I went to the café and had a terrible experience with Leslie, I was trying to get help logging into my account and she was extremely uninformed on how your accounts or platforms worked. She didnt have any knowledge of how to utilize technology and it felt like she had me going in circles for at least an hour before she finally decided to ask someone else for help. Ive been to this location several times (which is why Im giving them 5 stars) and all of the other associates there (namely Mick, Dai, and Johnathan) are very friendly and knowledgeable, but I would give my experience with Leslie negative stars if possible!!!

This location is so convenient for me and the staff is awesome. Johnathan, the GM, is so kind and helpful. He was attentive and tried his best to help my issue.

I recently starting working at the Lenox Square Mall a few weeks ago. I discovered the Capital One Cafe and realized that the cafe is Peet’s Coffee. Every single person who works at this location from the barista, the bank employees, and the security they have are absolutely the reason that I continue to go back each afternoon for a coffee and to work on my computer. They are all so friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend. Added bonus is that the coffee is 50% if you have accounts or cards with Capital One 🙌🏼👍🏼

This review is more than well deserved. On Nov.11.2020 my mother and I were visiting this location to pay money on our credit cards and upon walking up there was a young man who greeted us right away! He was extremely pleasant and very helpful. His name is Jonathan!! Jonathan provided some of the best customer service weve ever experienced in Atlanta. He is solely the only reason we continue to go that location. WE will be going back to open up accounts with him, hes great! If you are looking for a personable person and great customer service and just plan friendliness then go see him! Now on the other hand when hes not there, I dont know if youll get any customer service at all! You may get stared down, looked up and down and not spoken too. So this review is really just about Jonathan.

Capital one is a horrible company I will not back you up if you have any disputes or fraud claims I know this personally because I’m going through one right now and all they keep asking me for more information more information information they already have information they’ve had there’s nothing more I can give to you I gave you all I possibly can never go with this company they will not protect you and your money or finances

The ATM doesnt have the option to deposit cash and checks and this is the only Capital One spot in the metro Atlanta area that you can deposit cash into, so Capital One 360 checking account customers in Atlanta cant deposit any cash into their accounts.

This store is AMAZING! Dee was beyond helpful! Not only was she able to take care of what we needed; she made us feel like we werent just patrons, we were valued guests. It was the Ritz Carlton experience through and through. This experience with my girlfriend and Dee makes me want to open a Capital One account. I cannot praise Dee enough.

We came here for our banking needs and Justin was absolutely amazing. He walked us through what the issue was, worked with their customer support line and successfully got our accounts set up. Really happy that we chose Capital One!

I like the place. It feels like a refuge from the Lenox Mall crowds while I wait for my spouse to finish shopping. The coffee is good (Peets). Super friendly staff performing great service. There are a few video games. All sorts of seating with charging outlets nearby. Clean rest rooms right there. DEAL: Half off if you have a Capital One card! I recommend.

The lack of convenience to make cash deposits or check deposits is a big issue and is forcing me to have to open another account at a brick and mortar Bank. Currently in Atlanta there is only one capital one Cafe at Lenox Mall which is 45 minutes away from where I live and very inconvenient when it comes to making deposits.
