I got there a little early for my appointment and still they took me in right away. The eye exam was very thorough! Though I had already had an eye exam in November with another location, I didnt feel like it was thorough enough. Im happy that I decided to get them checked again for my new glasses! Great service!

I’ve been coming here for years for my eye exams, contacts and glasses. It feels more like a local mom and pop business than a national chain (I mean that as a good thing!). Dr. Melina Friedman is always so warm and friendly! She remembers me from my previous visits, listens to my issues/concerns and works to find the best solution for me end my prescription needs. The office and showroom staff have all been equally helpful, and I’ll continue using Dr. Steven R. Warstadt & Associates for my contacts and eyeglasses.

The staff were all so sweet and got me through the paperwork & initial tests quickly. The Dr. was great & answered all my questions & gave me some helpful instructions for how to keep my eyes healthy (my job involves a lot of screen-staring). It was my first time here and I really enjoyed it!

I typically dont rate my optometry appointments because they are fairly routine and straightforward. However, I wanted to send a note about the professionalism of this office, and I also wanted to highlight Dr. Patel. I have never seen a scan of my eye before. She took time to not only explain the scan and my eye health to me, but she also answered all of my questions. I truly appreciate this. Great experience overall.

I’ve been coming to this office for years. Arrived early and they were able to take me back early. First time seeing Dr. Patel and he was great.

This was my first visit with Dr. Patel. He was great! Very patient with my questions and very thorough explaining thing in a way that I could understand. I was very concerned coming during the pandemic and put off going for several months but he made me very comfortable coming during this time. They thoroughly cleaned everything between patients and followed all protocols. The area where you select your frames did so as well and the staff was very professional and friendly from start to finish. I was very impressed. I will see them next year and highly recommend LensCrafters.
