Purchased serial terminal + accessories. They went overboard to make sure the terminal and accessories worked and provided a live test at pickup. Will be buying from them again! The parts months on are still functioning perfectly.

RJR Electronics was fantastic. We needed terminals and networking gear for my companys Unix Server. They were really friendly, and they had everything in stock. They were also very helpful giving us setup tips. This place is incredible. They have everything. Highly recommended.

Doing business with Rich and his professional team was one of the most enjoyable business experiences Ive had in a long time. We needed a high end printer plus some hard-to-get computer equiptment, and Rich and his crew went out of their way to provide everything we needed. They treated us like family, and had an extensive knowledge of computer hardware. 1. They have a website with prices, and online shopping cart. But after you make a purchase, RJR claims the website pricing is outdated and they won’t sell you anything unless you pay them more.2. Owner Richard boasts repeatedly about being a big-time Christian, but is rude to customers on the phone. Makes you wait on hold repeatedly while he has unrelated conversations with people in the backround. A 5 minute phone call takes an hour because of this.3. Communication stinks. Several weeks after paying, no shipment or even a progress update. They will not call or email you, you have to hunt them down to find out what’s going on with your order.4. No sense of urgency. They never shipped our product after keeping our money for a MONTH, despite claiming to have “thousands” in stock. We had to demand a refund through PayPal.Run far, run fast. Several other vendors offer everything RJR sells, but with actual businesslike customer service.

These people are crooks, sold us a monitor that did not work and they would not stand behind it. They tried every excuse in the book for why it was not their fault. The owner Rich is a hothead who made multiple threats at us. Youve been warned, RUN!!!
