say “I’m getting these for me.”COMPLETELY RUDE. I collected my items back off the conveyor belt and went over to another lane where I received superb service from Devon. I’m also a former Publix employee and I’m very disappointed.

Publix always seems to get it right…shopping at their stores is a pleasure. Friendly, attentive service. Clean stores. Well stocked. Great selections. Love the weekly BOGOs. Keep up the great work, Publix.

Always clean, stocked well. Fresh fruits and vegetables and flowers, the sandwich area is not that great but welcoming polite employees. U have bunch of others stops to get some food right there.

I go to the Publix at Ansley quite often. Never had an issue until today. Yesterday I saw the potato wedges at the Deli hot items. Picked these up and opened them this evening to heat with dinner. I emptied the bag and found a dried out chicken wing. Not sure if it was part of an employees meal but I am hoping not. I threw it all away. No way I’m going to assume that wing was someone’s meal. Publix Deli..please pay attention! Thanks!

Place is clean, not too crowded, the deli area was fast and accurate when I placed my order. Everyone was smiling and had a great attitude, I was asked a few times if I needed help with my shopping or if I found everything I needed. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Of this is a great place to go to do you want something great to eat I got the sub it was a turkey Boars Head sub they have so many delicious things to pick out of guys if youre running a little late on the interview a virtual or just want to stop and get something you know that is very soothing and I go make you boo boo go to Publix if they do make you boo boo but not just a bad and going taste so good the employees are very nice and helpful youre not going to be stressing you there should I get the stuff and you want to go because were living in the world that its just should be basic in and out Im getting get out and go to Publix and go get something to eat cuz Im still hungry

Bathroom nasty & only 1 cashier at 9pm. That cashier was so rude. It was 9pm and she was yelling “I am on the register with the light on” then I greeted her, she said nothing. I even asked her a question and she ignored me. You all need to teach MARIE some customer services skills.

I just moved to midtown everyone is so helpful. Pam in the hot food section always make the best Chicken. Love this store

I go by this Publix often for lunch. They have a great deli with friendly people working there. The food is always good, especially the chicken & sandwiches.

Cooked lunch w/ two sides 5.99-

You have about 8 employees in deli doing small other things and a line of about 10 ppl waiting to either get a sandwich or something from the small deli. Every employee just says WE WILL BE WITH YOU. Only 1 employee making sandwiches. This is the only publix to have ever let me down.

I guess... it was mediocre.. someone did greet me as I came in I think I recall. However I did notice everytime I come in its a bit messier than the other publix stores around the food area.

Theres always enough cashiers and bagging staff they gladly will take your items to your car and no tipping is allowed. Publix has better quality than some other stores but their prices are higher

The guy in the produce section on Friday evening on May 24th was ultra helpful and obviously cared about his job. When I asked him if mgmt told him to arrange the produce like this he beamed and said no it was all him :)

I owned this place a 5 start review. There has been multiple times staff at this location went above and beyond to help me. I am thrilled with your customer service and the gentleman working in the dairy restocking isle today (12/07/2020) 8pm need a raise! please!I was looking for the less sugar chobani 4-pack but the there was none left on the shelf. There was this gentleman approached me and asked me if I needed help. I havent decided at that moment what flavor I want... So I listed a few my usual flavors to him. I was just hoping he can remember one of them, look for it at the back and bring me something not too far off if I get lucky. I wasnt expecting that he remembered them all, bring 8 cartons on his hand. Laid them down for me to decide which one I want...I appreciate his patience, his work ethics, and his dedication for customer service. I promise, I will chose you over the Kroger next door because this wonderful Publix employee Ive encountered.

Horribly ran store and management the BEST! decision I ever made was to quit and never return poor team leads and store manager do better Ansley Mall this store has left a BAD perception of what Publix was to me I will not be shopping at anymore Publix stores as I have lost respect for the whole company and brand if youre looking for a JOB PLEASE! dont work at this location they will not give you any hrs. raises, treat you horrible no respect for people just a HORRIBLE! store find better managers to run this location or you will continue to see high turnovers here 👎

This Publix has so many aisle it is hard to find some items. It has a million items. Well stock would be an understatement. If youre looking for something, they should have it on aisle 44 or 55. 🔛

I Call to Publix to check and see if an item I needed was available. The customer service clerk put me on hold and claimed he walked to verify the item was in fact in stock. I drove 45 minutes to get there, but it turned out he was too lazy to walk to 20 feet to check to see if the product was really there so it wasn’t. If I could give -20 stars I would because that was the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life

I had to deal with the rudest deli working ever... I always expect good customer service when I’m at Publix, but Akema needs to reevaluate what customer service means.. beyond rude, and had an attitude the entire time. Wouldn’t go look for any extra ingredients when I asked...you work in a grocery store, how do you run out of 3 ingredients that you’re always supposed to have?? Publix’s, please hire people who can give good service without an attitude.

Found the items I was shopping for easy enough. The checkout was quick and the cashier even kept the items I want in different bags that I had separate on the belt. I cant lift heavy bags do to limitations. The customer service desk where I checked my lotto tickets wasnt working so the person came right over and did it. I order several single tickets as well. They were all friendly and helpful.

Recommend! You can find all the vegetables, fruits and food with the best quality, the employees are very friendly and the prices are accessible.

Most publix stores I love going to because they have a great selection of healthy natural foods and they take my groceries to my car. When I moved to Ansley last year and started going here, I was so surprised that often they would never ask if they could help me out. Moreover their selection of various health foods or ethnic foods is very small compared to other public stores. Overall still a clean place with great produce and respectful kind employees!

Easy to get in and out of. However small parking lot that seems to fill up very quickly. Seems to have a wide variety of items on the shelves. Located in a shopping center so many things to do around the Publix. This one is way better than the one on North ave.

Lots of products and inventory. Big deli area for grab to go options. Their produce section is big too and very fresh. There is plenty of parking available and the store overall is taken care of.

Ive shopped this location on and off for over a decade. It has been through several changes in store management. Overall, the staff-employees are not very knowledgeable although they do try their best to be helpful. This store seems to be well-maintained and well-stocked though I find the selection of products rather limited. Free ample parking.

I’ve always had a good experience shopping at this Publix near Ansley. I live nearby and frequently go there for groceries and Pubsubs. The staff is very friendly, the store is clean, and selection is good. My only issue is that I can never find a ripe avocado at the store so I go to the Kroger nearby to get those. Overall great shopping experience!

Poor customer service

First Publix Ive been in where the cashier told me where to find the paper bags instead of bagging my purchases. The parking lot is pitched so unloading my groceries was quite a feat! Shopping for Instacart is being a representative of the customer. The same courtesy should be afforded.

The pharmacy has gone above and beyond to help me since I had eye surgery.

Ansley Mall - Atlanta: This store has a stocking issue. Almost every time I go, whatever items I’m shopping for, are out. And.....almost every single time the product is in the store, it hasn’t been put out.Tonight you were out of prebagged salads (don’t even try to blame it on the lettuce issue). This entire section was empty.You had no fresh cut fruit.You didn’t have any microwaveable potatoes.The only bottled water you had was Evian which cost $8.Spoke to the MID, Brandton. He was like talking to a brick wall.

Ordered a sandwich online and it wasnt ready when i arrived a few minute early. I waited around for 15 minutes but it never came out. When i asked a manager the deli staff called me a liar and said it must have been stolen. They did not even compensate me for my wasted time. Will not be returning to this store. The other reviews all claim this store has excellent customer service so I hope this was an outlier. EDIT: It wasnt an outlier. I went back a few days ago and the exact same thing happened. In order to get my food i had to speak with a manager again.
