Stopped here for a beer and bite to eat. It’s all scan-coded ordering, with guests placing their own order, inputting card and contact information. Service was disinterested and generic. It was also very warm in the restaurant. Drinks are served in plastic cups :( It’s an okay place to stop if you’re desperate.
Cobb salad was fantastic. Place was full but we got drinks and food quickly. They have the qr code menu and you order and pay through that. Very efficient.
Delicious food (American cuisine), quick and easy service! Continuous movement so did not have to wait for table. Order and pay at your table. The order arrived promptly, allowing plenty of time to eat before moving on to next terminal with time to spare before boarding. Highly recommend!
Everything is streamlined here. You order your drinks and food through a QR code. I had the beyond burger with wedge fries and it was pretty good.
Quick and efficient! Had 20 minutes before my flight and they were fast to bring our drinks. Beer is real cold!
No one came to our table, so I guess I had to do my own online order to get served. ? Grabbed a beer, chips/salsa, and wings. It took about a half hour to get the chips/salsa, which were just round chips youd get from a bag. Not great flavor. And, it took over 45 minutes to get the wings, and they did not have much flavoring. Just get a beer here. The IPA was good.
Can only order thru a qr code, if you dont know how, you are not ordering.. employees will intentionally ignore you and will not even help you order. And once you do order, the wait begins. Its where you go when there is no place else to go in the airport
What a mess, 50 minute wait for a burger and it still wasnt what I ordered. Waitstaff are all doing their best but the online system is not conducive to quick turn in the airport, get a drink no food. Or just go somewhere else.
Oh oh...I lost my table(t). Not here. Not there. I think I left it in the toilet. The beer and sandwich was great, though, by the way. THANKS
I could ignore the impersonality of not being greeted as I pulled up a seat at the bar and awkwardly figured out how to order online despite being 6 feet from the bartender. I could even have overlooked the too-loud 70s & 80s music that made the experience worse. Drinks were lazily served in disposable cups, food on paper plates with plastic cutlery. What I couldn’t overlook was the quality of the food: it was terrible. My grilled chicken sandwich could have been squirrel for all I know. If I hadn’t already been traveling for 8 hours with another 3 ahead of me, and was starving, I would never have eaten it. Others at the bar commented on how disgusting my meal looked as it was delivered. Do yourself a favor and get trail mix at the newsstand instead.
The beers were good, which I suppose is the most important part of a brewery. However, the ordering process was only able to be done online, even tho there were plenty of servers. And the prices (I know its an airport so itll be more expensive) were absurd for what you get. The pulled pork sandwhich was literally a bun, with dry pulled pork on it........thats it. No sauce, no anything else. The fries were mediocre, and its all served on a paper plate, just had a very cafeteria feel to everything at upscale prices.
Heres the issue with this place. You MUST order with a scan bar. Order, pay, etc. Theres literally NO rain for the staff the interact with you. YET.. they want and expect you to tip. This is pretty much Wal-Marts self checkout. Ive never seen anything like this, and will avoid this trainwreck if Im in concourse B again. Also still waiting on my soup. Over 30 minutes. Just asked about it, because, you know, no staff interaction.... Oh, they just made a fresh batch... If this were an actual restaurant where the staff actually knew what the hell was going on???
Got to the airport and got through security faster than expected, so we stopped in here for a quick bite and drink. Considering everything that the pandemic has taken from us (physical interaction, service, etc.), this place was great and the minimal service was great too. They were really cranking it out, service was still quick and efficient and the food was good too.
Because everything is ordered through the QR code, the staff doesn’t even bother to say hello, never mind actually look at you. The chicken had no flavor, certainly not “blackened”I asked the food runner for chili sauce, which they have on a different sandwich, and he told me they don’t have that. The reason I sit at a bar at the airport is to have an enjoyable experience. Nothing about this was enjoyable. I usually have 2-3 overpriced drinks because I love bartenders! This place wasn’t worth it at all.
They have a really cool ordering situation where you scan their QR code and order and pay online through their website, and then food and drinks just get run to your table when theyre ready. While it does eliminate the experience of having a server to interact with, it does make ordering a lot more simple and efficient. Instead of waiting for someone to ask for something, you can just summon it with your phone. Food is pretty decent and they have a good beer selection. If youre somewhat strapped for time and want something to eat or drink, this place is a really solid option. If you want fine dining, the Atlanta airport has better options.
Dropped in for a quick bite and drink veggies before my flight. Easy ordering online, quick service and the food was delicious.
Nice server seated us right away, hence the one extra star. Pulled pork had big nasty dry chunks in it and coleslaw was inedible. They forgot the bacon on the burger. It was good though. Kid grilled cheese had thumbs up from kids.
It was just okay. Nothing special. They forgot my orange in my blue moon, so thats my only real gripe. Otherwise, the pulled pork was really good. The side salad was much bigger than I had expected it to be at $5. The pulled pork came with jojos, but they only gave us about 10 small ones. It was less than the portion we would have received in a kids meal from a fast food chain. Theres room for improvement here, but it wasnt bad.
Its food, it came out quickly, but it wasnt very high quality. If youre in a pinch for time or want only beer, great place. But if food is your main goal Id check out other locations first.
Good sandwich, fast service. Only issue was how do people that dont use a Smartphone order? Nontech savvy people would have an issue here.
Food was good. Service was lacking. I know we are still in COVID times, and staffing is a struggle, but after delivering my food I never saw the waitress again. I tipped her when I ordered. I wish I waited until after my meal.
Really good on a very crowded Sunday night. Had the Cobb salad. Very good actually.
Service gets the stars, the food was horrible. Fries are cold and hard, bun is too. Tomato on my burger shouldve been thrown out a few days ago.Beer is cold and appreciated!
The chips, salsa and guac was so generic. The salsa was for sure no Georgia Peach salsa. Terrible food. Do not eat there. Great drinks though.
Wish I could give it a -5 stars. Terrible food and no options. You cant even modify orders to remove the bun. Bluemoon should be ashamed that their name is associated with this place.
Good airport bar. Fast service. Made for a solid nap Flyin from Atlanta to Las Vegas.
Food was good, service was ok. Decent place to spend waiting for a long layover.
The food was good but the guy working on Monday evening is the worst, zero customer service knowledge just walking around looks like he is directing traffic sitting people not explain us about the order and pay thing on the table he just point at the table and walks away. I ordered a meal and drink waited 15 min then asked about it he said he would go check walked by about 6 times without telling me anything about my order, finally the bartender came and apologized and made sure it tasted good before she walked away. Moment later the guy proceeded to drop our food at the wrong table just left it and walked away didn’t even ask the guest if that’s what they had, I then realized it was our food and told the table about it cause they looked confused. I only gave this review three stars cause that man working was the worst I’ve ever seen and working in the food business myself for more then 10 years I know how to talk to guest and treat and care for those that make you money! I did like the place but would not eat there again if I were to see him working.
Just breakfast and beers, but service, quality, and pricing were all top notch.
First its in the airport so immediately of course prices are going to be higher then normal. Im giving 3 stars due to customer service, hardly any. Quality of the food was below average. Typically Id judge cleanliness too, but again because its in the airport, I cant accurately judge. Thankfully staff wore masks.
Very nice stop for layover 8j the airport. across from gate B10. All automatic, via QR code and easy. our server was very helpful. Cobb Salad also very good.
Good food, but the ordering system is awful, I think 70% of the people ordering while I was there could no use it and needed to bypass... improve the system so it can use stored cards, and has a higher success rate!
10 out of 10 - will not do this again. It is below average food. Very much Understaffed. Over priced. And is attempting to use a modern order/pay system that is far from being ready for implementation. The tech isnt smart enough to replace the still required human interaction.
Food is what one might expect for an airport restaurant. Service is quick and efficient and being in ATL it is usually very busy when Im there. If I could add half a star for the service and efficiency I would.
Beer was good, service was good, food was eh. Id go again for the beer but not order any food
They pack you in like sardines. After you sit you scan the QR code for the menu and order your food and pay online. After a bit, the waiter brings out your food.
The ONLY reason I gave 2 stars is because the grilled wings were good. The bartender is the absolute worst bartender I have ever experienced in my life! You have to pay and tip BEFORE service so its obvious there is no incentive for them to do better. My GRILLED wings were served a good 5 minutes before I received my draft beer! NEVER AGAIN!
Great service. Didnt like the must pay buy a phone app. But I get it with the covid situation. Lets pray you can start giving yourservers cash again for tips.Thats for there Pocket
I was in shock to find this place in the airport. I was upset to find out they only had just only regular bluemoon and no other seasonal blue moon or any other flavors of bluemoon. Needless to say I enjoyed the regular blue moon. I just wish they had other flavors becuase this is the BLUEMOON BREWHOUSE so I expected more. There menu is nice and simplistic. I didnt get anything to eat but it sounds good on the menu. Also the food smelled good. Great spot to cop a drink and chill.
Seat yourself seating. It was a great experience. I got a comfy booth in front of a huge tv! The staff was attentive! Thank you!
Nice relaxing atmosphere. Good people
Very limited options. You must order and pay online. Portions were small, soup reheated and lukewarm. Waiter was nice.
Food was great. Service was awesome. Completely touch free menu/ pay services. Really a great spot in the port!
Absolutely horrific. They charge for tap water & ice. Their website ordering blows, doesn’t allow for substitutions. Their service is just delivery. The menu is bad and the food is garbage. 1-star for being open when everyone else had long queues or was closed.
Great food and drinks while waiting for your flight
Sat at the bar, great service, food and wine.
Speedy service even when it was completely full of customers, The employees seemed happy, and The food was excellent.
Awful! Stops serving hot food at 9pm. Staff just directs you to coasters to order. Because I sat down at 901pm I paid 10 dollars for a bs kiosk Togo sandwich. Cant even get hot food at dinner time! I want my money back!
Stopped here with plenty of time to eat and grab a drink between flights. Used the app to order a sausage sandwich and a coke. The coke came immediately, the sandwich however never came. After 45 minutes, I had to leave to catch my flight, when I asked the waiter to cancel the order he said he didn’t know who I was and had no way to find out!? Very strange because they knew who i was when I paid them money for the food I ordered, they knew who I was when they brought me the $3.00 watered down coke in a solo cup, must be a glitch in the app that happens after it charges your card. Airport restaurants are notoriously inefficient due to the customers being trapped inside the place, but I haven’t ever had one take 45 minutes for a sandwich and then tell me that there was no recourse for an order they couldn’t accomplish. Moral of the story, you have to wait forever at the airport anyways...pick some place that won’t literally rob you while you wait.
Atlanta airport B terminal. Waited 25 minutes. No food. Had to leave for flight. No one cared. No one moving quickly. No eye contact to get help. Lost my money on this order. Last time to that place. If I could give a zero star rating, I would.
Very good food for a fair price at an airport.
Offers in app, contactless ordering. Service is very fast.
Blue Moon Brewhouse was an Oasis on the last leg of a long weekend. The beer was a thirst quencher and the Philly sub! Let me just say might just get another ticket to Georgia just to hang at the bar. The staff was excellent and atmosphere, Soul Music nuff said!
Great food and service ☺️
Enjoyed my kids grilled cheese...they give airline discount...staff was helpful but the self order kiosk was not
Quick, efficient and very attentive. Great service and food. Chicken Philly rocks!!!
Great spot for a before flight beer!
Good coffee and tea, but interaction with the staff. You order on touch screen, card only, no cash. Im all for being covid safe, but its over the top at this place.
2 meals supposed to come with potato wedges and home fries, but neither showed up to our table. Waiter just said, they dont come with the meal anymore, even though the menu shows it and the price was the same. Wont be back.
Amazing service and well prepared food! Great place to pause on a busy trip! Prices a little high, but definitely recommend it!
Ordering app only allowus to order drinks and sides, not meals. No staff ever inquiries to assist.
This place was awesome, they were friendly, quick, patient and respectful. I have never wanted to fly through the ATL airport but I will come back because of those who were working today.
As a first time guest, the service was absolutely abysmal. I will never patronize this establishment again.
Great place for a salad and beers.
Walk up place, as long as a table is available. Scan the label for a menu and order and pay online. Food was decent, only got chips and salsa, and a thing of wings, not were decent nothing memorable. Drinks were drinks, not a bad beer selection for being in an airport. Rather expensive as it is in an airport.
45 minutes to get a sandwich. You must order online. Service nearly non existent.
It was fine. I dont really think anything in the B terminal is worh the time or money. Nice staff but thin, dry, and overcooked chicken thigh on my sandwich.
DONT GET THE WINGS! Menu states they are grilled. They are breaded, soggy, and can tell they are microwaved. Go two gates down to Bobbis burgers for. Fresh meal
Very rude and why did I thr black woman have to scan but the white guy next to me got what he order. The bartender was rude and needs more training.
I ordered the blackened chicken,,, Ive seen more meat on a dove. My wife ordered the turkey club. There was no mayo or mustard. She had to go ask for mayo since the person bringing out the food never came back to our table,,, you would of thought she was asking for the moon and sun on her plate not a couple packets of mayo.
Food was not good. I had one very small ring of onion and one very small tomato. Most of the burger was just meat and dry bread.
Its about average for an airport restaurant. Over priced, bland, etc. Nothing special unless youre stuck in terminal B waiting on a connecting flight.
Not much of a menu, I enjoyed one beer but the scan an order just wouldnt work so moving on to something simpler.
QR code ordering is a joke. Because of Covid, the staff will barely speak to you. Ordered a sandwich, but they were out of pulled pork, so they just ignored me until my flight was boarding. Severely understaffed and very slow. Skip it.
Just arrived from my international flight. I got to say, this has been the best and fastest deplaning I have ever experienced. Staff well organized, everyone ensuring all the passengers are following CDC protocols. Going through customs was pleasant and welcoming. Upon arriving to the baggage claim carrousel my bags were ready to go. Thank you for making this trip an great memory
No contact ordering and payment! seat yourself, scan the QR code, view menu and place order. fast and efficient. very clean and friendly.
Excellent no-touch ordering system. Attentive waitstaff. Enjoying our layover. 😎
