I love this store minus it constantly moving things around and also the pharmacy area is very congested. I also am always looking for items that seem to be out of stock. Also, even though its country wide the food is almost double or even triple. Disappointing.
Very nice store the food is fresh and awesome STAFF is nice and the store is clean and in order you have a peaceful experience shopping at this Publix store thank you for your services .
Go just about every Monday for deli meat. The lady that works there is very nice and professional. Really only like her to cut my meat. She truly keeps me coming back.
Crowded! Busy! Social distance lines down the aisle. Have patience on Sunday afternoon. Very popular store! Fresh foods, fruits & veggies. Love the plants/💐 flowers. Well stocked, clean lot.
Just went in to pick up a few things. I like this store because it is usually well stocked, as it was today.
I have loved Publix from Brandon,FLA. To Atlanta. Anywhere in Atlanta their Brand shines kindness & smiles from staff. The stores are clean, and smoke free. Their product displays are organized & inviting Thirty years, they are still #1 for me.
I work for instacart. I’ve been waiting for a sandwich for an hour. The order was submitted online, and even when they have the order of the prior and after number ticket ready, the sandwich is nowhere to be found (as the ticket).I have spent 25 minutes asking for help to the people behind the counter and nobody seem to care. I have a 100 items cart for 3 costumers And that took me 45 minutes. I’m working against the time here, I have popsicles and ice cream in the cart for your own costumers. Now I’m not ready to check out for this 1 item. I’ve spent almost the same time trying for this people to prepare a god sake turkey sub that I did for the entire monthly shopping of 3 people.Really?
Expensive and out of place in this community.. gentrification at its finest.
Horrible experience.. The deli lady was rude. I waited about 20 minutes to place my deli order and I was the ONLY one there. When she finally decided she was ready to assist me, She began rolling her eyes after I requested a third type of meat. I wanted just to get some food to make a sandwich at home. The lines are super long at checkout because only two people are running the registers. Everyone else at the registers say that they are going home and not checking anyone else out. After waiting in line at one of the registers they say they are only taking card and not cash. The epitome of disorganized. They close all of the self checkout registers and customer service. I have 3 items in my hand ( the three pieces of deli meat) and could not even check out. There are about 20 customers 2 lines and one takes card, and the other takes card and cash. After waiting in a line for a about 15 minutes time they decided to share this information with me. Now they expect me to join another line. No system. No one cares. Just horrible horrible horrible customer service. I ended up just leaving everything on the shelf. Will not be returning.
Store was stocked, organized, and clean. Everything I expect to see from a Publix.
It was good. I got turned around a little being in a different one. Not all Publix are the same I get that. Felt comfortable going there and shopping in a familiar environment. Only place I can get Eternal water!
Scary a little bit. Couple of people fussing at each other. Then there was an office from the sheriffs office outside but he was on the phone. I didnt realize we were in a bad area. Overall a weird visit.
Went in to spend $20 came out after spending $60 because I love Publix. Our cashier and bagger were both Excellent! I enjoyed this shopping experience because it was in one of Atlantas predominantly Black upscale communities. Although its a very large store it felt like shopping in the community corner store. Loved it.
Publix made a cake for me and it was everything.you would want in a cake it was Excellent. Thank you .for the unicorn cake .the cake was made with love nothing was out of place. .
The deli manager was sooo nasty today. I asked her for a missing sandwich she had a attitude. I waited 10 minutes finally asked somebody else a she did was go get my sandwich out the storage and passed it to me. It was that simple she disgusting
I always find what Im looking for in here. It is well-stocked, well-staffed, and well-managed. I hear a lot of comments about it being pricey and my rebuttal is always about quality over quantity. I have shopped in many different grocery stores, spent hard-earned money in them, to find out the quality is off or the smell of a place makes me regret my experience. Not at this Publix!! Im always satisfied, the employees are always pleasant and it makes me want to keep spending my money there.
Customer service is fine but this is the 3rd location that has run out of items in their deli. At this point just take things off the menu. It was also a very long wait, which I expect on a Sunday, but its disappointing to stand in line 10-15 minutes only to be told theyre out of something. Bread also felt a little stale.
The grocery store part is OK. I finally decided to try a sub from the deli. I waited for over 30 minutes for one sub. By the time they took my order, they were telling me what they were out of. I almost had a fit! The guy did accommodate me as best as he could.By the time I got to the checkout counter, the store was closed. The front end staff looked shocked that there were still customers in the store and told me that all the registers were closed. The manager came to ring me up after some discussion. I told him that I got to the store more than 30 minutes before they closed, but I waited so long for the sub that I almost wasnt hungry anymore.I really want to like Publix but they make it really hard.
The store is one of the biggest Publix I have been inside in the metro area and I was not that impressed. Organization seems to be not up to a Publix standards and customer service engagement needs intentional work. Several staff were in their own worlds and not present in presenting that Where Shopping Is A Pleasure motto attitude Ive come to know. I know this well and blame this stores management for a lack of enthusiasm in its workforce. I am a former Publix employee, full disclosure.
This visit was a quick in and out. I didnt have any issues. Store is always clean and the staff is friendly and willing to help most times.
This is my go to location because it is near work. The bakery and deli.... exceptional ❣️. Always clean and well stocked. Associates are friendly.
Love to shop at this store, very clean and the Bogos are great. Only complaint is some of the staff are borderline rude, but overall most are pleasant and helpful. One of my favorite stores. Also very fresh and good meats.
They have improved the online order of making the sandwiches. Past couple of times the sandwich was not ready at the time of pickup or they was out of certain meats.
This Publix is literally to die for! Its always extremely clean (even the restrooms) and the employees are super friendly. They always seem to have what Im looking for in stock and their wifi actually works! A bit more pricy than other grocery stores but they have plenty of in app coupons and sales!
Im not sure when it became ok to allow pets in your grocery store! Im not talking about service dogs, but literal pets, riding in the buggies, waiting in the deli line and walking around the store! What is happening? Publix on Cascade allows the same. Looks like I will have to shop in another district. That is unsafe.
I order a sub today from Publix and was highly disappointed to the point that I am shocked. I shopped at four Publix location(Two in Ga and two in Fl). I normally go to the ones in buckhead and have the best experience. I have never received a sub like I received today. It looks like the sub was just thrown together and part of the bread was squished. Not only was it badly messed up in appearance it was missing toppings that I paid for!!! I order and paid online so y’all had time to get it right. I took a picture because I was completely shocked. I don’t not have time to go back to the store because it’s 30 mins from my house. I am highly disappointed.
Came here to pick up a birthday cake for two co-workers. Wound up with a buggy full of stuff because Publix is always good at putting high end items on Buy 1 Get 1 Free. The good thing is you dont have to purchase two and still get the good deal. I loveeeee this store. Everyone is friendly. Always have samples of food. The main produce guy is always on the floor and helpful. I was in a handicapped cart and people always assist me even when I dont ask. Always a pleasure shopping at Publix. The store recently had a remodel. Love it. More self checkouts. Im waiting for them to acquire the space next to them and make this a bigger location. This is not a tiny store but if it was bigger it would be even better.
Love their bakery and deli section food is a little pricey but for the quality and cleanliness its worth it and they have the best pre cut fruit.
Yesterday we decided to eat submarine sandwiches for dinner and they didnt have any lettuce. Although the sandwiches turned out good I felt bad for the ones that were disappointed but they still turned out really tasty. Customer service is always good 👍😊 there. My shopping experience is always awesome! Thanks 👍
Great Publix in Camp Creek. Conveniently near my job so I can stop by & grab a few things. Decent craft beer selection. Better that Camp Creek World of Beverages.
Ive been shopping here for years. I really like the fact that many of the staff members are the same ones as when I first started shopping here. It can be crowded but if you can shop on a weekday morning its MUCH better. Im glad to have this Publix in my neighborhood.
I WILL NEVER SHOP AT A PUBLIX AGAIN.TODAY, I WAITED 5 MINUTES WITH NO LINE TO ORDER A SANDWICH. BOTH WORKERS WERE WORKING ON ONLINE ORDERS, SO I WAITED PAIENTLY. THEY ONLY ACKNOWLEDGED ME WHEN ANOTHER CUSTOMER (WHITE MALE) CAME TO THE COUNTER BESIDE ME. THEY TRIED TO FIND ANOTHER EMPLOYEE TO ASSIST THEM, AND WHEN THEY COULD NOT, A MALE EMPLOYEE STOPPED MAKING HIS ONLINE ORDER TO TAKE CARE OF THE OTHER CUSTOMER. EVEN THOUGH HE KNEW AND SAW THAT I HAD BEEN WAITING. PUBLIX WAS REAL ATTENTIVE AND RESPECTFUL TO THE OTHER PATRON. I WONDER WHY? I KNOW THIS SEEMS SMALL IN SCALE AND EVEN SILLY TO BE THIS UPSET. I FELT HIGHLY DISRESPECTED. I WANT TO SPEND MY MONEY PLACES WHERE I FEEL I CAN BE TREATED EQUALLY. I WILL GO OUT OF MY WAY TO GO TO ANOTHER GROCERY STORE WHERE I FEEL THAT MY TIME, MONEY, AND MYSELF ARE TREATED JUST AS EQUAL TO ANYONE ELSE THAT WALKS IN.
Always a great place to shop. Shelves are always stocked. Friendly, courteous, and professional customer service associates. Very well managed store.
Publix is one of my favorite places to shop besides Whole Foods farmers market and Trader Joes! The produce is fresh and the vegetarian selection is amazing!! The bakery is great as well! I love the sales they have on my vegetarian products. I have only been to the deli once for a veggie sub and it was great..the employee preparing them was very nice and friendly. Customer service is exceptional and professional! Sadly the two problems that I have with this location is that it needs to be a bit larger to accommodate the heavy flow of patrons. Which is good for business but not so much for the good, caring and patient customers. Who have to deal with the undignified and ill-mannered people inside the store and the insolent speed demons in the parking lot, who try to race through the walking path of the store and nearly run over people! I have seen literally 3 people almost get hit from some psychopaths on wheels. The undesirables (those who dont care for humanity)need to stay away from the good hearted and kind people who care about our community and try to support South Fulton and keep it a thriving place to shop and live! I really like Publix and the staff are always so kind and are truly good people!!! Thank you Publix for serving the community so well!!!
The staff in the hot food section are always less than friendly with poor customer service and the worst attitude ever. The fresh meat, bakery and cashout are super friendly and courteous
They are pretty good. Lines arent as long as Kroger so its a win
This location has the worst Deli in the city! My subs and chicken are never ready at the pick up time given to me.Not to mention the associates that work in the deli always have an attitude!
Its sad because its Publix & Publix has a reputation and level of customer service that is typically top tier service provided. But not this Publix. Sad & a bad look for the brand. I would look for another Publix for a better experience .
The store wasnt as crowded for a holiday weekend. Service could have been better. Asked a staff person a question and he quickly sent me to someone else. In the end, another customer helped me.
Just ran in for a few items. Shelves were neatly stocked.
This store is always cleaned and very organized, but their prices are just too much. I cannot afford to shop there on a regular basis.
Get there early if you want the good stuff cuz the bougies scoop up the lobster, lamb, etc. real quick lol
Clean and well stocked. Great customer service
Yet another year yet another issue with this bakery. Nope no picture to add this year bc they never made the cake. I place an order for a cake I expect to come pick the cake up. Calling people at 7 am the day of to make sure you’re coming to get a cake is ridiculous. I place the order I want the cake. This call first is not a policy used throughout Publix. I know bc I use Publix both out of town and locally. If you’re going to change the way you’re doing business let it be KNOWN AHEAD OF TIME instead of ruining my sons birthday. They also make you pay for the cake first then come back and get it also not done at every Publix. WHY INCONVENIENCE THE CUSTOMER? If you want us to pay first put a register at the bakery. No one pays for their groceries first then go get the groceries. I wonder why this location is being treated this way? Poor experience.
Reasonably new store. Usually long lines at the deli counter. Hard to get someone to help you at times.
My visit was very pleasant today. The store was clean and most items were in stock. My cashier was friendly and took great care with my produce.
Great Family only celebrating & the bakery didnt have cupcake colors we needed. Adv baker & he immediately started w/ alt suggestions! Surprised, I listened. In 20 mins, I walked out of the store w/every confection I needed and more! Loved it! This will be my go to store!😆👏🏾
I only go because its close to my house. They have limited selection of meats and they are pricey. The parking lot is always packed.
I love this one this publee! Has my chocolate and fav ramen! Btw dont got to their deli, deli ppl act like they got somewhere to be. Go get some already made meals like the chicken or mac n cheese or potato wedges instead. Its great and flavorful!😍 extra notes the mac n cheese is kinda bland. Chef it up once home.
Very busy and long lines in check-out and deli. Other than that great and friendly employees
2 guys got to fighting in parking lot bouncing off peoples cars. There were Publix employees in the parking lot but I never saw security come out of the store! A customer helped break up the fight!
The store was well stocked this time, so I was able to get what I visited for. There are two issues with this location:1. Its always crowded, with the exception of my visit once at 7am. This is no fault of Publix, except that this area is underserved when it comes to grocery stores. The parking lot is small, and there are just too many people lol. Not my favorite store to visit for this reason alone.2. The other issue isnt necessarily Publixs fault either. The patrons of the store are usually quite inconsiderate. Buggies/carts are often found sitting in parking spots throughout the parking lot. On my most recent visit, I witnessed the woman parked directly to my left empty her cart, then leave it sitting only a couple of feet in front of my car, in an empty spot. This is inconsiderate because she had no regard for the cars around that the cart could have rolled into, or the next person who wanted to utilize the space. The two closest cart return stations were nearly empty and empty. There was no bad weather. I took the cart to the empty station as I got out of my car and went into the store. I see this happen often though. These two things make it so that I choose not to visit this location very often. Its actually quite close to home but I choose to drive out of my way to another location.
Ordered a cake on Saturday was told to pay for the cake when I arrived on Wednesday to oick to up. Get a call Wednesday the day I was to pick up the cake stating that they could not start my cake until I picked it up. Luckily I was already off work and in the area. Get there to pay for the cake Hans the cashier the pink order form she ask if that was all they gave me I said yes. She sends someone to get the barcode they come back with someone from the bakery stating that they had to add more money because the person who took my order didnt charge me for the kit.Ill never order from them again!
I love Publix. You dont have to have a card to get sale items. Very clean well stocked store.
One of the finer grocery stores in the area. The Pharmacy is a bit wanting of improved service.
Great store!!! Very clean and the staff is AWESOME! Shopping at Publix is a true experience that anyone would enjoy
I love this store and I shop there often.
Im usually irritated with Miss Cat/Kat in seafood but the steamed seafood and alkaline water selection are why I usually go to this Publix.
These people definitely don’t have it together
I would love to PRAISE the deli staff for their exquisite customer service. I was there about 7:54 AM getting my lunch before heading into my office. There was another customer in front of me being slightly rude and annoying about the bread options. The three (3) staff that were attempting to assist were patient, polite and even kind. I, myself do that have that kind of patience. HAHA! I verbally told the regional and the manager, but I always want to formally write in as well. THANK YOU for being amazing. Wishing you ALL a Happy Holiday season.
This was my first time visiting this Publix, it was very crowded, but my overall experience was ok.
The fresh fruit I got for my cousin that just leaving the hospital.
Great sevice!! Fast check out.
Horrible customer service. I waited over an hour for breaded hot and spicy wings. I was told they had to clean the grease out then was later told they don’t have any more left.
Cool Publix. It was nice and clean. Didn’t have anything I was looking for though.
Great Publix items, always crowded and not enough registers open.
The fruit is always fresh and the cashiers work pretty efficiently
This is a great Publix. Always well stocked and clean. Good customer service desk folks and diverse international section.
Prepared/warm food department...deserves a below zero. Employee asked to assist me with her mask UNDER her chin. Nose and mouth wide open. When I commented she pulled the mask up over her (mouth only) leaving her (nose uncovered). I am not sure she should be handling food.Bad experience.
This is probably the busiest publix in the Metro Atlanta area. Theres nothing wrong with that and Im happy that theyre doing so well. However during multiple visits Ive noticed they dont have the right amount of staff for the level of business and that results in long lines very uncharacteristic for Publix.I must have waited almost half an hour for my sandwich and then had the line to check out snaking up the aisle and had to wait a good 10 to 15 more minutes just to check out. With this level of business theres no excuse for not having almost every register open and extra employees helping out in the deli. If youre going to charge publix prices you cannot have Walmart levels of staffing.
I placed an online order to pickup on the way to work. Not only the order wasnt ready,I had to wait in line so they could make it. They are very short handed.
People at the Deli are in inattentive and rude. When spoken to they do not respond and just ignore you even though they clearly hear you speaking to them. Poor customer service! Very sad!
Really nice and quiet location. I usually stop in before work and on my lunch break and the staff is always friendly and willing to help. Publix always has what I need!
Terrible store.Called the deli multiple times about my order and they never answered. When they had 2 hours to prepare my sub and when i got there it wasn’t ready.
Quick in and out for Crispy Cream doughnuts
The service at the registers is great but the ordered cakes at the bakery are always dry, consistently.
Nice store but they need more cashiers during busy times
Better than most on the southside
Was good service good food nice people
Its always crowded but you get out fast they always have open lines
It was ok just busy but no suprise there. They rarely run out of items though. Fruit is always on point along with the deli.
Usually good experience, but not this a.m. If I order from Publix I would like to be assured that the shopper is using the mask consistently. The shopper in front of me kept pulling his mask down to talk to the cashier (I think the young man also works at Publix). While the cashier was very helpful and solicitous with the Instacart delivery person (2 BIG orders - they seemed to know each other), the rest of us were left to languish in line. Perhaps more cashiers are needed on Sunday a.m. - especially a long weekend Sunday. It was disappointing because usually cashiers are helpful and thoughtful.
Publix need to hire more willing workers for their deli department, because everytime I go there to get a sandwich I have wait until those that do work there stop their conversation about someone on the job before I can get served.
I like the improvement made here. Shopping is much easier..
Good service all the way around. Found everything I needed.
This was my first time going inside a grocery store since April. I was apprehensive, but I was determined to get a specifically requested birthday cake for my child. Almost everyone was wearing masks, and there were plenty of sales. I realized that I actually enjoyed walking down a store aisle, after using Amazon Fresh and Kroger pickup for months. I will definitely be returning.
The lines are always super long here! Youd think they were giving something away.
I used to work at Publix and they didnt pay me my last check for Saturday June 5 2021 Im still waiting I went to pick it up I complain it is too long why havent they paid me they took me out the computer and dismiss me like I was trash she told me next week Ill get paid I worked in the deli Im still waiting didnt get it yet thats why I didnt want to post it wasnt good but the managers know who they are Im not calling out names yet not all Publix are like this one I cant say
I enjoy shopping in a well supplied store, the customer service is well balanced
I go for the bakery. Everything else is overpriced
Hard to find a parking spot. Somewhat crowded for a week day.
Lines were moving fast!
Customer service (two people in the deli and one at customer service), aside from the gentleman who finally helped me afterover FIFTEEN minutes, manager, cashier (who got distracted beforeI had all my stuff), and bagger (who was slow and distracted) (though they were both great about the sugar I busted when the bagger walked away to help another cashier), was trash and there is little urgency, including the cashier and bagger. The manager did go to the deli immediately and apologized. This was my first time doing instacart there as a shopper and I will not return.
Go someplace else. This was the slowest publix ever.
Clean, Friendly Staff not sure if the deli dept has improved, Mr. Nolan great person in Management also Ms.J. McCain cashier, seafood I cant forget about yall & lets not forget about the whole guest service department great staff. Thanks everyone for yall hard work, great customer service, an ear with some tissue in hand. Thank you so much for everything that yall do Thanks.
