I had such a great experience shopping here! Everything is well organized and clean. They have a large selection of products in varying price ranges, but everything is very reasonably priced. Also, they do accept a student IDs if you are enrolled in a specific cosmetology course/school, which is a gigantic bonus! I was able to get everything I needed for my upcoming semester and some extra stuff to practice with in my free time. The staff was also very helpful and friendly, and everyone was masked up properly, which is another huge bonus in my book. Overall, I had a great experience here, and I will definitely be back!

I am so happy this place has finally renovated itself. Prior to Renovations, it was a bit hard to find anything. Always on a goose chase looking for products. Brightly lit now, and certainly more organized. The employees are more than happy to help you locate anything or answer questions you may have about products. This place will only sell to licensed nail techs or master cosmetologist. So make sure you bring in an active license. They will then get you set up in their computer system.

High priced, not much Variety for nail art. Prices are a scam you think you are saving money on what’s being displayed but it’s not. Purchased crystals that didn’t have no price but there was a sign saying buy one get one free, 1.99 each. Bought 10 packs thinking I was going to spend 10$, but came out to 20$. Lady was trying to explain why, but couldn’t answer my question on why the reason that you are getting the buy one get one free. There needs to be more signs if what is being displayed is what you are not going to get. Scam. Trans nail supply and happy nail supply is cheaper with more variety Save your money.

Been doing business with them over 12 yrs. Use to have shop near them, now, we drive up from FL, better prices. As of the complaining in the reviews, they have signs posted: license required, sales are final, receipt needed and so on.

I have been regular customer, so has my family or friends. Today I had a very bad experience with the nail supply which I thought it should never happen. I brought a brand new never used light gel to the supply for a return, which was refused by the staffs. Even worse, they will not allow me to exchange for a different one even it is going to be a more expensive one. There is no rule or sign saying NO RETURN/EXCHANGE. What kind of business is this? Is this how you treat a customer since you had so many customers already? For future references if you really need to buy nail supplies with good business, dont even think of coming here. It is just wasting time!

WOW! I have never been so embarrassed. I have been coming here for 5 years. Along with all of my sisters who have nail shops. And this is the last straw. They have messed things up in the past and I’ve always looked passed it and say people make mistakes. Hell I make mistakes. But today was it. I will no longer be coming here for my supplies. Very unprofessional. Today was a chaos, which is a holiday so I can understand it. I got into the wrong line. I asked the young lady where the line started she ignored me. So I was lost. I went to this line towards the back. I saw everyone was being helped so I went back to the other line as I normally would have any other day . I’ve been here plenty of times and that’s what I normally do. I stood in line for 5 minutes. And I saw I was next but instead of the gentleman telling me “mam that’s not where the line is and telling me where to go...” he yelled to his coworker “Jackie etc etc she skipped line and she needs to go back to the line.” I responded back nicely and asked him why he didn’t tell me directly instead making a scene?! Everyone looked at me and I have never been so embarrassed. As if I purposely cut line. You can even see in camera where I asked the young lady where the line started and her clearly ignoring me and how confused I was. NO PROBLEM THOUGH. I left my supplies there. I refused to be treated with such disrespect. I will be gladly to spend the $2,000.00 if not more somewhere else! Plenty of nail supplies in the city! Did not drive all the way from Birmingham Alabama to receive such treatment. Will be going to ATLANTA NAIL SUPPLY FROM THIS DAY FORWARD. There they are so nice and very professional!

Ive shopped at this store for as long as Ive had my nail tech license (13 years). After yesterday they will no longer get my business. Ive never been so humiliated in my life!!! There was a new sales associate working yesterday that followed me around the store. Every move I made, every aisle I walked down he was there. When it was time to check out just so happened he was the one to check me out. He asked for my salon phone number as well as my name (not a problem, they always ask for that). Then proceeded to ask for my license. I asked why do you need to see it & youve never asked for it before. I proceeded to ask him was he following me around the store & why. I appreciate his honesty by telling me yes he was following me & he also proceeded to say I was trying to make sure you werent going to do anything. To be called a thief without calling me thief & to stereotype every person of color demeaning. I have never experienced anything like that in my life. I wont be going back.

I felt upset when i had shopped there. I bought two small glass cups over there. I asked cashier how much, she said 3 dollars. Also, I started asking again. She said I bought two cups, those would accurately cost for both with looking down me. I never come back😠

This is the supply store that have the worst customer service ever. They do not care even customers standing outside the store knocking on the door 20 minutes before closing time. I called in and asked what time they are closed, and the lady told me 6pm. I got there at 5:40 they already locked the door. There were 3 more customers pulled up at 5:45. I called and knocked on the door. They just walked back and forth in the store pretending like they dont see us or hear us. TERRIBLE!! Manner and service. Why do you want to spend money here and get treat like this? Everybody please tell me and dont waste your time and gas to make a trip here.

Ive been shopping here for a little over 2 years and today will be my last visit! Im a young black nail tech and every time I walk in this establishment I get treated like a thief. I constantly get watched every time I walk down a aisle. I refuse to get treated like this when I come here every other week for supplies and spend my hard earned money with your establishment. I will be making that trip to Duluth (Atl Nail Supply)

This supply store is not somewhere you want to purchase supplies from unless you don’t care how people treat you.They have horrible customer service. I was in line to check out but they check the person behind me out first and then I was ignored and left waiting at the register. Finally they check me out and had an nasty attitude while doing so. Incidents like this happen to me many times here but i forgive them because we’re all humans and make mistakes but I’m finally fed up with it. Treat people how you want to be treated!!!

Extremely poor customer service range from staff to manager. I was in the store on Black Friday to refill some of my nail supply. It happens that one of my sterilize machine bulb was out thus I told a picture my phone to show to the staff in LA nail supply because I do not know which one that could fit with my sterilize machine as once a time I have purchased one by guess and it did not work. I also told my story that I purchased one before and it did not and I live out of town so it is extremely inconvenient for me to go back and forward. Certainly she picked one out for me and I decided to get extra one for spare in case it blows up and I am unable to supply by time. Unfortunately, the light bulbs still were not a right one. I then call the La nail supply and request to speak with the manager and I was told that the manager is working on checkout the customer and he can assist me as well. I told him my story and situation. He finally found the right for me so I request for exchange and re-credited the difference. However, Hao told me he is on shipping department and do not have authority to process it for me. As reply, he said I have to pay for the shipping fee plus the payment of the new light bulbs. I was shock to hear but anyway as he is just a staff and as he mentioned he does not have the authority on the decision . As results, he transferred to Thuy, the manager. While she is assisting, she kept put me on hold and request to call me back twice. Come on, I was panic waiting and decide to call her back as it was over an hour while she told me she will call me back less than 5 mins. When I call in again, I was told by other that she is again checkout for customers in store and will call me back momentarily. When she call me back she told me that I have to pay for these light bulbs and bring the other unfit lights back in store with invoice whenever I am back in town. What a joke of a day. I was waiting for hours with same results. I told her that what I want is a exchange and recredited back. Therefore, she has to send out a new light bulbs via express shipping and a returned labels where I can drop ship her wrong equipment back. However, she is again said it is out of her ability. I requested to speak to the owner but he is not in today. Hopefully, his customer is better than his management and staff. lets see!!!! If it is appropriately handle, I sure will report my case to news media and BBB to conduct this business.

Their stock is OK for business supplies. But customer service is terrible. I stood in what I thought was a line for 20+ minutes asking about a item. Only for the lady to open her register on the other side and knew I was waiting. They ignore you, barely speak or ask if u need assistance.

CHEATING.Buy supply this place specializes in cheating your money. When checking out a lot of things, the saleswoman raised the price to completely different from the price on the shelf, especially buying a lot of uncontrollable things.I dont recommend coming here. They are cheating on the prices. The supplies here are already really expensive but will be more when you check out. The price on my receipts are always higher from the price tags on the shelvings. They will make them up higher when yall check out. Watch out at this place when you come. I never come back.
