Erica dyed my natural blonde lashes jet black and they are gorgeous. I am completely thrilled with the results. The salon is clean, pretty and comfortable and everyone was friendly. Making a reservation on line was easy and you are also able to make appointments at the salon. They have a membership for clients with lashes added that reduces the cost of maintaining them.Mask required.

This is definitely the place to go!! I went there initially to get my lashes done for the first time ever, and I chose this place because it’s one of the top notch lash salons in my area. I didn’t want to cheap out because I knew I didn’t want to compromise the health of my eyes. And I came to the right place! When I got my lashes done and didn’t really like them, they called me back to make sure I only left happy and satisfied with the service I received! They really care about their customers and they care about building that long lasting relationship with them! They also care so much about having a good reputation!The place is very clean, everyone is very professional, and the products they sell are amazing! And special thank you to Alayna, Melissa, and Erica for giving an awesome first time experience here! I will definitely be coming back!

Customer service is OK (6 out of 10). The lashes were nice. Pricey, but I expect that in the area. The overall experience was OK. Sometimes its relaxing and you fall asleep. If this is your first time getting your lash extensions done, this is not a bad place to try it. This is not something I plan on continuing to do every 2 weeks (I dont think my eyes like it, they fall out fairly quickly, and its kind of expensive). Maybe for special occasions or vacations.

Unfortunately my experience wasnt a good one and I wont be returning. My tech wasnt very friendly and didnt really aim to do the best job but a quick job, and ultimately did not do a good job on my eyebrow tint. I cant remember her name, but I am not a satisfied customer. My brows did not look how I had hoped, and my tint came off fairly quickly--which I suspected considering she left the tint on for about 5 min. I normally leave a tip just out of courtesy for providing the service, but regret doing so in this case because her tip was not deserved!

It was my first time there because I responded to an ad on Facebook. I must say that the facilities are extremely clean and the staff is professional and personable. Teresa was my tech and was knowledgeable with a strong sense of humor. They also provide you with lash wash when you first arrive which was new to me. My lashes came out perfect and I will definitely return 😌☺.

Today I had an appointment for a classic set. Upon finishing my appointment, I was told that there is a $75 up charge because I received my service from a master stylist.At no point in time was I made aware of this of charge. I was contacted twice by the lash lounge to confirm.When I mentioned to Melissa today that there was no mention of an up charge she responded, “Yes. We have to do a better job in letting the client know.” If I had been made aware that it would have been $244 for a classic set, I would not have booked this appointment. I like my lashes but would not say that it was worth it for that price point.Poor communication.

I love the Lash Lounge! I’ve always had a great experience. Everyone is super nice and the lounge is clean. My extensions look very natural and I usually fall asleep during the application. I’ve never experienced any discomfort. Also, I love how easy it is to schedule my appointments online. Would recommend to anyone!

This was my first time getting lash extensions and this location is fantastic ! The lash artist Elle gave me a full set and made the whole experience very comfortable and relaxing. Highly recommend asking for her when booking!

Such a wonderful experience for a nervous new customer. Cathy responded immediately to my inquiry online and with both text and phone conversations, she answered every question I had in detail. This was my first set of lashes and she went above and beyond finding a stylist that could work around my schedule. That stylist was Diamond and she definitely gets 5 stars for fabulous! She spent time with me, making sure she understood what look I was going for and the best angle/curve that would highlight my facial features. My lashes look exactly as I requested, leaving me with the clean classic look. Diamond was so gentle and calm while applying the lashes, that I literally fell asleep on the table. Upon leaving, both Diamond and Cathy reviewed the proper home care for my lashes. It was so refreshing to have such a wonderful experience walking in as a new customer. I highly recommend Lash Lounge!

I had such a wonderful time at the Lash lounge! My lash tech told me she’s been doing it for five years so I felt like I was a really good hands. I don’t even feel like I have lashes on right now. The lashes were a little more expensive than what I expected however the quality was way better than I expected plus I was done in a little under an hour!! I need to work a little harder so I can factor these lashes in my budget! But I freaking love my lashes!!!!!

Horrible would add pictures but it’s embarrassing

I went in today as a model for Sonteona, a new stylist at The Lash Lounge. My services were a lash tint and a lash perm, neither of which I’ve had before but I’ve always been curious. I’ve had my lashes done professionally but I’m easing back into wearing more and more makeup. Without it and my new lashes, I look like I don’t even need it! It’s just a subtle but very effective look for myself. Like, I have these beautiful curled and dark lashes now! No need to even use an eyelash curler. Sonteona, was professional and sweet and made sure she checked in on me from time to time. I even think I snored a couple of times because I was so relaxed and comfortable. I can’t wait to book with her for my lashes to be done. She’s a great addition to The Lash Lounge. Thank you ladies!

I tried so hard not to comment, but what happened today made me to share my experience with everyone.Had my lash lifted and tinted 4 weeks ago. Right eye was fine but my left eye was a mess. My left eye lashes were lifted so un-evenly and each were twisting on a different direction. I waited for a couple of days, assuming they may look better after a while. But I was wrong. I let the Lash Loung know, they asked me to go back to get it fixed, but when I went there, they said they cannot fix that mess, but they refunded me.Today, some of my lashes started falling off. I took a picture of fallen lashes and looking at the picture shows what Erica -the so called specialist- has done to my lashes and that explains why Ive been feeling so uncomfortable in my left eye. She didnt curl my lashes, she folded them.

It’s the customer service from the Front Desk to the Lash Techs for me. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. They’ve also gone above and beyond to make sure you are safe as well as themselves.Now for my Lash Tech. I’ve been going to Diamone for I believe a year now and I can’t say enough about her! So professional, gives great advice about how to change the style of your lashes, and I’ve never had any irritation or issues with my lashes. Her work definitely shows she has a passion for lashing. I’ve gotten so many compliments on the naturalness of my lashes since I’ve been seeing her. I HIGHLY recommend Diamone and The Lash Lounge for your lash needs. This has been my first experience with getting my lashes done and I’m so pleased I chose The Lash Lounge! Thank you all!

Having my lashes “permed” here was probably the worst thing I have ever done. The experience was painful and for the last 6 weeks I have been dealing with bent and breaking lashes. I would never do this again. I’ve done at other salons and had much different and better results.

Lash lounge at Sandy Springs is awesome! The inside interior is really pretty and clean. Very convenient they have little cups and solution for those with contacts. Lori in the front is sweet and very accommodating. Sarah is my lash tech and she super nice and listens to my concerns and does a beautiful job on my lashes! 5 stars and definitely recommend everyone to try it out.

I love the Lash Lounge. I am trying lashes for the first time and searched many reviews online. Im so glad I decided on the Lash Lounge. The interior is beautiful and everyone is always friendly/helpful. Ive been trying different lash options on almost each visit to see what works best for me. I also like the convenient online booking. I highly recommend!

I would not recommend going here for lashes. I have had lashes for 7 years straight and I know a good set when I have them. This was not a good set. I had her do a D curl with volume. She did not get the volume lashes open and they clumped up so quick. It really didn’t look like she had done much after I left. I will say that I liked how soft they were. They also fell out within a week. That should not happen with a fill. I know there’s natural fallout but this was ridiculous. The very next day I had cried a little, happy tears, and when I blogged my eyes 7 fell out on my right eye! It was so much money to pay for them all to fall out so quickly and to clump up so fast. Save your money and don’t go here.

Amazing lash bar! It was my first time doing anything to my lashes so I was a bit nervous, but the staff was extremely friendly and comforting. I got my eye lashes tinted and lifted in the same appointment, and it looks beautiful!! Would definitely recommend Erica :)

I called today to make an inquiry and the two women I spoke with were so blatantly rude and disgustingly dry. I didn’t catch the first associate’s name because she didn’t bother to give it nor did she greet me upon answering the phone. She placed me on hold without notifying me that she would do so nor did she pass along the information given before transferring my call. Then there was Keisha, the second associate who was twice a dry and very rude. Her tone of voice was insulting, unfriendly and more importantly.... unprofessional. This is suppose to be a place of luxury, pampering and relaxation. My god...lighten up.

I love going to The Lash Lounge! The staff and Sarah are always so friendly, prices are reasonable and they do an amazing job! I’d highly recommend if you’re considering getting lash extensions or tinting!

They are always so friendly. The place is clean and they do a great job. I have used 2 technicians and both are great. I have never had to wait, it is nice that they stay on schedule. You get a bolster to put under your knees and a blanket so you are comfortable.

I visited today & the lash technician was really sweet, but the price caught me completely off guard. On the website it specifically says “Eyelash tint or perm from $30” So I assumed the lash lift (I did not get a tint) would be more than $30, but it was over THREE times the price posted on the website. I paid $95 and I tipped after that. It caught me completely off guard because as a college student, $95 isn’t something I can just splurge on out of the blue. When I tried to ask about how the service became so expensive, the lady at the front desk seemed unapologetic/unhelpful. I’m just really frustrated.Update: After she called me, all she could offer me was 20% off my NEXT SERVICE. I’m not one to complain typically, but I can assure you I will not be coming back.

Have always had a great experience here. The environment is clean and attractive. The owner is warm and friendly - she really seems to care for her customers. I personally use Karri and she always does a great job! I have learned to ask for the lash glue formulated for sensitive skin. It lasts as long as the regular formula, which for me is a little “itchy” sometimes. I have been to other salons and I’m glad I found this “little gem”. :-)

This facility is brand new, in a great location, with competitive prices. Very excited to have my lashes done here. The staff is professional and the quality exceeds expectations. They were also very thorough and attentive when answering my questions and concerns.

I went there for extensions. Although all directions were followed, I noticed they didnt show as much the next day. On the 3rd day, my beautician told me there were only 4 left. In addition, she informed me mascara was not to be used with extensions. (The lash lounge sold me mascara supposedly for extensions.) The $250.00 spent there was entirely wasted.Response to reply from owner - No such offer was made.

If youre going to splurge on one thing, choose eyelash extensions. No need for mascara or makeup at all for that matter. Your eyes pop, and you look more awake and alive. The staff here are professional and warm. Just relax, take a nap if you want, wake up and voila!

I was in town for a wedding anniversary that I was in. I was unhappy with the individual lashes I asked for from the salon I went to in South Carolina. I googled for a lash salon close to my hotel and called the first one I could find close and open. I was so grateful they could take me in at the last minute! They removed my unappealing lashes and Jessica gave me a beautiful natural looking set! What I like the most about coming to this shop is that each lady I dealt with from the receptionist/hostess, to the aesthetician who removed my lashes, to the aesthetician Jessica who installed my lashes were SO overly friendly💜!
