I’m so overwhelmed with joy right now I could scream... My aunt and I went in the the Mattress Firm location in Lindbergh and had the best mattress buying experience ever. Thanks to Cameron we were able to find the perfect mattress and adjustable base for my grandmother. Cameron was very Fast, Fun, Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We came in told I’m what we needed and he went the extra mile to make sure that we got the best mattress for my grandmother. I can’t thank him enough. When you go to this mattress firm youre gonna wanna ask for DJ. This absolute legend helped me find the perfect bed for my various sleeping habits and I could not be more happy with the bed and frame that I got, the service that DJ offered, and the overall experience.

Finally found me a bed!! Came in for something 1/3 of the price because my budget was low... but fell in love and walked out with what I wanted... my first bed. My experience was a great one! It was first time buying my own mattress and Ashley made the experience super easy. She was very real and made the shopping experience more personal and easy to navigate. The delivery was also easy. They let me know the day before the time they were coming and they called me twice to confirm that actual time they showed up at the door. The whole experience was AMAZING!!!! If you go here, ask for Ashley! She was the best!

Marcia was attentive, able to answer any question we had. She was also respectful about giving us time and space to comfortably try out the mattresses and discuss them between ourselves. She asked us what our preferred firmness was (soft) and what our budget was. She only showed us mattresses within our budget, which we really appreciated. She helped us narrow down our selections and we were in and out of there within 30 minutes!The mattress was delivered by red carpet, which was pretty amusing. The guys who delivered it were efficient and kind.At first, the mattress felt a little too firm, but of course, it just had to be worn in. We’ve had the mattress for 3 months now and love it.

We just bought a mattress with Cesar and he was absolutely outstanding! Cares about the customer and meets you where you are at. He is also funny and makes buying a mattress (which isn’t the most fun) very entertaining. Highly recommend buying a mattress from this store with Cesar.

Tl;dr I spent $100 in delivery fees, and attempted 3 phone calls to ship a mattress 1 mile down the road from Mattress Firm. Mattress never came, information was entered incorrectly, delivery guys flat out lied, order cancelled.I ordered my mattress 5 or 6 days before Christmas so I expected some difficulties or possible delays, but I got a lot worse than I expected. To start, the phone number for my account was entered incorrectly by the associate(I ordered in-store) despite hearing the correct number stated back to me to verify.On the day of shipping (Christmas Eve) the drivers from the warehouse decided to skip me entirely. I thought this was because they couldnt reach my incorrect number, but no, the associate verified with me that the driver is supposed to, and claimed to knock on my door and spend a few minutes waiting. This was impossible for a number of reasons, including the fact that my door was wide open for a 30 minute period he claimed to visit. The driver essentially lied, and the associate was understanding and offered to reschedule a delivery date and fix the number.I call back again today to verify, and the phone number was not updated, and the delivery time had not been rescheduled. The in-store team and the warehouse failed me twice on two separate days for something simple.I cancelled my order at that point. I know none of the people involved are going to lose any sleep over my frustration, but hopefully this will make people think before spending $100 for a delivery fee for this.

I went to this store to to purchase a bed package. When the package was delivered, they excluded the frame. I also discovered that I could fit a larger bed in the room so exchanged for a larger size. Well they came to deliver the larger size and change out the prior purchase and didn’t bring a box springs. Not worth the time and headache with this place. Go elsewhere.

My first time buying a mattress EVER! Mark & Miesha were the dream combo! They were completely cool with me trying the same two mattresses a thousand times until I figured out which one fit my comfort and price level. We had technical difficulties (not their fault) but they made up for it with their customer service and made sure everything was taken care of and fixed. Make sure you ask for Miesha or Mark when you come here. You won’t be disappointed!

Excellent customer service from Miesha and Dallis! Showed me mattresses in my price range and every mattress I picked Dallis explained in detail and told md to lay down on each one. I also bought a platform frame that Miesha explained to me in great detail hos to put together. They went above and beyond a normal customer service experience.

Finally we found mattress, Beautyrest Legend, that had all the criteria we were looking for. We purchased on the spot and got it delivered, Until we rotated the bed. We realized after 4 month my bodyweight created a dip. We ignored the issue thinking it ll inflate on the other side.After few month and few more rotation, things got worse. We contacted the customer service and we got nothing.First of all, there was nobody we could talk to you over the phone to explain. It was a two-hour process to fill out everything online.And we selected the paid service to have a real inspector come out for $79 to look at the mattress and tell us whats wrong and what they can do to fix it.Its been 3 months now we have not gotten a single call and we have followed up with them a few a times. And I doubt they will ever back up their warranty!Too bad. I had an awesome experience a long time ago with Macys bc of their return policy and I should have gone back with them. O well! A $3000 lesson

Coming from a mother of ra etail store manager, I am all for good customer service. It starts with knowing your products that you have to offer the customer. Check they both did that! Second communicating to the customer that you hear their needs and wants. Check they both did that! Finally closing the deal. Check they did that when my mother in law purchased her bed and I purchased 2 beds shortly after. 10 thumbs up! Excellent job! Oh they had water and snacks for the customers too.
