Rachel at Mattress Firm was wonderful. My friend and I were outside the store almost and hour past closing time, looking in the window to see if the Purple mattress brand was sold there, intending to return at another time. Rachel saw us looking and opened the door asking “Would you like to come in?” We we’re so welcomed there by Rachel and received excellent service by her, even 1.5 hours past closing time! Needless to say, I was able to purchase the mattress I was looking for and Rachel made it easy and an overall great experience! Thank you!

I went to Mattress Firm to ask about getting a pillow top for my bed. I had purchased my bed in NY before moving to GA. I chose the extra firm by Beautyrest. The bed that was delivered was MUCH firmer than Iexpectedit to be. After I explained what happened to Tanisha she was able to do an even swap for me. I was given firm Beautyrest and they would remove my extra firm. Her demeanor was that of someone who genuinely cared about her customers quality of sleep and I TRULY appreciated that! My bed has been delivered and the old one removed with no hassle. I have slept on my mattress for 2 nights and I know that I made the right decision and Tanisha helped by choosing the perfect mattress for me.

The Chamblee, Ga store was closed on Saturday July 31, 2021 because the store staff had arrived without a key. I was able to reach the staff person at Brookhaven. Tanisha was very capable, competent & able to juggle all the customers flooding in from the Chamblee store. Tanisha did a great job yesterday, was able to answer everyone’s questions.

This review is for the Brookhaven, GA location on Peachtree. The buying experience went pretty well on the day we made a purchase. I had been in twice before trying out several mattresses. Anthony was our sales rep and he did a good job. I went in to get a Queen Hybrid and Tempur-Pedic adjustable base. Wound up also getting two twin mattresses to replace a guest room as well. The problems started when we ran the credit card. Swiped the card and it said it was approved, however the sales rep said that it did not go through, and he assured us that we wouldnt be double charged. So we ran it again. Come to find out, two identical charges posted on the AMEX bill. We called to speak with the manager to get this corrected. The person that said she was the store manager told us her name was either Keisha or Tanisha, and said that we would have to come back to the store when the sales associate was working to get it fixed. Then she changed her story and said that we really need to just call AMEX and dispute the charges. What??! We explained that this is not how it should work, it was the stores error. She then hung up on us. We called back and she hung up on us again. Unreal! I then reached out to the Buckhead location in Peachtree Plaza and let them know what had just occurred and was treated VERY differently. Nic and Zachary were absolutely wonderful and helped get the matter resolved promptly and refund issued for the error. I could not speak more highly about Nic and Zachary at the Buckhead location. I wish we had gone there first!!! Again - this specific review is for the Brookhaven location. DO NOT SHOP HERE. Go to the Buckhead location instead. They will treat you like a valued customer.

Easy to negotiate an affordable Its not everyday shop for mattress

Don’t waste your time here. Ordered a mattress and was expecting delivery on a certain day and was told I would receive a call the night before with a time frame. No one called so I called to try and find out what was going on. No one could help. After several attempts I finally reached the sales clerk in the store only to find out that what I purchased was no longer available and I would have to wait two weeks. Shouldn’t they have know this when I was purchasing?! No one reached out to me to let me know. I had cleared my day to wait for the delivery. Terrible customer service and the rep at this location is totally clueless. Went down the street to Rooms to go. Took minutes and delivery is on time and communication is great!

My salesperson was great, but the delivery experience was terrible. It was delivered a day early with no notice by an independent contractor who frantically called and text me; didn’t wear his mask over his nose and mouth; and tracked his wet shoes on my carpet. Then, I was supposed to pay him directly but I’d paid at the store. Not a great experience.

Amazing experience working with Anna! I was very much in need of a new mattress, and visited various other mattress stores over the past several months, leaving without making a purchase. Until I met Anna. The depth of knowledge, and exquisite sales(woman)ship she exhibited allowed me to feel comfortable and well informed making a purchase, as it turns out quite literally! Amazing treatment! We came here a couple weeks earlier to check out a mattress. Employees were friendly, and when we returned a couple weeks later to confirm the purchase the proses was easy and quick. I recommend this mattress firm and would buy here again.

I’ve had to send a mattress back as turned out it didn’t fit my trundle and they worked with me no problem. They aren’t pushy and let me take my time. I would absolutely recommend this store!
