We can’t test anything because of Covid so I was nervous to spend money yet again on the wrong color. But we trusted her and it’s seriously EXACTLY the right color. Thank you!
I’ve only owned one Mac product and it was honey love lipstick. I absolutely love it and had to get another one since I was getting low on mine. Sonya immediately came and greeted me and when I asked for that shade she found it for me right away. There were 2 other ladies though and once I got in they walked to the back. Price was cheaper than I thought which was great, but I wish they would have introduced me to new stuff as well since I’ve never ventured out into Mac quite yet.
They dont have anything in stock! I tried 4 different items and none were in stock. Seriously? They also werent too excited about helping the old lady. I had to keep asking for help. I felt like I was being ignored. They need a few mature people to work there.
Not even a 1. Music was way, way to loud. Employees just looked at me and walked away. Far cry from my experience the previous day at same store. Came in to buy several items but because of customer service and music. Macs money loss.
Im a huge Mac Cosmetics fan, and always make a point to stop by Concourse A whenever I am traveling through the Atlanta airport. The biggest reason is to see Zakiya. She is extremely personable (even remembers me each time) and her professional recommendations are always on point. As an executive in the sales and service space, I recognize top talent and Zakiya definitely checks all the boxes!!
Need customer service training. Greetings, even if you are busy, eye contact, say thanks after a sale and most of all SMILE! Not hard to do. Good luck.
The customer service here is terrible. I walked in and was not greeted by the young lady standing at the register. She never once moved or came over to ask me could she assist. She never even made eye contact with me. The only time she looked my way was to look to make sure she could see me. As if she thought I would steal something. The icing on the cake is she was playing this loud ratchet music when I walked in and continued to play it the entire time I was inside the store. I have never entered a MAC cosmetic store playing this kind of music and at such a high volume. Maybe if she put more effort in to her customer service skills and actually helping customers that enter MAC would make better sales at this location. I refuse to spend any money in a place where the employees do not have the common decency to speak to customers when they enter. Whoever the young lady is that is working there now on 6/26/18 between 6pm to 6:30pm should be fired immediately.MAC please check your applicant work references, conduct job observations of your employees behavior, performance and work ethic.
Be very careful when you buy from here. I told them the lipstick I wanted, the salesclerk got it from the drawer and rung my order up. When I got home it was not the lipstick I wanted. Of course being in an airport, I cant go back. Called back in and they told be to bring it back. Which is not possible 😞
Very rude staff. Terrible service. The two employees were putting makeup on each other and did not pause to assist me when I walked in. I was looking for a specific product, and was ridiculed when I opened the draws to find it. I checked out and did not receive a “thank you” or a “have a great day”. absolutely no words were spoken.I have had previous negative experiences at other Mac stores. I do not plan to take my business to Mac any longer.

As a former Mac staff member from South Africa. I was disgusted by staff assistance and lack of eye contact and interaction. I wanted to be introduced to new products. But instead felt like I wasnt part of the cool kids club in high school. I had money to spend and time on my hands to be introduced to newproduct and to get know new styles of artistry . I dont think Ill be coming back to Mac .Maybe other brands will show more professionalism. Mac has always been a a love mark in my life .Now I feel like I need a vip invitation
Really I don’t know how they hire their employees.... but sure not for their motivation. They are Not interested to sale, they show you a product and leave you with it for speaking with another employees. After 15 mn I left without any make up ... too complicated to run after informations and advise for tone
This store is awesome! Fully stocked products, superb customer service, no hussle and bussel like at other Mac stores. You get the personalized attention. Only issue is you have to be flying out or in to get to the store. But so worth the trip!!
Just from looking through the window I see a beautiful collection of items that could make people look and feel different.
Walked in and no greeting or anything, just a dirty look. Was offered no help whilst browsing and the 2 employees in the shop just stood gossiping the whole time. Not impressed.
Well... I asked for a sample and was told they dont give samples at this location. I found this very odd since other MAC airport locations provide customers with samples. It was my first time visiting this particular location and was very disappointed.
We were waiting at the airport due to a seven hour delay and were great service by the employees at MAC. They gave us great advice and makeup tips.
Disorganized and unknowledgeable Staff. The attendant couldn’t find any of the items I asked about even though they’re supposed to be in the drawers immediately below the display cases. After 20 min of looking for my first request and two possible back up options (all of which had testers on display) I finally left with nothing.
My wife and daughter met literally hostile staff there so they ended up not buying anything despite their initial intention to do so.
I was the ONLY customer in the store with 2 employees and was completely ignored. Taking my business elsewhere!
The music was loud and the service was awful. The most basic things like smile, say hello, ask if you need assistance, say thank you...Management is failing at this location and it’s a very bad reflection on the Mac brand.
I stopped by the store today and was completely ignored. There were 5 or 6 employees and under 5 customers. I was going to buy a few things but the fact that no one had the time to ask me if I needed anything made me just feel uncomfortable so I left empty handed.
