This place is the best of the best. If you have a high-end car or one that you just really care about, this is almost the only place to go in the Atlanta area. The knowledge of the associates, the skill of the technicians, and the tidiness with which the place is run is top notch. You can count on them to get to your car in a prompt fashion. You can count on excellent care. You can count on them standing by their work. Their prices are not great but they are not terrible. The prices are well worth the High quality of service you receive. The only down side I would say is that sometimes they do try to sell you new tires and the like a little bit before they are actually due. But you just say no to that.

Had a blow out on 85 North and was recommended by the AAA tow truck driver to come to Butler. Now, I know why. Charles took car of us immediately and while no one else in town had the tires I needed for my Cayenne, Butler had them in stock. I appreciated the no nonsense straight forward business approach. And expectations were clearly set on delivery as I did have to pick it back up the next day. Upon pickup I met Geordie the store manager as Charles was out for the day, he was super professional and helpful with a hint of sassy. I am super satisfied and I look forward to keeping Butler for my tire needs moving forward.

Dont leave your brand new tires that you just had replaced on your brand new Tesla over the 7-Day period because they will magically disappear and you will be met with nothing but apathy and condescension. They justify a 7-Day holding policy on tires with a sign over door and no contract no verbal warning and no call back to pick up anything. (Sounds like a great way to make an extra Buck Butler tire) So if you have a friend that you depend on to pick those up they better be very dependable. Would not work with Wayne could not have cared less. And the icing on the cake I brought one tire in to get fixed he doesnt tell me the price of the new tire he just tells me a model and then rings up almost a $400 tire such great service

The customer service was horrible from that store manager,Joey I spent nearly 4,000 dollars of my hard earned money. didnt respect my dollars,didnt even try to solve the issue I had.Would never recommend anyone there

I have only been here once before. This time I came with a slowly leaking tire that another tire store was unable to correctly fix. My original flat tire came from the dealership during a warranty repair. Brandon Butticaz spent extra time with me trying to find the wheel lock which the previous tire store had forgotten to replace back in the car. I went and got the tire lock from the other tire store and came back two days later and Brandon was again extremely helpful. Not only was the tire fixed quickly and correctly, they did not charge me because it was an original dealer problem with which they have a relationship. I found all of the guys to be extremely knowledgeable, very personable/ friendly, and wonderful to deal with. I will be back to buy my next set of tires from the store for sure. I also am glad to have found a place that I feel comfortable sending my wife. Thanks again Butler tire and Brandon!

Took my wifes pride and joy, an immaculate Alpine white 2002 BMW e39 into Butler today for new tires. Arrived at 8:05. Car was immediately pulled onto the alignment rack. Car was pulled off the rack at 8:45 and parked. During this time I observed a technician painting red calipers on a car in one of the bays. The car was covered and the wheel wells were taped. In the very next bay was an older red BMW - uncovered. As I was watching this take place you could clearly see clouds of red paint vapors floating into the other bay onto the red BMW. 10 min later they pulled the red BMW out and pulled my white E39 in the same bay. From the outside of the bay I told the technician not to move forward as I didnt want my car next to a car where brake calipers were being painted. His only comment was youll be ok, and he turned and walked off. I then communicated to the technician to stop all work on my car.I then went inside and voiced my displeasure to the manager and told them to stop all work on my car and give me my keys. I was still charged $129.00 for an alignment.You can make your own decision, not what I expect from a Butler Tire. I will not be back.-Clint

Recently had spacers, balance, and an alignment on a new car. Geordie and the entire team do a great job every time I bring a car in for work. They are always busy and working hard. You can tell that all the employees enjoy working there as they seem to have an upbeat attitude and are proud of their work. It’s a great company with a great working culture.

Many, many negative experiences were shared in this thread alongside mine.I would not send anyone to this location. Ever. Untrustworthy to put it mildly.

Great customer service and professionalism from the guys at the Roswell Rd. location. There were challenges with the delivery of my TSW wheels - not Butler Tires fault, but the guys remained positive and on top of the matter. The wheels were finally delivered! Had them along with new tires installed today which was a totally smooth experience. My car now has a refreshed look. I previously had them put some new shoes on the same car and will continue to do business with them.

Outstanding customer service. The only place to go in Atlanta for wheel or tire service of any kind. I had purchased a set of Enkeis and new Bridgestone tires from another shop.Unfortunately the other shop (NOT butler) did an awful job balancing. Butler took the time to correct the problem, explain to me what was fixed, and even polish my wheels and apply tire shine before I left. They also cleaned off the leftover adhesive one the inside of the wheel from the old weights. I have NEVER had a tire shop clean my wheels before. Very impressed, they have earned a lifetime customer.

I passed by Butler a few times thinking it was a motor sports type place (i.e. expensive). But, I like local places. When I called them about tires, the price was the same as Costco for what I was looking for. The service is in a different league. They are friendly, communicate well and do good work. The complementary wheel rotations are a big plus. They’ve spent time to check into a couple of warning lights without charge. I would highly recommend.

You will NEVER be disappointed coming here!!!I want to take a moment to share my experience today with Butler Tire. I purchased four new tires from the Marietta location and one of the selling features that Butler offers is free tire rotations for the life of the tires. I went to the Marietta location for my first tire rotation several months ago and waited several hours for this to be completed. I did expect a wait as it was a Saturday morning. Fast forward to today... I went, again, to the Marietta location for my second tire rotation. I was met with “unless you can leave it with me for several hours I cannot help you today”. I then asked to make an appointment for next Thursday, my next available time to do this, and was quickly met with, “no we do not offer appointments for that service”. Well, color me shocked, but if this is a selling feature with your tire sales it shouldn’t be met with such flack when a customer comes in to utilize this service. I proceeded to leave and call the Buckhead location as I needed to try and complete this today rather than waiting another week. I was pleasantly surprised when Geordie answered the phone and completely changed my experience! He was willing to listen to me and my frustrations as well as take the time to flip it all around. I drove an additional thirty minutes out of my way and he, also extremely busy at his location, took the time to squeeze in my (not profitable) tire rotation. He understood this simple task would maintain a relationship with a continued customer for returning business. It would be nice to see the Marietta location not look at a customer as an inconvenience because they are utilizing the free tire rotation selling feature, and instead see that as an opportunity for keeping a customer happy and returning for future tire sales. I will continue to be inconvenienced and drive all the way to Buckhead from Cherokee County in order to receive customer service that shows I am just as important as the next person that walks in the door! I went to Butler Tires and Wheels with my fiancee to replace some tires on his car and tripped on a wheel that was left in the walkway by one of the employees. All I got was a sorry. How about this store manager: Can you go get a first aid kit cause my leg is bleeding, bruised, and now I am limping around in pain?!!?!!

Had a wheel with a very small crack. They found me a replacement and installed it same day. I have been a customer for 25+ years. Best auto service business in Atlanta.

They fixed a flat on my run flat tires that usually would cost me over $500. I had the exact same issue and was told it could not be fixed months ago.

These guys are the best, Don’t try to be cheap and goto mavis, or dekalb tire which is now owned by mavis…You will end up at butler getting them to fix whatever the other tire shops have messed up. I’ve learned my lesson! Ask for Brandon or Geordie!

Referred to Butler by my mechanic for a road force balance.I was happy that the tech used seat, floorboard, and steering wheel covers in my car; but the associate inside the lobby was unmasked.I feel like I received good service (they even cleaned my sidewalls!), but $130+ seems a bit pricey.

I walked into Bulter Tire in Buckhead this morning at exactly 8:35am, and there were 4 gentleman behind the counter; 3 of which looked up at me and then looked back down without saying a word. No greeting...no Good Morning....no How may we help you today?....nothing. So, I preceded to look around the shop anyway as that I was looking for a set of wheels and tires for my Range Rover, but still, after about 8 minutes of walking from both sides of the shop - inside and out - I still received no How may we help you?....Have you been helped yet...or anything of the like. There was one customer sitting down inside the shop, and another sitting at a high-top table in the parking lot. I was literally the only other person in the shop. Being that I am a person who values customer service, especially at a place where I intend to spend thousands of dollars, I dont think that expecting a greeting or an acknowledgment is asking too much. Therefore, I opted to leave and take my business elsewhere. I would advise anyone reading this to spend your money at a place that respects your patronage. Dont waste your time here. There are too many other businesses who offer the same products - or can get them - that dont act as if courtesy is a luxury.

I used Butler tires to have tires balanced on my car years ago.....but had not gone to them for a long time fearing that their prices would be much higher than other more discount style tire stores. I returned to using Butler once I bought my first old BMW. Since then I have moved all my tire service work to them. I get treated like a celebrity for no reason at all....and the quality of their workmanship is second to none. Little details like aligning the center cap logos with the valve stems and wiping the brake dust off the wheels (inside and out) while doing regular rotations are what keeps me coming back. Geordie Johnston makes sure I am in and out of there in no time flat even when I have come to them with a flat (yeah...pun intended....)

Geordie and the Butler Tire team absolutely killed it! I recently took my old school 993 4S for a new suspension, wheels, short shift, exhaust, and some other work. I went back and forth about 5 times via email planning the upgrades and every time he got back to me with a Yes and did it in minutes versus waiting days for a response. The pricing was very reasonable and the turnaround time was under a week! They went ahead and got everything taken care of including researching technical questions, etc., when they got stuck with some of the nuances of old Porsches. No stress for me. They delivered the car to my house with old wheels and nicely stacked in the garage as a courtesy. Who does that anymore? Anyways I was so happy with my results. They are the best in town by a mile.
