I am thankful for my experience at this location with Melvyn Thomas. Regretfully, I was having a less than desirable experience with Mattress Firm. Previously, I ordered my mattress online. Unbeknownst to me, I would undergo several delays due to the vendor being out of stock. I could not call to speak to anyone to request another model in place of this, nor could I request a refund. I was so disgusted and frustrated that I didnt know what to do as I was being redirected to a website without any personal interaction (an area of opportunity for Mattress Firms Customer Care).I went into the closest location to explain to Melvyn that I had a designed budget (from the refund issued to my PayPal account) to procure a replacement mattress. I requested that it would be in stock and that I could get a delivery sooner than later. He helped me locate a comfortable replacement and ensured that the product met my budget.When I went to pay for the goods, I encountered another two hour dilemma between Mattress Firm and PayPal. For clarity, I did not want to use an alternative payment option as I had a refund pending from Mattress Firm to my PayPal account. I already paid off my PayPal credit card balance and I did not want to have an outstanding credit that I could not liquidate on the back end. Therefore, I wanted the charges to cancel out.Unfortunately, I did not have the ability to pay using my PayPal credentials in the store, I had to do so online. And, when I went to regenerate my cart online, the price increased significantly. However, Melvyn was patient and kind enough to call around to identify a suitable workaround solution so I could pay for my merchandise.Finally, after three hours (literally), I was able to pay for my products and leave with a delivery date in hand.I am so thankful for Melvyn being there, that day, to help guide and support me on this endeavor. Had it not been for him, Mattress Firm would have lost a returning customer.

I purchased a mattress, adjustable base, and pillows from this location. I was told that it would arrive 2.28.21. No order came and no one called to update me regarding my order. After calling the store and being told someone would return my calls on 3 different occasions, they finally tell me there was some system error and I would get my order on 3.1.21, but no order again. On 3.8.21, I received just the base. During this time, I am calling the store, the manager not returning my calls as promised. The mattress came days later during the time I am working and disturbing the customer I am assisting. I tell the guy I do not want it, he says, you can just return it to the store. I bring the mattress to the store and then they say, they do not take returns. Last week when I spoke to the store manager, he said we can set up a delivery time to pick up the mattress when you pick up the pillow that did not arrive previously. I go to the store today to set up the delivery, he says I have to pay a restocking fee and a delivery fee. I was not told this previously. It was my understanding that since they dropped the ball so many times with my order that they would set up the return. I have never opened the mattress and if the lying delivery guys would not have said that I could bring it back to the store, this would have been taken care of. They are liars and they do not follow up well with their customers.

The gentleman really took his time explaining the differences in the mattress. It took me an 30 minutes to find the place because my GPS froze.it was 30 minutes before closing and he didn’t rich me or make me feel like he didn’t have time. Walked in expecting to pay 1200 for just a mattress ended up finding something else of much higher quality in my opinion for a lower price and also received box spring bed frame and mattress protector totaling 1150 very satisfied so far Tyler was a great help highly recommend this place!

These people are absolutely no good. The first thing I asked the sales lady was if they would dispose of the old mattress. She assured me that they would, but they did not. When I called the store they basically told me there is nothing they could do about it. They only want to make the sale. Customer service is terrible!

In August 2017 I made an all cash purchase for a queen adjustable bed, mattress pad and a twin mattress totaling well over $4K. I came back recently to buy the twin mattress pad. Melvyn Thomas informed me that brand was no longer available but their current pad was the exact same quality, so I bought it based on his reccomendation. At home, I realized it was not the same quality as mine. It was not quilted or breathable rather it was thin plastic, hot and noisy. I tried to return it but Melvyn told me there were no returns and I asked him why he didnt tell me the item was non refundable when I was buying it. He said he did tell me, but I would not have bought a $65 item unseen knowing it wasnt refundable, he would have had to show me a sample at that point. I asked him for his corporate office number and he said he wasnt aware of any corporate office and claimed to not know how to contact his supervisor. When I accused him of lying about the quality of the item to make a sale and purposely not informing me it wasnt refundable, he became very loud asking me to leave. I asked again for his supervisors number and he put his hands two inches from me trying to kick me out of the store. I had to ask him to remove his hands and not touch me because that would be an assault and then he reluctantly moved his hands away from me. At that point I left with no resolution or contact information because I didnt feel safe and I felt like I could have been assaulted if I persisted trying to get access to someone who could help me. After spending thousands in cash at that store, I will never set foot in there again. This is the most unprofessional experience Ive ever had at any store as Ive never felt threatened or in danger which is ridiculous and highly unacceptable.

Great service. As soon as I entered I was greeted by the salesman. He then proceeded to help me choose between soft, medium and firm. Also, he showed knowledge between models and helped me pick one patiently so that I made the right selection.

We just went back to Mattress Firm to purchase four Beauty Rest pillows. The awesome thing was we caught a pillow sale...YAY!
