The did an excellent job on my truck. Very professional and very knowledgeable. They only did the work that was needed and didnt try to take advantage of me because I was a woman. This is my new permanent service shop, the prices are much better than the dealership.

The owner of European Automotive is extremely professional. I had a nail in my tire that Midas said could not be plugged. I took it to European Automotive instead. He took time out of his full schedule to plug my tire so I could get home for the weekend. He didn’t try to sell me what I didn’t need. I am very appreciative of their work and highly recommend anyone with a European car to use them.

Best shop Ive used in the Atlanta area.

Have used Steve several times for auto repair, once on a Mercedes and once for a Lexus. Both times he provided alternatives and options, actually showing me the issues that needed addressing. The repairs were done quickly and the cost was very fair. The location is a little out of the way, but was worth the drive. I highly recommend this shop.

My daughter moved to Atlanta 8 months ago.She had a recall on her BMWx1 so she took it to the BMW dealership. They fixed the recall, then proceeded to tell her that there was an oil leak and she needed it repaired immediately! If she did not get it fixed it was dangerous to drive and could cause a fire. Of course she called her parents right away, we told her to find a smaller garage that dealt with European auto repair and have them look at it. But I also had her have the Dealership write out a quote as to the cost for the repair and exactly what the issue was.She took her car to European Automotive Inc.They looked at the quote and listened to her story. Then put the car on a hoist, removed the shield (that you would need to remove in order to see that there was an oil issue as stated by the dealership) the shield had NOT been removed anytime recently. There was debris, leaves etc. absolutely NO leaking as they stated! Several months have passed since this.I just went to Atlanta to visit my daughter and noticed her oil warning light was on. I called European Automotive. The gentleman (owner) sorry I didn’t get his name. Checked things. Put oil in(a liter) checked her tires. Then assisted in resetting the instruments. When I asked for the bill, he refused. Said have a great day. ❤️What a wonderful thing to do. What an upstanding businessman! Would recommend him and his business to anyone!Thank you.

Horrible customer service....comes off as shady. I called Steve to inquire about diagnosing my car problems. As any potential customer normally does, I described the problems I was having with a few follow up questions. Originally he told me he had Friday completely open. After I asked him a few more questions. He unprofessionally brushes me off and decides to waive off my request for an appointment with no valid reason. Fortunately for me, I will never recommend any of my buddies to visit this business.

Steve is a knowledgeable, and reliable mechanic. I brought in my 06 VW Golf with busted control arm bushings and a bad cv joint. The car had a violent shake at 45 mph. Finally, my car drives like the day I bought it thanks to these guys. Steve is honest, helpful and fast with repairs, he is also flexible with pricing. Ive used Steve for years, hes a gem, honest, takes care of his customers and goes above and beyond to make sure youre treated right. Id say hes been my go to guy for about 10 years. Im a wrench head and know how to work on and build motors so Im particularly picky, I use steve for things I just dont have the time to do, or the equipment anymore.
