What’s the point of these airport locations when the purchase doesn’t count towards your account. Kiehls in America needs to get its act together.

Mixed. Depends on who is working, and thats why we review: the people. If you know Kiehls, its great. Ive been to this store 3 times. The lady who helped me was upbeat & friendly. The guys...nope. One in particular looks like he hates life, his job, and customers. Grunts at you and just hands you your receipt without a word or smile. Due to the location, and that Im usually at B Concourse, Ill still visit. Hope the ladys working!

Got what I needed without shipment in an area that I live within 3 hours of. Very friendly people and all the products I needed in stock.
