For several weeks I was communicating with LAURA. I am disabled so I was interested in their in home services. Today she calls me. She calls me another name and let’s me know she’s “too swamped” to come to my home. In fact, the whole store “is swamped”. My impression is that Calico Corners, who offers in home visits, is too busy with business. I used them in the past and so did my mother and other family members. LAURA you come across as way too self indulgent. Warning to all who consider Calico Corners: they are too busy to help you! I contacted their corporate headquarters as well.

Beautiful fabrics for upholstery. Unfortunately this time, I didnt find what I needed. I may try another location.

Excellent fabric store offering expert service, a variety of fabric selections and creative staff. Have been a client since 1996. Staff member Christine provides full customer care and creative support to enhance each project weve worked on since 2013. Equally helpful is the entire staff is ready to assist clients upon entering the store.

We have had several projects done with Calico (curtains in in all my kids rooms, duvets, pillows, bench seats), and they have been fantastic. Sue and Christine went out of their way to make sure that our projects would be perfect. Sue, the manager, has even traveled to our house to make sure the measurements were perfect so things would come out right. They have tons of knowledge, and I know our projects would not have come out so wonderfully without their expertise!

Excellent fabric store and a super helpful staff. Been there for years and ultra reliable. Definitely recommend.

My family has been doing business with Calico Corners for over thirty years. The last purchase of a table, nested chairs and two custom sofas was awful. This was a $15,000 dollar order, and it was wrong from the beginning. The nested chairs did not fit under the table and they charged a measurement fee to screw it up. The table was delivering damaged. It took 7 months to get it all corrected. They would not call us back; deal with us the professionally, or apologize. We were promised a $1,500 dollar refund but it never came through. I almost hired an attorney to sue them for breach of contract and regret that I did not. As a helicopter pilot I would like to hover over their shop and return the table from 17,000 feet right through the roof. I will not do that though because my time is more valuable.

I would agree about the customer service. I ordered 20 yards of fabric and asked for them to call to make sure it is in stock. I was assured they had 47 yards and placed my order. 2 days later they call to say my order had been back ordered for 5 weeks and would not be shipped until April. I needed the fabric for chairs I was recovering and needed them done by March 28th. They then offered no discount for another fabric choice and basically just lost several thousand in more business in the future. If they had offered a discount and helped me I would have given them a better review.

I wish I could them no stars and still write a review. One of the worst customer service experience Ive had in my life. Not only did they tell me that they would cut my fabric that I ordered (and didnt), but when I came into the store after getting said fabric and asked for them to cut it they laughed and asked in a condescending way, do you not have scissors? I then, as calmly as I could, asked them if they still had the dimensions for the cuts I needed on file and proceeded to tell me yet again that they couldnt cut it.
