Nice environment. Plenty of indoor seating space Wi-Fi accessible. Nice small intimate patio. Across from grant park although parking lot is small its a lot of surrounding areas to park your car. Fresh baked goods with a small but tasty Ice cream selection.
This coffee shop has a nice location with easily accessible parking, but the service and coffee is underwhelming. The main barista didn’t notice I had been waiting in line for a few minutes and then once she did see me forgot that she had already asked me my order. The medium roast coffee did not use enough grounds when made and the grounds themselves tasted stale without any flavor. The ample seating indoors and outdoors is nice and it’s a very relaxing place to read and do work. All of this being said, when I walked in it smelled delicious, exactly like my mom’s homemade French toast, so I’ll have to give this spot another chance at some point.
This became my go to coffee spot while we were in ATL! The coffee is perfection, best Americano Ive had in a while. The staff is very nice, friendly and welcoming. I asked for a recommendation on a scone and they suggested the white chocolate cranberry. I had to go back the next day to get another one because it was just THAT good!
This coffeehouse is right across from the zoo Atlanta. The place looks small from the outside, but they have a big seating area inside, also they have outdoor seating. They have plenty of different coffee, hot, and cold drinks. The employees were nice and helpful. We ordered the cookie dough latte and raspberry chip cheesecake ice cream, both were good. We really enjoyed hanging out in the outdoor seating area while the birds would swoop down and hang around us.
Stopped through here while waiting to check into an Airbnb and left wishing I had this spot by me in the city I live in! Conveniently located near the zoo entrance, GPC has a long patio with 6 - 8 tables and bench seating, strong WiFi for paying customers, and perfectly reliable coffees and chairs. Didnt get anything to eat but everything looked yummy. (and vegetarian friendly!)
Food is amazingStaff is lovelyService is fastSeating area is a bit lacking but thats prob because of COVIDSad to see them go!
My first time at this place. The location is great as its right at the entrance to the zoo and cyclorama right across the street at Grant Park. You can spread out here theres enough seating you can spread out away from others - relevant during covid times. Has a very friendly staff I really noticed their customer service. The wrap was not only great tasting but the portion was a great size. Speedy service and the people working there seem to enjoy being there and working with each other which is noticeable when that is the case and especially noticeable when its not the case. Would stop back here again just for the sandwiches. Has outdoor seating. The only challenge is that there can be limited parking due to people parking on the street but there is a parking lot across the street thats about $3 an hour.
Was looking for a unique cool coffee shop to grab my daily dose of caffeine. Happy to have found this place. Coffee was pretty smooth and as I like. Wish I would’ve tried the pastry because the look good but enjoyed my iced latte, thoroughly.
Their chai frappe is sooooo good and the people who work there are sooooo freaking nice
Great cold brew coffee and food. The staff is really friendly. Masks required.
I worked at the zoo and this was one of my favorite places to grab lunch. They also serve pastries, breakfast and ice cream. So they have something for everyone. And the atmosphere is awesome a great place to sit back on the patio and great seating on the inside. The customer service you won’t be disappointed.
Pretty average coffee. Love the historic building and prime Parkside location. Nice outdoor seating. Not very clean
Really good coffee and food! We got a blueberry scone, chocolate croissant and butter roll with bacon egg and cheese.
We tried Grant Park Coffee house right before the Zoo one Wednesday morning and it was a wonderful treat. Both baristas were super friendly, answered my questions and helped me find the most delicious white chocolate pastry thoroughly enjoyed by me and my little one.I had a cafe latte, reasonably priced and made with great tasting quality coffee. It was a little narrow for my jogging stroller, but very hole in the wall authentic. There was lots of nice outdoor seating as well as a whole another section for working professionals or people working on their personal devices.Great vibes and even better coffee! I say this ones a must see.
Perfect coffee drinks right across from the zoo! Nice staff, good selection of pastries, though the cinnamon loaf was a bit dry...certainly delicious if fresh...but not today. Nice outdoor seating.
This place is right around the corner from where I work so it’s very convenient. I’ve been visiting here for a number of years and it’s always good. I’ve had items on the breakfast and lunch menu. It’s delicious and the folks working here are cool. They gotta cool local vibe.
Super hip coffee shop! Great coffee and a cute outdoor seating area, super convenient to Grant Park. Was a little too hipster feeling when I was there for me but I’ll be back to check them out again for sure.
I love Grant Park Coffeehouse! They have great coffee, desserts, and sandwiches. 😋 Plus its a Black Woman owned business. Go support it!
Quaint little coffee shop!! Great coffee, great location, great atmosphere!
Awesome shop.. unique and yummy drinks and food, plus the employees were so nice!! Ill definitely come back.
Its like Cheers!A great place where everyone knows your name and your order. The food is always good. Its my treat every 2 weeks. I love going to places where the staff is consistent. Its nice when you can form relationships with the people behind the counter. They are as sweet as their treats. Always clean, always pleasant, always a friendly new patron to chat with while you wait.
Luv this place. The oatmeal cookies are the best Ive ever had
Awesome coffee, delicious Chicken pocket, and super-friendly staff! This was my first time here, but definitive not my last! Highly recommended!
Awesome spot! Worth stopping in for a quick cup of coffee or relax and get lost in a book for a while!
Fresh coffee, fresh food and quick service. Who needs more?
It’s an amazing restaurant that focuses on the customer adhering to Covid 19 restrictions while offering coffee and amazing breakfast sandwiches and desserts. I love the staff and professional service.
Absolutely fantastic! Delicious coffee and smoothies! Try the mango and strawberry
Good coffee..nice staff and the vegan sweet potato bread oh so good
Lovely little coffee shop right across from the Zoo. They have extra seating so dont be worried that the counter is in a smaller area. Nice selection of coffee and tea. Very friendly and welcoming staff. The scones are delicious and the food was very good. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. The extra seating can handle larger groups. They have free Wifi as well.
My favorite local breakfast spot. The bread pockets are fantastic! Also the coffee and all of the delicious breads and scones!
Nice location across from the park and zoo. Nice to see good covid procedures with no dine in and one way traffic in the building. Customers all wore masks while I was there. There are a few tables outside for dining though.I got a small black coffee. Price was average for the area, taste was good, and size for a small was a bit larger than I expected. Service was great!Everything I want in a coffee shop.
The food was fine; however, the service left a bitter taste in my mouth. The gentleman who took our order was initially very impatient with us. We are a family of 5 and have never been to this coffee house, so it took us a little longer to order. Rather than being helpful, he answered questions with a hint of annoyance in his voice. After receiving our food, we sat outside to eat. When my husband went inside to ask for a knife, another person replied “I put a knife in your bag” in a curt tone. He explained that she actually did not, and she continued to debate rather than just giving the knife which shouldn’t have been a debate in the first place. I definitely will not return!
Great customer service, great coffee, wifi is decent, and atmosphere is nice. Clean area.
Glad to have a black owned coffee shop in the Grant Park neighborhood. I always stop on my walk
This Coffee Shop is like Family and a staple in our neighborhood. They don’t have in store dining right now because they are super safe during Covid. They do have some outdoor seating. On a normal day, they have a large seating area separate from the order area. The shop has a a couple menus of food and drinks options. Food includes; fresh deli style sandwiches and wraps, with salad options (chicken salad is delish!) also included are very substantial and home made pastries, sweets and breads, with gluten free options available as well. Breakfast is my favorite, and the egg scramble with chicken sausage is excellently, spicy and fresh, add a sides of creamy cheesy grits (weekend only for the grits)! Yummy smoothies and a variety of coffee drinks and that hit the spot! Almost forgot... Ice Cream!! Delicious unique flavors and the classics, always pleasing my children (and myself) on a hot day! Who am I kidding any day! Thank you Grant Park Coffeehouse, we love you!
Besides the fantastic owners and employees, its a place I can find something to please everyone in my family. Theres a wide assortment of drinks, ice creams, fresh pastries, and our favorite gluten-free treats! Its located right across the street from Zoo Atlanta and Grant Park with outside seating.
This is my favorite place to get a breakfast sandwich and a slice of their delicious breads for a late morning snack. The Zucchini with nuts is my favorite. Great coffee too.
This is my favorite coffee shop in Atlanta! The staff are warm and kind. They have gluten free breads and even vegan options, too! Their selection of coffees, food, pastries, etc is all incredible! I always get the Nutella mocha and GF pumpkin bread! So yum!
Easily the best place for pastries in Atlanta. I know its a coffeehouse but bump that. The scones, my good lord, the cookies, the egg sandwiches? Too good. Plus speaking on coffee, way better than the slightly burned dry tart crack beans they have at Starbucks. Its an ever so pristine neighborhood. So the most expensive things are the smoothies, ice cream, and more grand coffee items. But I go there for the pastries and fleeting yet nice enough conversation with the staff. I love, Big 5 stars.
This is an absolutely wonderful coffee, sandwich, and dessert shop. Outstanding food. Reasonable prices. Incredible service. Seating indoors and outdoors. What else is there to desire in a coffee shop?
I was looking for a great Coffeehouse for Dine-in service. Living in Stone Mountain this was clearly not in my area, as well as not close by my joining friend. This was out of the travel distance with 20 Coffeehouses in between. But I chose this one for the Dine-in due to the weather. See below they still had Dine-in. When we arrived, we were told NO DINE-IN AVAIL. They should update this information under thier listing. We ordered and self-seated on the outside which was a cute very small patio setup. It had about 6-7 tables and 2 couples were already seated. None of the tables were wiped down. So I had to clean my table. I sat down and immediately noticed so much trash, cups, dirty napkins, leaves... underneath the entire length of the benched seating area (which was the length of the entire patio). Also while sitting there a cute little bird came down out of the light post over the table of one of the couples and clipped the end of thier table. Other than that, it looked pretty clean on the inside and the service was pretty fast. Great prices. Friendly staff.
Super nice staff and great coffee!
Excellent service. Friendly staff. Variety of choices. Friendly environment 😌.
We stayed around the corner from this adorable shop and I wish I had seen it before our last day.I can only imagine that in a less-socially-distant world, this place has vibes for days.My only wish was that the flavored drinks were house-made syrups instead of bottled.
Great place! Some great outdoor seating during covid and WiFi! Great coffee, food and people! Just a nice atmosphere to hang out and get work done or hang out. Also inside looked like it would be nice after covid.
Very friendly. Always pleasant. Love going there.
Friendly staff & great location in Grant Park. I also enjoyed the unique drinks available 🍵
I love this place! The food is always fresh! (try the vegan breads and thank me later) I love the hot drinks. Customer service is always bomb and the atmosphere is amazing. Stop in yu wont be sorry!
This place is so relaxed and rarely full. It has ample seating for groups to do work and small tables for independent work. Internet is excellent. Menu caters to vegans and non-vegans and has actual meals like scrambled eggs and sandwiches, as well as typical pastries to accompany coffee/tea (think sweet breads and savory American scones). One my favorite coffee shops in Atlanta!
Loved the coffee, cant wait to go back for the gluten free and vegan options!
Perfect for a quick and tasty snack! Hit the spot!
Had a large hot chai with coconut milk... delicious! Had their vegan pumpkin-bread... delicious! Had their GPC Scramble made with tofu & soy-sausage... also delicious! The 1st 2 items filled me.
I always judge the quality of a coffee shop by their just a cup of black coffee.. Their coffee is good as are their baked goods. Great job, yall.
Great service, food and staff!
Very lovely little coffee shop, great peppermint mocha iced coffee
A pretty solid cup of coffee! Got an iced coffee, and sat outside. Lots of indoor seating, but not available during covid-19 of course. The outside has 6-8 tables, but right next to the park, so definitely able to take your coffee and enjoy the park. Service was good, and the batista was knowledgeable and helpful with questions!
I am convinced they know every customers name. The also remember the regulars orders. Support this amazing local business.
Visited fri evening i think. there was fast, efficient, and courteous service. the bill wont break you.
I love this place. I usually come here after a run in Grant Park, which is right across the street. Its homey and unassuming, the patio out front is wonderful in nice weather, and the coffee itself is great! Also, get a slice of one of their homemade sweetbreads. The vegan sweet potato bread is insane.
Great for ice cream after a lovely morning at the zoo
Nice little coffe spot right across from the zoo
Very savory. the service was very kind and attentive. the bill was average for the menu.
Try their smoothies. Mango/Strawberry blend is a must try. Great CustomerService.
One of my favorite coffee shops in Atlanta. Just across from Zoo Atlanta. Outdoor patio only fue to Covid. Great WiFi and awesome espresso.
My daughter and I had breakfast/coffee here, before her school field trip to Zoo Atlanta. It was the perfect walking distance from the zoo parking lot. So, we were able to stop in, eat, and take our coffee with us on our way to meet her classmates at the zoo. Such a great little local coffee shop. Will be returning, next time I go to ATL!!!
Best mango smoothie ever!!! The coffee aint bad either.
Like there coffees and had good prices and selection
The coffee was great! Very good customer service and clean they do require mask so make sure you have it :)
Blake the cashier was very warn and invited. His crop shirt was everything!!❤❤❤
Friendly cafe, excellent vegetarian options! Its also affordable.
I go here whenever I can. The comfort mixed with the impeccable food/drinks. Wowie! And it’s not even expensive. You should go here!
Very nice place.
Great service!! Has nice outdoor patio with a another location for people to study and chill. My favorite coffee shop in Atlanta. Love what this place is about, wonderful food and an interesting menu.
Great customer service, atmosphere and tasty drinks! I even met the owner and she was very friendly! I will return!
Its located across from the Zoo. Patrons were eating mostly outside, and there was a steady flow. Most of them ordered coffee and sandwiches, which looked nice. On this trip we ordered ice cream. Superman, with many different flavors mixed together, and Key Lime Pie, which was quite good. The server was very friendly and offered samples. It was cozy and well kept. Construction is going on in the area, so drive safely.
I had the spring mix salad. The serving was generous. I was hungry from all the walking. I really enjoyed the salad it had some red peppers, cherry tomatoes ( no red onions) and parmesan cheese. It was very fresh also had a blue moon which was cold and hit the spot. Prices are what you expect when you buy food out. Also the pulled pork and pesto pizza that my daughter in law ordered was different but quite good.
Friendly staff and good service and coffee. Also has a quaint patio for nice days. Easy walk from the Zoo Atlanta parking lot.
Everything I have tried here is so good. My only complaint is that they arent open later in the day!
Visiting from out of town and staying nearby. Needed a quick bite and stopped here for breakfast. Had the scramble and a breakfast sandwich for my husband. Both were great and were also big portions. Prepare to be full. Coffee was tasty. Service was super friendly and quick.
Today was my first time at Grant Park Coffeehouse and it was a pleasure. The service was excellent and the iced peppermint mocha was delicious. I will be back.
The chicken salad was pretty good, the bits of celery was a little too chunky for me. The carrot and zucchini is delicious and you get a huge piece for the price. ..
They’re fast and friendly here. It’s a great neighborhood coffee shop. And they have my favorite super moon ice cream that I grew up on.
The blueberry scone is amazing! Staff was super friendly, too
My biggest complaint is how much the pricing fluctuates. I don’t like paying $32 plus tip and then coming back the next week to spend $27 after a regretful 15% tipE.G: two TBLATs run between $6-11 depending on who is working. This isn’t our last visit, but I’m bringing this receipt to pay this amount moving forward
Ok coffee. Nice quaint little place with very reasonably priced sandwiches and food items that look very tasty.
