I called this Company expecting to get a repair appointment on my washer. I was told the first time time from the guy who answered the phone, that he will send my ticket number over and someone would call me in 2 or 3 minutes. This was Thursday, October 1. Its Monsay and I had to call back. The same results again. So this is why this comany is getting this rating. Either check your customer service person or replace him. You will never have any business if you customers cant get passed the first step.
They will not return a phone call at all. Waited a week for a call back and still none received. I wish I could give zero stars for the zero customer service.
This is a TERRIBLE company. Dont expect customer service with the person answering the phone - there is NO customer service. The actual service person was wonderful. Getting them on the phone is a whole different experience - expect to call and be put on hold - INDIFINITELY. For a call back, forget that, they dont know what a call back is. I had a problem with a new Samsung dishwasher. I set up the appointment through Samsung. But when I called Cyberworld to verify, they said, oh no, that was not an appointment for service, just an appointment for them to call and set an appointment. (which is totally false since I had to followup with another repair that the gentleman did not fix. This time the appointment time set with Samsung is the actual appointment for repair.
