The staff at the Staples Midtown location went above and beyond. Dre, in particular, was extremely patient and efficient with my order and was able to remedy an error which was completely my fault. The booklets I ordered turned out amazingly well and my team was very pleased with the result. I will definitely utilize the printing services again in the future and have nothing but superlative words to describe the kind employees at Staples Midtown. I had a very good experience here, I came in found a desk chair I wanted. Even though it did not have the price initially showing on the chair, I quickly looked it up online and was able to find all the information. When the nice sales associate originally told me a higher price for the chair than what was displayed online, he was very kind and matched the price. They also assembled the chair right then and there! Quick and easy experience.
I came into your Staples store on Ponce De Leon in Atlanta on 7/18/2021. It was approximately 5:40pm. I was in a pinch getting something pulled up in my computer that I need for tomorrow. Your team member, Julz, who was helping someone when I walked up must have seen the urgency in my eyes.She finished helping the lady in front, calmly greeted me and got to work. Within 10 minutes she pulled up the document.I honestly can’t thank her enough. For someone who is not tech savvy, she saved my day and is an angel. I called about having business cards made and every time they answer they were just say hold on. I have now been on hold for over an hour being told hold on, not hold on please, but hold on for over an hour.

Ive been frequenting this location and Staples as a business in general for the last two years since moving to the area. As an entrepreneur my days are long and having supplies on hand when I need them is of the utmost importance.I previously relied on and frequented Office Depot prior to moving where I found their prices were always low and inventory stocked there was always a long wait at checkout and often times had to find an employee to be checked out as no one would be at the checkout. Even going to customer service I would be turned away, asked to wait at the checkout area, and over intercom they would send someone.At Staples on Ponce in the Midtown Plaza I have always received nothing but smiles, offered assistance, never waited in line for checkout, and prices are good.Today I was AMAZED at the assistance and outstanding customer service I received when purchasing a large box of printer paper. An employee (so sorry cannot remember the gentlemans name) saw me from across the store, carried the heavy bundle for me to checkout from the back of the store where I was then IMMEDIATELY checked out, and before I finished paying another employee was already there waiting to assist me with a dolly which he loaded for me, rolled it all the way to my car, and loaded it into my vehicle with a pleasant attitude and also wearing a mask APPROPRIATELY!Staples gets it and their company culture and employee training proves it. Keep doing what youre doing you guys rock! And I so GREATLY appreciate your efforts in keeping both your customers and employees safe by wearing masks appropriately!

First time sending something to print there. A coworker highly recommended them. But, the order wasnt ready when they said it would be; the computer told them it was printed but they couldnt find it and had to reprint. The manager was nice, but, the print should have been done when they said it would....
Can’t ever get any service. I’ve walked out twice. Once no help for 10 min copying area and the stood in line next day for 25 min and walked out!

Employees were terrible, and very slow. My request to find to the price of an item was passed between 4 people before the manager came and found it for me. An item I ordered online and paid for was not in stock so they had to file a return that I’m still (1 week later) waiting for. Another item I asked for help with was deferred from one employee to another without any resolution, leaving me standing there. A 10 minute trip turned into an hour long affair

Clean store with great customer service from greetings to check out. You can print in bulk using a self serve system that connects to your cloud account. I was able to connect, select my file and then select options for printing, then see the price before I printed. Looks like I could also have used different paper, but the default was 24lb, which was perfect for the flyers I was printing. The staff in the print shop were helpful with any questions I had!
Manager, Will, went above and beyond to help me adjust a problem I was having with the format on a file I needed printed asap. They were nearing closing time, and he made sure to take care of me anyway without making me feel rushed! Def going to be my store for all printing needs in the future. Thanks, Will!!!
Had over 100 note cards laminated here and two luggage tags made - Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They made sure that I was doing the most cost-effective option for my lamination. They also allow you to cut down on costs by cutting out the cards yourself! Took forever but it was worth it!
David in the copy center was incredibly helpful. I needed high-quality copies made quickly & had run up against a deadline. He was not only effective in helping me get them done, but so personal. I cant tell you how many frustrating interactions Ive had at copy centers - but David made an important task under stressful circumstances more doable & personable!
Oh my gosh. Where to begin? I should note that I primarily use this Staples to ship my mail. Every single time, Jasmine is so unbelievably helpful. She is fast, courteous, knowledgable, and gets everything done correctly. Ive probably shipped - I dont know.... 15? 20? Packages here now in the past 6 or so months, and each visit is equally as pleasant as the last. I have tried to go to other shipping stores while running errands, and everything seems so disorganized and slow and crowded in comparison. They offer both UPS and USPS mailing and all of my packages have arrived safely and quickly to their destinations from this location. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Oh, and, Im done trying to run through other stores to ship. No matter where I am. Not even worth it!
Great same day printing service, high quality prints! Friendly, but sometimes unhelpful staff. Also, knocked a star off because the prices of the products in the store seemed excessively high.
Very helpful customer service. The store is small but well stocked and packed in there. They almost always have deals on office supplies and a helpful printing service center. Highly recommend this location and this company
Literally ANY print shop will have your prints ready quicker and in better quality. Even if it’s just two pages that you need printed, these people are so slow that they will make you wait four hours sometimes even make you come back the next day. Something that takes no more than fifteen minutes ANYWHERE else takes these people hours to do. I’m talking things as easy as hit a button on a copy machine takes hours. It’s even more frustrating that you have to deal with attitude from the employees who act like your bothering them just for asking for a print. Any REAL print shop can have you set up and ready hours before Staples would.

Absolutely the worse place ever. I bought a printer because there was 4 available online. I but the printer and the ink, I go to pick it up, and they don’t have the printer, after I get an email saying it was ready for pick up. Everyone is in the store acting like it was my fault they they don’t properly count their inventory.
I needed help finding a device that could read an SD chip I have. I asked Loyd, the assistant manager, for assistance and he wasn’t helpful at all. He told me they carried SD chips but didn’t carry readers and quickly left me. Had he taken a few more seconds to even escort me to where the SD chips were located he would have easily seen the SD chip reader that I was inquiring about. I eventually found it on my own after wandering the store for 15 mins, but was frustrated at the lack of customer service. Seems like they aren’t too worried about converting foot traffic into paying customers.Also the bathrooms are not kept up well. Toilets are clogged, other bathrooms don’t have any toilet paper.I will gladly drive a little bit further to find better customer service at another store.
Always such a frustrating experience dealing with their incompetent employees.

I went to Staples to print resumes and Tyler in the print department was incredibly helpful. She was super knowledgeable about their paper selections, made sure I was happy with how they came out, and was a joy to work with.
I was skeptical to post my review from my visit on October 12, 2018. The store 1005 is stocked very well and organized and that’s why it has a one star review from me. Now to the part I found shocking. I entered this store because I needed some supplies for a job: paper and some staked signs to put up outdoors. I found the paper from Hammermill for a good deal, can’t remember the price. I went up to the register and employee (1894275 which I hope has been fired or quit by now) let me know the price was wrong from what the shelf said. Now usually I always get the price adjusted at the register because that is an option and I can get the sale price since the shelf was not equal to the price it rings up for. (I worked for Staples and was always giving the best customer service I could possibly give because I genuinely wanted to help people and cared about their needs so I could go on and keep the store looking clean, we were all taught that way at my store) Now I know Medallia (survey site) and corporate gets notified when they get bad reviews but I figured I wouldn’t want trouble so I’ll just post on here.She was so rude about not wanting to allow someone to check the price so I told her to return the paper back to my card (this losing my other store coupon because she didn’t want to have an MOD come and put in their override numbers to let me purchase another item with the same coupon which was returned) and I would walk myself to the shelf where I grabbed an HP ream of paper (what a great way to upsell). So I purchased this instead with my ten dollar off coupon) and let her know that she didn’t need to be ugly, this girl wouldn’t even look at my face, it was bizarre. Well since I left the store I let the person who was with me know how weird it all was and maybe Staples just doesn’t care or maybe because it is in Atlanta they are like that there. Either way, I know for a fact I never left any of my personal belongings at the store so I was confused when I return home to find 10 missed phone calls on my phone. They never left a voicemail but the fact that they would not leave a voicemail to tell me the purpose of their incessant calling is what I found weird. NEVER give your rewards information at this store because apparently they will stalk you. I don’t know the girl’s name but with the employee number, internally it’s enough. I happened to visit a Staples store in Cumming and the staff two days ago, even the MOD (Manager on Duty) were amazing (the reason for this post today, months after incident). This let me know it was probably poor management at Ponce.Yeah, just don’t shop here. I don’t want anything more from this store, disgusting behavior.
Talk about no customer service. Try calling the store and you will be on hold forever. If they do pick up these fools cant even transfer a phone call. Then when you call back you wait 10 minutes for someone to answer. The attitude of this company is please go shop somewhere else.UpdateI was forced to try and use them again to get labels I needed last minute. After an eternity on hold I was again told they have no associates available to help me. These people could care less about you as a customer. Get your act together Staples!!! Staff the store properly with people who care at least a little bit. The people you hire arent very bright or motivated. You get what you pay for in employees, and it seems like most of the Staples staff just got fired from their job at McDs and got hired by Staples. On google it clearly states that Staples has marked the store to be open until 8 PM! It’s 6:20 Pm and store was closed. We drove specially to get something needed right away!!!Their phone system also said the store was open!Very annoying!
After over a year doing business...I had the worst customer service from a person named Michael...who represents himself as Managment. He absolutely talked to me with the worst attitude..regarding print and marketing. I am a local business owner that spends literally thousands if dollars in printing at this location..and have never ever been treated this way. He is a poison to this location and will absolutely have me move my business away if he isnt dealt with by corporate. And to top it off...I was told they didnt want my business. So I will tell you...if you deal with him...it will be risky. And you maybe left with no printing for your next business event...the same as I am. And it will cost you everything you planned also.
Had three papers to print that were already emailed to their computer ahead of time. He didn’t feel like taking me so told me to do the self service which has a 5 dollar surcharge....I said no bc of the extra fee when he could just do it right then and there. And he said well, that’s the route you can take. As in, I’m not going to print your documents. Which he didn’t....I left... haha didn’t want to service me so. Yeah... one star ✌🏽

Wish I could give them zero stars. Asked printing department how I can do a poster and they said have no idea and told me go on website. The website has no proper information. If they dont like working or helping customers they should quit. Low life employees that dont care! I will not do any business with Staples in the future. This is the reason online business have taken off because lazy employees who wanna hand outs.
DONT PARK AND WALK OFF THE LOT! UNLESS YOU WANT AN EXPENSIVE BOOT!I was visiting from Canada with a friend. my friends car was booted in the parking lot because we walked over for a few minutes to the Ponce Market. Extremely infuriating for a visitor from out of the country. We purchased stuff from whole foods, olive bistro and Starbucks. The EPS booting company did not care, they stand up above waiting for people to cross the street.
Staff was very helpful and courtesy.....I needed papers binded....I left them there and went to do a little shopping for an hour I came back and they were ready.
I was able to get the thumb drive I needed at a reasonable price and got great customer service.
All of the people that work here (especially in the printing shop) seem completely incompetent and are unhelpful as hell. Business is ALWAYS moving slow here. One girl seemed like she didn’t know of anything I was asking her then on a different visit another man was the same way. Staples should get people who know and understand how to answer customer questions.
Customer service at this location was excellent. Darius in Tech Support was courteous and helpful. He and Lynn were able to identify the problem with my internet which definitely made my life easier.
They had what I needed so I was happy and I didnt have to stand in a long line.
I called for business needs looking to get quotes on printing. I work in the arts materials field and I have worked in a print shop for years, Hell I even taught printing and design for college for 3 years. Any way, I called to get quotes for items to be printed very simply an 11x17 single sheet full color on glossy card stock. The person on the other end wanted to argue with me about what cardstock is or isn’t and then even had all of the measurements I asked for incorrectly. Further when I asked about a simple 8.5x11 full color on again CARDSTOCK, I had to repeat myself 4 times and they still asked me what kind of paper. SERIOUSLY!!!! Know what your talking about before you open your mouth and more importantly LISTEN. This is the worst staples ever.
They will purposely sell damaged electronics. They are all in it together. The weekday morning managerkeeps the bad stuff in a different place so he can access it quickly. Be very careful about how you deal with these guys if you must! Good Luck :-(
Not at all helpful. Came here to print a proposal due to clients quickly, and the staff were extremely unhelpful and refused to help get things printed. It was 1 presentation and the staff person offered no help or solution and turned us away. Terrible customer service and will not be coming back to Staples.
I would not recommend shopping at this location, not because of the store but rather because of the parking. The lot in front of this particular store is a scam. If you stay in the lot very long they will boot your car and then you will have to call them and try and get it unbooted without paying the $75 fee that they charge. They do this for legitimate customers and non alike. It is a real hassle and not worth it.
I am writing because I witnessed great customer service to a customer that was very loud, impatient, and even belligerent and one point. It takes nothing short of sheer patience to continue helping someone with a smile that uses profanity when addressing you. The young female seemed to ignore all the anger and help the lady and even managed to say thank you come again at the end. Although I dont agree with the Copy center employee to continue helping this lady after her horrible display I DO COMMEND her for remaining calm and having enough composure to silence the lady and get her out of there. Once it was my turn I was greeted with a smile as if nothing ever happened. All I could say inside was WOW! Great job Staples!
I returned an item that was paid for on my visa debit card. My reciept plainly shows debit transaction. When I referred to the GM of the store he said the register only allows them to return as credit. This is fraud and misrepresentation. Especially since the back of their receipts plainly says your refund will be given by the same method of purchase. He then stated that I made the purchase with my debit card but it was done as credit. I said why does my receipt show debit and he said thats just the kind of card you have. The inability to understand banking and his companies policies were very upsetting. Furthermore the level of customer care and ability to want to resolve the problem was ZERO. I will not be shopping at this location again.
I came in to ship something, visited the front desk and asked where can i ship this?. The employee said UPS in broken english. I asked what she said - she repeated it 3x, then started laughing along with two other employees behind the desk. I gave her the item and she pointed to an empty desk across the room. I waited for a while for someone to come over and then overpaid to ship the piece of paper. Long story short, your employees here are terrible and your service is subpar.
I never liked staples until I came here. I was greeted like a queen and they helped me find exactly what I needed while directy like 4 other people what aisle to go to while not taking their attention off me. Very impressive. Either this staff has been working here a long time, or just really well trained but im not hen GA that often so i dont know. Zip zip zip I was in and out. It was a breeze and didnt break the bank! I lost my phone here and a young lady with medium length brown hair in copy and print tried to steal it. She was completely rude and I finally got a manager to get it from her.

They took Staples and crammed all of their old stuff into 1/3 of the space, changed the lighting to some harsh blue-white LEDs and the entire place is uninviting and basically the antithesis of what I used to like about Staples. I have been going half an hour out of my way to find another staples since this one seems like mini-Staples-light in a cold, calculated, and sterile way.

The check out line always takes longer than 8 minutes. Everytime you need to check out, Whether you are next in line, or 4th, all the employees stand in the print center watching the Que until it reaches a magic number in length and then lazily scuffle over to the next register which is usually broken in order to just make you wait so they can take your credit card to the only functioning register to wait until that employee is done with their customer to charge your card. I would recommend going ANYWHERE else you can. I swear, If one more employee rolls their eyes at me im going to throw up. What happened to professionalism?

Complete waste of time.The staff were completely incompetent and unhelpful. They played transfer tag with each other when I had very basic questions about printing services, where I was even transferred back to the same people twice.They mumbled over the phone, were unable to actually complete my order, and transferred me to customer service without answering any questions about printing.
Selection is not great and service is terrible. Employees dont know the inventory and have to ask the manager for all of the answers.
