The staff are always very welcoming when I arrive. I am most impressed by the technology available to check all aspects of my eyes. This gives me feedback for the effects of my other health condition towards my eyesight. Dr. Patel is very knowledgeable and always has the answer to my questions. He is a wonderful listener.

Had my vision test done there. Their office is inside Costco Cumberland, which is very convenient because I was planning on ordering my prescription glasses there. I was able to get an appointment within a few days, get my vision checked and walk away with a prescription. The whole process was very effortless and Im happy with the customer service.

Dr. Patel is warm, efficient, thorough and a bit rushed at times. His staff gets a mixed review. One staff member was warm and engaging while the other was rather impersonal. Both however, did their jobs conscientiously. I noticed that last years eye drops he recommended were sold at Costco and this year he recommended different drops - also sold at Costco. Last years drops which I prefer, are no longer sold at Costco. Im suspect that hes pushing Costco products instead of recommending the best drops. To be fair, he may believe that all the drops are the same and really doesnt have a preference.

Both the Dr. And the assistant are very efficient! No wait time for me. Dr. Patel knows what hes doing, he gave me the best tips on how to put in and take out contacts and I got it in no time! My initial intention was to start wearing contacts sometimes because I didnt want to deal with the struggle like I experienced 10Yrs ago but now, Im thinking it would be nice to wear them everyday because its not a hassle for me anymore thanks to his great tips. He is very professional and efficient and of course has great customer service skills. Walked out the office impressed. This is absolutely going to be my new place for eye exams.

This office was great! The assistant was kind, professional, and seemed skilled. It didnt take long for the doctor to see me and he was thorough when he did. He even contacted a specialist for me about an oddity in my exam and got back to me within a few hours. Im very impressed.

My appointment was with Dr. Nikil Patel. I had made the mistake of putting my appointment in my calendar at 9:00, but it was actually 10:30. Dr. Patel arrived a few minutes after I did and managed to get me through the appointment without having to wait until 10:30. I thought that was super considerate and kind.The examination was smooth and after, we discussed the conditions he detected. Most important, the macular degeneration I have. I was first diagnosed about 3 years ago, but no one has taken the time to discuss the options I have to slow down this disease. He also made sure I was able to experience the decline in my eyesight already in play. This was helpful for me to understand the importance of taking the disease seriously immediately -- and not waiting until I noticed my vision failing.I hope he stays at this location. Its super convenient and he is a stellar doctor! If he changes locations, I hope I can find him!

Dr.Patel was so helpful. He accepted my walk-in and was very understanding. The eye exam was done pretty fast and gave me free contacts for a week. Highly recommended.

These guys have all of the latest equipment for making sure your eyes are healthy and the latest styles for frames. Dr. Patel and his associates were very clear in their explanations of tests that were conducted and the test results. I also got a good education on the types of lenses available. I was pleasantly surprised with the low cost of both the exam and the glasses.

Tried to make an appointment and was treated rudely by the front desk Shelia. I requested the appoint online and was contacted the next day and left a voicemail to call back. I called back three separate times during business hours to speak with someone however, each time the calls went to voicemail. So I stopped by their office to confirm my requested appointment times only to be greeted by Sheila who poked her head halfway out the door to answer my questions and was rude and said they had no times available for two weeks and did I want that time. I would have taken the appointment however given the attitude I declined and said I would go else where at which point I called the Perimeter/Dunwoody location and they answered right away and scheduled and appoint in the next 48hrs and they were very nice and polite. I don’t mind driving the extra distance especially when you are treated professionally.

Van is where I have my eyes checked for contact lenses and glasses. They are reliable and have advanced equipment that insures less stress or discomfort as well as employees friendly and knowledgeable. So great.

I was shocked that I’d never known this was offered at Costco! Not to mention the fancy state of the art equipment that showed inside of my eye! Dr. Patel took time to show me the scans and explain what i was looking at.I am happy i found you guys! I paid over $300 last year with my copay and frames. This year, $120! That’s a HUGE savings for great service! Costco members, this is a great deal!I will be back next year!

Dr Patel is the best! His practice has state of the art equipment and his location is very convenient. I hate getting the drops in my eyes to dilate my pupils and Dr Patel has a special machine so I dont have to get the drops. That alone is worth the visit!!

After waiting for contact lenses to arrive for a couple weeks, I am out of backups and an leaving town tomorrow for a family vacation. This drs office would not even give me a loaner pair for backup while I wait for the ordered ones to arrive. I need a pair in case something happens to a lens during the drive. I cancelled my order and went to Americas Best who got me same day contact lenses.
