Had to have the catalytic converter replaced on daughters car. They were straight up and honest from the very beginning and efficient with the work. Its important that Im able to trust the people that work on my familys vehicles. These folks are on that list.

Very honest owner/tech. Customer service was good. Fair price for work performed. He noticed other things that need to be done but was not pushy and said they were not emergent. Ill go back.

I dont know much about cars so I appreciated it when he SHOWED me what was wrong with my car. My car now drives like a dream. So thank you. They were very friendly and professional and they helped me gain my sanity back by making the rattling stop. Ill definitely be back.

Great experience here. Went in thinking I needed a new exhaust and the mechanic told me what it really was and fixed it in about 2 hours at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this place - with every mechanic and chain shop out there trying to rip you off, dealing with Kirk was a refreshing experience.

Called on a Saturday and got same day oil change on my personal vehicle. Service was fast and no one tried to up sell or talk me into any other services. Place seemed so efficient and service was pleasant. I have a work van that I take to get oil changes and the places I usually take it to ALWAYS want to add services to my standard oil change. I have gone to all the car centers in doraville and they are by far the best!! They are very professional, honest about their services, and very understanding. They make sure that you have all your needs tended to and I really appreciate them. I will definitely be going back!

Ive been taking my car here for years for minor repairs such as AC issues or brakes but recently had check engine light errors which other places told me things such as it would cost more to fix the car than it is worth or the engine is bad. This place correct diagnosed the issue and I was happily on my way. They dont try to screw you on price or unnecessary repairs. Only place I will take my car from now on.

These highly experienced techs have been keeping my infiniti Q50 running for years! Quick and is very upfront about cost and time estimation. My car had been losing coolant for a few weeks and I couldnt find how. They easily found a coolant leak from one of the hoses they had to replace. Good price and great service!

Bait & Switch coupons - when you try to use a coupon you find out the price is much higher than you were originally led to believe. Tried to use an oil change coupon and the price jumped from $53 to the package price of $95!!

I visited This particular Meineke for a quick oil change update. It was indeed quick and satisfying. I inquired of other services (brake/ABS work, and the mechanic had no problem discussing my needs. Checkout was fast too. Less than 20 minutes for entire service. I too recommend this shop for those in a hurry. No appointment necessary.

I have been getting oil changes regularly for 14 years now. This is the first totally positive experience I have ever had. He did not try to sell me stuff I did not need. He was honest with how my car was working. The manager and everyone working there are knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend this place. It is not the closest oil change place to my home but Ill make the slightly longer drive to get there.

This place is great. The owner told me I could actually get another resurfacing out of my rotors before replacing them. I was ready to buy new ones! This is the opposite of my experience at most repair shops, where they see a woman come in and try to give you a laundry list of repairs you dont yet need. Highly recommend.

I started coming here for oil changes about five years ago (maybe more) and I found Kurt to be so trustworthy that I have now had all of my vehicle repairs done there in addition to oil changes. Its a small shop but Kurt is very up front with timelines and suggestions for the best days and times to come. If you do have to wait there are lots of coffee shops and bakeries near by.

Ive been going to Meineke on Buford Hwy. For 5yrs. They owner there is AWESOME! He will let you know whats wrong with your vehicle and if he cant remedy the problem he will refer you to another place that can. 2 THUMBS UP 👍👍

Jim Ellis GMC service told me I needed a total new muffler system at a cost of roughly $2200 for my Hummer H2 when I took it in after hearing a rattling noise. They said the catalytic converter had broken and was adding to the noise. I was suspicious because they also gave me a quote for an additional $7500 in repairs they said were mandatory for my safety.I took my truck to Kurt at Meineke and was shocked when he told me the noise was because the clamp that holds the muffler in place had broken. Kurt replaced the clamp and spot welded it for less than $50. He is definitely a trustworthy guy and saved me a tremendous amount of money. I wouldve been completely taken by Jim Ellis if not for Kurt. Thanks so much.

I have been using Kirk since I moved here in 2012.Hes done right by me every time Ive taken a vehicle to him. He hasnt ever upsold me, and the prices have always been fair. He will also refer you elsewhere if he doesnt have whats required to fix your issue without wasting your time or money.Ill be super sad when I have to find a new mechanic when I eventually move again.

Kirk and his team completed brake work and oil change on my 2003 Ford Taurus promptly and professionally. He was easy to reach to discuss options on my brakes and offered suggestions to save me money. Did oil change for my car. I went on a afternoon and I was the only customer so wad able to finish the oil change in 10 mins. Price was 20 $ for changing the oil as i have purchased the oil and filter .

Honest and reliable mechanics are hard to find and this shop has it. I dont know about all other Meineke shops but I have been taken my cars to this shop for years. My only disappointment is that they are not equipped to fix everything otherwise, I wont have to take my cars to anywhere else.

Idk if their paying ppl for their reviews or making them up themselves but this location is LOUSY. I’ve never had any issues with Meineke at other locations. In fact, it’s my go to shop. But this place is terrible. I came in for an oil with a $19.99 coupon, but I ended up paying close to $30 because of “fees” I’ve never in my life heard of in my life. On my way home, my ENGINE lights turn on. I had my foot all the way down on the gas and car was going 50mph, on a highway! They just gave my keys at the end and sent me on my way. Without even doing an expectation or anything? Later I found out they didn’t even change my filter!!! HORRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT!!!!!!!

This is the third time Ive taken my 2011 Jaguar XFR to Kirk and his team at the Meineke on Buford Hwy for various exhaust upgrades & modifications (including minor electrical work associated with the exhaust upgrades) over the past 6 or 7 months, and theres a reason I wont go anywhere else... Kirk personally greets me each time and hes always been exceptionally professional, friendly, honest, and fair, as well as consistently being willing to work with me to try different ways to make things work thatre outside the norm.I would highly recommend Kirk and the Meineke on Buford Hwy. His dedication to customer service and quality are a shining example of what other car repair shops should aspire to be more like.

Had a catback leak and the Subaru dealership wasn’t able to detect it (or at least didn’t do a great job) so I came to see Kirk, who were a great help and fixed it very quickly. Highly recommend!

Carry to change the oil in my car, the person who attended, an Asian, deprogram the electronic board of my vehicle and from that the board appears as if it had no oil. Another bad detail was that I did not want to do the rotation of the tires, being included in the cost ... lousy experience
