Today is my Dadas (paternal grandfather) birthday and he would have been 87 years old this year! Dada was the superintendent of public education for all of Delhi, a great father (and grandfather), a poet, an actor and lover of sweets.The love of sweets and stress from work eventually caught up with him when he became diabetic, but every once in a while he indulged in a treat. His treat of choice when he visited us in the United States was a @krispykreme donut, can you blame him??Ill be honest - there is one, maybe two donuts that I could consistently choose over Krispy Kreme and even those are a bit different.Lets break down why Krispy Kreme donuts were my grandfathers American treat of choice:1. Consistency: this donut ranks among the top for all donuts in terms of its texture, warm and soft (if hot and ready) or crisp but fluffy if cool. Biting into this donut is like biting into heaven2. Flavor: this donut is literally coated in sugar... obviously it tastes amazing and somehow not overwhelming in flavor balanced by the actual donut3. Experience: Im sorry I dont have a video of the hot and ready but watching your donut be made, wearing the Krispy Kreme hat, its an amazing experience everytime. Weve driven 45 mins to get it when Dada visited

This is the mother ship. Whenever you arrive, someone is baking and icing fresh donuts. The smell of donuts and coffee is incredible. You can get the original or various other creations. Good parking too. Get a couple 6 packs instead of the dozen flat and share the treats. These folks offer fund raising coupons and other gifts here too.

Where do I start ? with the less then beautiful glaze donut, so Im crushed that fact my donuts looks 3 days old and, the fact I called the store and end up on the 1 800 number, end up getting a Dewan to answer which turned out being krisp kreme customer,he told me could not take the donuts back to the store and that I had to wait 3 days for a free donuts coupon.Now Im really sad cause I wanted to donuts today and not 3 days later.So I take the glaze to donuts back to the one one Ponce De Leon. Just to get same looking donuts .

Krispy Kreme is without a doubt, the place to get Doughnuts! I have attended this place numerous times, and I must say each experience is better than the last. Their Customer Service is wonderful along with its reputation. Please visit if you havent. You wont be disappointed.

Krispy Kreme is so hit and miss, particularly this one. One day, you walk in and get a beautiful box of glazed and frosted donuts. First of the month, you go in expecting donuts that look like their marketing advertisement only to get some barely dipped, half dried “chocolate glazed” donut. Too many other great donut shops in town for this tomfoolery.

This place is 24hrs and they have the best donuts known to man!!

I Love Krispy kreme donuts, but since Ive gotten older, theyve become a lil to sweet, but I still eat at least 2 donuts everytime. I like this location better on PONCE DE LEON, because they will go above & beyond to make sure they provide good service. Even though I had to wait 30 minutes on Glazed donuts 9/5/20, it still was ok, because it was due to that $1 special they had going on, but they were hot off the rack. The West End store needs to improve more better, I had to travel 20 extra minutes outside of my location all because the WestEnd location ran out, but wouldnt give a time for making anymore. So I called Ponce de leon location & they told me to be there, cause they will have them ready in 35 minutes with the hit light on & they did. Great job Krispy Kreme- Ponce de Leon location downtown Atlanta. I recommend them.

Always fresh and delicious donuts!! Wish they had one in my town instead of the Dunkin Donuts. I will continue to drive one town over just to get these though...very well worth it!

I have had better visits in general than my most recent visit (which I would give a 2), but have definitely been to other locations that were more friendly, which is why the overall score is 3. During these COVID times, all visits are by drive-thru only so the lines are long with significant wait. That being said, I feel it is horrible customer service to let a customer order a box of donuts that will NOT be available by the time you reach the checkout window. I asked for a mixed dozen of pumpkin spice donuts (like whats available on the site) and was told they had all the flavors except cheesecake. I said, well give me three of all you have and make the rest regular KK glazed. When I got to the checkout window, they were about to give me a box of half pumpkin glazed and regular glazed. When I told the young man thats not what I ordered, his female coworker commented they be changing their orders at the window, which was a lie. When I told him what I was told at the intercom, then he said (clearly frustrated), well this is all we have. We dont have any of the other pumpkin flavors except glazed. So I asked for a mix of pumpkin glazed, regular glazed, and custard, which felt very awkward to do at that point, given people are behind me. They handed me a box that hadnt been securely closed so I almost dropped the donuts. When I opened the box, there was one pumpkin cinnamon roll in the box, in addition to the pumpkin glazed...so WHO was lying? I would have been better off getting the donuts delivered. At least the website would have shown the donuts unavailable if they were sold out and I wouldnt have wasted any time in a long line or had to deal with employees taking their frustrations out on me.

Worth the visit. Fresh donuts lots to chose from. Need I say more.

This location needs to be retrained. I had to repeat my order 3 times to the speaker at the menu, then wait forever for the single car in front of me to get 1 box of donuts. Then had to place my order at the window again, then the guy hands me what should be a coke but it was 90% clear. I refused it and told him the syrup needs replaced and he just looked at me confused and said well thats the way it came out of the machine and tried to hand it back to me. Then I get the lowest quality donuts I have ever seen from a Krispy Kreme. This used to be a great location, not anymore.

I actually dont like doughnuts much; but my coworkers LOVE doughnuts (especially KK) and I love my coworkers. So, I treat them on occasion, esp. when theres a BOGO. Picked these up to celebrate my 25th work anniversary. They have the best seasonal themes!

Came here on National Donut Day on June 1 and it was the best! Got the freshest glazed donut and a sprinkled donut.

I realize I got there at 10:15pm (closes at 11pm)...The Hot light was on and attracted me on a late Uber drive night.After 30 minutes in drive through... no more hot doughnuts.No apologies either... the hot lights not on. Its on white right now was the best customer service that could be handled.I got more appreciation from the gentleman ferrying trash in a hopper across the lot to the dumpster as I waved him in front of me before I moved my car along.I may have caught them on an off night, but make better Saturday plan, team.

I absolutely love that this location stays open late. I just recently heard that this location had a fire 🔥 destroy the building so I look forward to when they open back up.

Some rude woman working here came and yelled at me and other guests for moving 2 tables next to each other. Get my tables back you people are blocking the walkway. You people. You people. For putting two tables together me, my wife, and our friends were labeled you people. Unbelievable.

The best Krispy Kreme location in all of metro Atlanta. Ive never seen the restaurant unkempt and the staff is always nice and neatly presented to customers in their uniforms.I literally drive an hour each way just to patronize this location because its my favorite.

I swung by here for coffee one day after passing it almost daily the last year... needless to say I won’t be stopping again. At 11:15 AM, I waited over 35 minutes in a drive-through line of 4 cars to place an order and receive it. I ordered a single black coffee.After waiting so long, I received a single, cold-from-sitting-out coffee full of cream and sugar. Terrible service, with so many coffee/breakfast/doughnut options in the area, go elsewhere. This is a poor representation of the Krispy Kreme chain.

Took a trip to get some sweets and because the Hot sign was ON through the app. Got the doughnuts and they was not HOT but soft seem they was preboxing them and putting them on the counters before orders. So semi waste of trip.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! A Male took my order and specifically told me that he didnt know what was sold. Every type that I asked to get he responded were out of those. I refused to order just anything and told him Id go to a competitor who would be happy for my business. Ill NEVER return to the Ponce store again. Avoid this place at all costs!!

I had always wanted to try Krispy Kreme but they don’t have one in Massachusetts and I came to visit my sister for the holidays so we passed by and I literally just left this place and I have to say what a bad customer experience. A lady working today dec 6th at 1am at the drive through was entirely rude. I saw the sign on the drive through and it said closed till 6am the next day and we asked if they are still open and she just didn’t even let us finish and said do we need our order or not. She couldn’t even let me finish my order and rushed me to get less than I wanted, she was yelling and out of line. Work on that! The donut was incredibly good and I could have ordered more but I had to get less because this lady was insanely rude. Very good donut but very very bad customer service. Please work on that.

This place has the best donuts and great coffee. Often you get free donut holes while you wait to order inside. A clean and comfortable seating with plenty of tables. The drive thru is great when in a hurry and love the hit and ready coming off the conveyor. A highly recommended place for all ages, especially a treat for kids. Wish they brought back the pineapple glazed donuts- they are awesome!

Donuts were good and fresh. Staff was nice, fast and accommodating.

Not too shab, it was late night on a holiday. Donuts werent that fresh but quite tasty. Line was long but moved at a steady pace. Enjoyed the sense of humor of the employees. Their chiller machine was down which was unfortunate. Would definitely go again during the day for some fresh donuts that had creme filling.

Midtown/Piedmont Park location is where I visited about 7pm. My box of 1 dozen Doughnuts were HOT & FRESH! OMG!! Line a bit long at drive thru. Friendly staff. Wish KK stop increasing prices. Free parking if going inside. However, I visited the Stone Mountain(US 78) a few weeks prior; doughnuts were horrible. They were old, stale & cold. I didnt return them because I had already driven off and was in hurry for an appointment. Otherwise, I would have returned them for a fresh box. That day I was so disappointed and Id wasted 9 dollars after craving FRESH / HOT doughnuts all day. Piedmont KK rating 5 stars. Stone Mountain (US 78) KK 1 STAR.

Disappointed. Went through drive thru during the weekday a 10am. Customer service was non-existent. No greeting and my order was incorrect. Called this location - no answer 3 xs. I paid for something i didnt get. This is not the 1st time. **The morning shift should definitely work on customer service etiquette.

Mannnnn.... I placed an order for a dozen donuts and the order wasn’t ready when I got there. A guy quickly made my order and 50% of the donuts in my box were wrong. Had to go back in and ask why... another employee told me they didn’t have the donuts I ordered. So, I’m like why didn’t he just say that. I was told by the janitor and one of your employees that the dining area was not accessible any longer for whatever reason(s). However, just last Sunday on March 29, 2020 (during the morning hours) the dining area was wide open for business and takeout. Here are where my concerns reside: Being inconsistent with your accessibility with the dining area. Not everyone has a car and I am not going to spend extra money to order this food because of whatever reason or reasons you all have. You should display such changes on your website and/or on the front of your entrance. I dont appreciate wasting my time venturing to this location only to be told that I cant go in twice from two people that clearly have negative feelings toward your establishment [i.e. your janitor and Mr. Random worker]. Do not address me as bro or dude. Address me by my surname or maiden name. This is the last time I will be spending anymore of my hard earned money on this business. I was actually in the mood for one of your specialty donuts. But now, I am completely satisfied with not experiencing anything else from your establishments. I will be sharing this experience with my colleagues.Have a wonderful day!

I used to enjoy this place, but when I got the original glazed today, it was super gooey compared to usual. The aftertaste is not so pleasant either. I enjoy using the reward app to collect rewards, but their system was down which is discouraging. Most importantly, my order was wrong that if I didn’t correct it, I woudlve paid more than what I ordered.

A doughnut shop with a broken coffee maker is ridiculous but if thats the case you might want to put a sign on the drive through menu.Customer service was also sub par. No one answered me at the drive-thru, and then when they told me they were out of coffee they stopped responding to the rest of my order. Fun times

Parking is free. They have free Wifi as well. They play really good music if you ever take your time to listen. If you dine in they have free hats that you can wear so you can enjoy the experience. Smells amazing in there and they have friendly customer service and funny enough they also have pretty friendly customers that come in as well. 10/10 👌🏽

These people are so AWESOME I came in for a dozen donuts for my sons 8th birthday in October and when I came out I GOT THESE HOTTIES FRESH & SO CREATIVE AND DELISH! and I dont know the girls name but she helped me so quickly and pleasently gave me options to choose from I loved this location 🤘🏽

This was not a very good experience. I paid 11.00 for 6 choc covered cream filled and a water. First off, one if them had apparently misfired... no hole on any side, and therefore there was no creme inside at all. I didnt even realize the injector sometimes completely misses the donut. Luckily only my first one missed, but all six donuts were not just made a few hours ago, they were completely stale. It was nightime so i guess they could have been made at 4 or 5 that morning and possibly gotten that stale. However selling me donuts at a premium price almost 2$ each means you need to make new ones and not sell 18-20 hour old donuts... thats why you keep rotating them to sell the morning donuts in the morning... usually a fan but please!

Had a great experience at this location! The manager was extremely helpful, and the red light was on so the donuts were hot and fresh! We dropped in right at 5:00 so I honestly couldnt think of a better way to wait the traffic out...

The young male cashier took forever to fulfil one order, approximately 10 minutes. Instead of moving faster or asking the customer to pull up and bringing the order out, he just didnt care. Then when I pulled up he didnt acknowledge me and acted like he was taking an order. I eventually left without my order.

They told me at 7 pm that most items have been sold out since noon! They also didnt even have napkins!The doughnuts we received, despite being the same order, were 50% different in size.Lots of issues....

I was really disappointed my Frozen Caramel Latte taste liken it was spoil. After sitting in drive through for 15 min.

My teenage daughter loves donuts but she had never had Krispy Kreme. I had to bring her here .This place is legendary! Needless to say she loved the donuts. We ordered a dozen. The service was friendly and everything was neat and clean. It was awesome. I enjoyed sharing this little experience with my daughter.

Theres no way you can find a better donut than Krispy Kreme. Especially when they are fresh off the rollers. Hot and so soft they almost melt in your mouth. Ive been to this particular Krispy kreme many times. I grew up in Atlanta and we always go here after a Atlanta event. Monster trucks, baseball or football game. My latest visit was a 3am drive through. I got a mixed box and a large coffee. The donuts were fresh. The coffee was hot. I ate half of the box sitting in the parking lot. You should make this a must visit if you are in Atlanta. I definitely recommend this restaurant even at 3am. God bless.
