Wonderful and easy experience buying my new mattress with Als help at this OMF location. Hes friendly and helpful, experienced and knowledgeable making it easy to choose the right mattress. Goldilocks should have asked for his help :D The store enforces strict covid protocols.The delivery guys were on time, efficient and pleasant but were not wearing masks. Plus the quality of the mattresses is outstanding! If you need a new mattress, OMF is the place to go!

I was greeted by Mr Al Wilson when I entered this pristine Buckhead showroom late in the day. Al took the time to introduce himself, ask a few basic questions about my needs, show me the elements of Original Mattress Factory products that are superior to competitors items, and invite me to try out the products using necessary safety precautions. Al answered my questions completely and honestly. He accompanied me as I delightfully explored the showroom. My ultimate decision to purchase the Serenity Latex mattress was not even a consideration after visiting other showrooms. However, because Al listened to my description of my needs and allowed me to take my time- even after store hours- I was able to make a purchase that allows me to feel extremely confident. I paid for my purchase with cash and card. Upon my return home, I received a call from Al stating that I had given him an extra $100. Al stayed even later so that I could return and retrieve my hundred dollar bill. Al is a professional and honest salesman whose abilities shine brightly in what I had found at other showrooms to be a fog of ineptitude and dishonesty. Al is an asset for The Original Mattress Factory and invaluable to the customers he assists. He has made a customer for life out of me and my family. Thanks Al!

My wife Sarah and I were referred to the Original Mattress Factory and the customer service and mattress we purchased certainly did not disappoint. First of all, the gentleman Clayton who assisted us was very professional, knowledgeable, and just a genuinely nice guy that was a pleasure to work with. He never steered us any direction and just listened to the feedback we were giving him while laying on each mattress. We settled on one and we both havent slept this well in years. Ask for Clayton! He is the best!

Al helped me and my daughter pick out a new mattress set for her room. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, but gave us the right amount of space to explore. We already have two other mattresses from this store, so I already knew I like their products. The latest addition is no exception - would gladly shop here again.

This was my first time buying a mattress and I highly recommend this place to anyone doing the same. Al was super helpful walking me through the process of picking the right one and delivery. They practiced safe social distancing in the store and the customer service was phenomenal.

I shopped a LOT online and found out what I wanted. A friend referred me bc theyre made and sold right here. The price was half what others charge. I like that. Every covid precaution taken in store.

5 STARS!!! I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Original Mattress Factory in general, but especially at their location in Buckhead at 3230 Peachtree Road. We had a terrible experience with Mattress Firm in Brookhaven (3944 Peachtree Road - avoid at all costs!) and decided to check out OMF. Moving forward, I will only shop at this store location with the store manager, Al Wilson. Al is amazing! He was extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He was helpful and available to assist and answer any questions that we had, but he also gave us space to shop around on our own and test out all mattresses. Unlike some salespeople, Al did not pressure us in any way. The process of purchasing our mattress was seamless and Al ensured that we were aware of all OMF company policies, warranties, etc. In addition to superb customer service and very reasonable pricing, the delivery process was also a breeze. Al promised that we would receive our mattress the following week after purchasing and guaranteed a three hour time frame. We were notified of that time frame the day before delivery and also received a call day of when the delivery truck was 20 minutes away. Both men that delivered our mattress were professional and polite. They took away our old mattress and box spring and installed the new mattress and box spring in about 15 minutes total. They allowed me to inspect the mattress, lay on it, and confirmed that it was the correct model before leaving. We are thrilled with our new king mattress and know that it will last us years due to being handmade and a very high quality product. Our first mattress buying experience was a fantastic one thanks to Al Wilson and OMF - we will never shop anywhere else!

Al was able to point me to the right mattress as soon as he started helping me. I took my time picking out between three and Al was able to explain the differences to me and why buying from the original mattress factory is better.The delivery was fast and easy and not outrageously expensive. I was replacing a mattress I bought from Costco about 4 months ago and I wish I had bought from The Original Mattress Factory then. It was such an easy process.I believe I purchased a quality product that will last me years as well as recieved great customer service.

Absolutely amazing customer service from beginning to end. Having been a previous customer, I was happy to be updated with all of the ways things have improved since I last purchased. Al was exceptionally friendly & helpful...he knew the answers to all of our questions, and didn’t sell us on anything. The product sells itself, and his confidence & product knowledge were an excellent backdrop.We scheduled a quick delivery, and they were on time & highly efficient. Greg called ahead of time, and was right on time. Could not possibly recommend this company more. It’s not a slab of foam in a box...this product, company & employees are doing an exceptional job.

Employee stood at the back of the room and would not come forward to assist me. I told him I was there to buy box springs and mattress. He stayed at the rear if the room and had little interest in selling anything. I will find another store.

Did a very good job. I did not give a 5 star because the Twin foundation was a long length instead of standard length so I had to schedule are return for a swap out. However, OMF made it right I really must say service is very good. Product is quality too.

The middle aged man set a sour tone as soon as I walked into the store. When I asked a question it was replied in a condescending way. I wanted to buy 2 king mattresses and was asking if I could pay for rush delivery and the answer was there’s people that buy 10Mattresses and they don’t get a rush delivery. I get that sometimes they can’t fulfill your expectations but there’s way you speak to people. I will def never buy anything there after that experience

I purchased a king mattress and box springs set from Brian at the Original Mattress Factory. He was very knowledgeable, pleasant, and helpful and made my shopping experience great. I love my new mattress and the pillow top which I purchased for a guest room bed. This is my 5th mattress I have purchased from the Original Mattress Company, so you could say that I am hooked on them!

Friendly & knowledgeable sales staff, reasonable prices, and great mattresses. I especially like that they dont offer gimmick sales or promotions. The price you see is the price you get. Ive used OMF for over 15 years and will continue to use them..
