I brought in my laptop on Friday, and they said they probably wouldnt get to it until the end of Monday due to their workload. They also said that if I had a hardware issue, I would maybe get it back by Tuesday at the earliest.I get a call Monday morning saying that my laptop had a failing harddrive (a hardware issue), and that theyd have the part replaced and the laptop ready for pickup in about an hour. They had everything done well ahead of their quoted timetable, they were professional & courteous, and the price was incredibly reasonable. I would absolutely take my computer to them again for repairs.Also they have an adorable golden retriever that hangs out in the back, and thats always a major plus.Lastly, they exercise proper mask-wearing & social distancing guidelines, which is greatly appreciated during the pandemic.

I would absolutely recommend this place if you ever need your laptop repaired! I had an issue with the touchscreen on my laptop not working properly. They were able to tell me whats wrong and order the part in a reasonable amount of time. Unfortunately, it took a week to get the part, not at all their fault, but fixed it within a couple hours once it arrived and now my laptop works like good as new. They gave me updates at every step and let me take my laptop home while waiting for the part to arrive. Every member of the staff I interacted with was very friendly, professional, and most importantly HELPFUL! I will be coming here again if I ever have an issue in the future.

After getting ripped off by another company, I went to the Powers Ferry location to see if they could get my laptop restored. They knew what the problem was right away, kept in touch with me and had a 24hr turnaround to fix/restore my laptop. The price was very good compared to the companies I had talked to previously.

Great experience here. I was incredibly anxious about buying a new (refurbished) computer, especially a 2013 model, after my old 2013 died due to a graphics issue. We spent a long time making sure that this slightly newer 2013 model wouldnt have the same issue. Brought them a computer I had recently upgraded, but wouldnt post. Dropped off on Saturday afternoon (they close at 5 on Saturday, closed on Sunday) and they had me good to go by 1 PM Monday. Professional, nice, know what they are doing. I have a computer science degree, and I will be recommending them to any friends or family who have issues I cannot solve.

My computer wasn’t turning on and had a “beep code”. I dropped it off and my computer was fixed within 1 hr! I picked it up the next day at my convenience and it only cost $72 to get fixed. The staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back. Thanks to Joe for being awesome!

I had spilled coffee all over my laptop, it covered the keyboard and I was sure it was a goner. I brought it to the store a little before closing and Jeff was very polite and reassuring as he took down my information. He called me the very next morning, I went to the store, and my machine was in perfect working order!!!All in all, the service was fast and unbelievably affordable. Apple was going to charge me literally 10x more than Peachtree Computers did. Ask for Jeff, the guy’s a miracle worker and he’ll make sure you’re taken care of! They are awesome. My laptop screen was broken and these guys were able to fix it for 49$ within an hour (excluding screen cost) and I think its a fair price. And I was also told that, They dont charge you if they cant fix it post initial diagnosis. I would definitely recommend them for any laptop repair.

I was given a free diagnostic, which is their standard, and saved me $40 compared to their nearest competitor. I was told within the day that both my CPU and hard drive were fine, and the problem was with airflow- dust and hair had built up within my laptop. He gave me two options, one of which he had already preformed- removing the dust replacing what it wrapped around- and he told me its already working normally. So, between $20 and $45, I chose $20.

BEST REPAIR STORE EVER! I picked up my computer from UBREAKIFIX this morning after two weeks and they said it was unfixable so after i picked it up from there i came here to peachtree computers and the guy told me they should have it ready by today in a few hours and he sure did keep his word a few hours later he called and said it was ready and fixed vs when i picked it up from UBREAKIFIX and they had it for two weeks and says its unfixable but yet peachtree computers fixed it within a couple of hours. great place highly recommend.

I dropped my phone yesterday and cracked the screen, making it completely nonfunctional. My coworker suggested that I go to Peachtree Computers because it is only 5 minutes from my job. I took my MacBook to these guys, and instead of telling me the quote to fix it, they did tons of research and found out my problem was a known issue with Apple. They suggested I call Apple Support and see if the extended warranty covered the cost of the repair. Turns out, it’s a recall and being fixed for free. I wouldn’t have called Apple if they hadn’t been honest with me and weren’t trying to make a quick buck. Thank you Peachtree Computers! Won’t go anywhere else for computer repairs!

I purchased a Groupon several weeks ago to have my phone screen replaced. Since my initial purchase, PC has had to replace my screen on three separate occasions. Each time it is a rare problem that hardly ever happens. Once is a coincidence, three is hardly a coincidence. I wouldnt use these guys if I were you.The guys that work in the store are really nice, but they honestly have no idea what theyre doing. Its either that or they use the cheapest possible screen to replace your broken phones screen. If I were you, Id pay attention to the bad reviews, I wish Id listened. Buyer beware.

Peachtree Computers installed a new hard drive and operating system in my burnt out iMac for about $150. So, so much cheaper and so much less stress than buying a new computer. I think the young mans name was Bobby - he did a great job, was very communicative and helpful even to an old non-tech fart like me. Highly recommend these guys if you need help.

I understand this is their only bad review but it is a MUST READ!!!!!!!!!!!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! I wish I could give NO stars but it required at least one.So.... I brought my phone into Peachtree Computers on Powers Ferry Rd right next to MOES and my screen had multiple cracks but not shattered and I could still use my phone with no problem. The guys took the phone and said it would take an hour so I decided to wait for my phone. 45 mins passed and he came out and handed me a phone that looked brand new (as far as my screen) but my screen immediately turned blue while paying for the screen repair. I asked him if he knew why it was blue and he stated oh its because your phone battery is low I told him that it never happened but he said it wouldnt happen again. Few days after the repair my phone starts acting really weird it said 3% so I plugged it in for it to go straight to 100%. So I decided to Google the problem to see if anyone else experienced this after a screen repair and a few articles popped up saying the screws can be placed back into the phone wrong and it can cause a blue screen/shut off and thats exactly what the problem was with my iPhone 5s. So I called the store and a guy by the name of Brian answered and I described what was going on and he said I may need a new battery. I was shocked cause I never had an issue previously with my battery so I told him I would come in for him to look at it.I went into the store that Friday and spoke with the same young guy who repaired my screen he looked confused and didnt know what to tell me so he passed me on to Brian. He said he can hook my phone up to see if its the battery or if not it may be the logic board he puts my device onto his machine that detects issues and everything passed. He began to mention that he can do further test which can take anywhere from 1-4 hours And that day I didnt have the time so I told him I would return.Today I went in for him to try to solve this blue screen / shut off my phone is doing and let it with Brian for 1 hr seeing how that the only time I was available for him to keep my phone that long. I retired after the hour for good and bad news which I only got bad news. He then informs me that my logic board is gone and I should buy another phone.I am completely disappointed because my phone has been working perfectly fine and ever since the repaired the screen not only does it do the blue screen/ shut off it wont hold a charge it would be full charger overnight for me to make a phone call and its down to 2%. Now they wont fix the issue they cause nor will they replace my phone. So I am completely upset and will NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE EVER.You just lost a customer.

This has been the most positive experience Ive had relating to computers in years. I had a simple issue that I was frustrated with for weeks and took it to meet Bobby and the other staff members. They resolved that it was a minor issue immediately and charged nothing for their evaluation. Im a software developer and I needed a more powerful machine for resource-intensive work. But I didnt want to spend an obscene amount of money. I shopped around at the usual big name stores online: Frys, Newegg, Amazon, but didnt want to wait a week for shipping.I saw a desktop on their website for a very good price and with better specs for the price than any other online retailer. I almost couldnt believe it. I called ahead to ask about it and the guy with whom I spoke was very nice and answered my questions.When I got to the store, the guy at the counter was very helpful and knowledgeable and opened the side panel so I could see inside the tower.Even though its a refurb, the inside was clean (no dust bunnies) and I could tell they take pride in their work. The listed specs were correct and so far Ive had no problems. The fact that they have a warranty is also a very good sign. Great products and customer service is a rare combo, in my experience. Overall, Im very pleased and have recommended them to my techie friends and co-workers.

The moving service I hired did a horrible job and totally broke my iMac. Outer screen and LCD got shattered, and the corner of metal frame got bent. I took it to Apple store and Micro Center close by to get an estimate on repair, but they told me the damage is beyond repair, and it would be cheaper just to get a new iMac. I almost gave up hope and thought about drop it off at recycle center. Peachtree Computers was my last hope and they did amazing job, and the price was reasonable. They fixed the metal frame and replaced the screen without a single scratch. I dont know how they did it, but they did it well. Thanks again to Jeff and technicians at the store.

Great customer service is rare these days, so I want to call out Peachtree Computers and Joe at the Cumberland location. I received an email with an assessment of the required repairs the same day I dropped my laptop off. It required ordering a part and they let me know how long that would take. When the part was repaired and another issue with Windows and the HP software was discovered they fixed that in one day. I will return to Peachtree Computers for any future repairs. They were great!

It was a rough Monday when I dropped my phone on the way to work. My colleagues just so happen to run into Peachtree Computers during lunch and let me know that it was a better option than going to the Apple store. They fixed my shattered phone screen in well under an hour and it was much less expensive than what Apple would have charged. They were also incredibly nice and welcoming.

I turned on my Inspiron 3000 one morning, and there was nothing but a mouse pointer on a blank screen. No desktop, no icons, etc.I took just the tower to the Powers Ferry store on Oct 24, 11 am., Haley noted down the contact details; and by 1 pm I received a call on what was the problem. By 4 pm the same day the tower was ready for pickup. :)When I arrived there, Jeff/Geoff hooked up the tower to the monitor and everything looked like the first day I turned on the computer; the familiar desktop, icons, etc. For about 10 minutes, I got the after service instructions; Jeff said which anti virus to use, told me about the better programs he installed so that computer runs properly. :)If there is a problem with my work or home computers,I will be taking it to Peachtree Computers.

These guys are life savers! My computer stopped charging due to a piece which had come loose inside. I use a Wacom, and no one else in town said they could fix that brand (most had never heard of it). The Wacom company quoted me $900 to fix it (yes, you read that correctly. As in, almost a thousand dollars). I called up Peachtree Computers and they told me to bring it in. Not only did they manage to fix it, it only cost me $90. And they checked in on me later to make sure everything was still fine! The pros at this shop are very professional, fast, and clear with their pricing and turnaround expectations. I will definitely be relying on them in the future for my tech needs!

I wouldnt go anywhere else for my computer repairs other than here!! The guy provided exceptional tech support. The value not only includes the physical time spent by him at the store but also the invaluable guidance provided on the phone which enabled me to make the best decision for my 2011 mac book pro. When the graphics card died, I called many stores and everyone quoted $400 to replace it and said there were no guarantees. They said the 2011 model has this as a weakness and therefore replacement is not sustainable. This tech explained to me why it was a risk to replace it and at a minimal price, he provided a solution to remove my hard drive. He also advised that I could sell my macbook pro for parts and I sold it successfully. So, I feel that I got a lot of value out of that visit. ie I saved myself $400 and got an additional 60$ for getting rid of my computer while keeping my hard drive.

This place is amazing. I took my MacBook Pro here for a second opinion 2 weeks ago after being told by another certified Apple repair business that the Solid State Drive was defective. They diagnosed and the result was different and better. Corrupt os and some malware. For a very low price (less than the diagnostic fee I paid at the other place) they fixed the issue and I’m all set. Very happy with the service. These folks are rock stars.
