Purchased 3 bundles from the clearance sale. Bundles smelled horrible which is why I think they have these sales.... to sell the stinky bundles. Contacted them and no accommodation was made. They know this hair smells. I will never buy from the sale again. First and last time. Their regular hair doesnt smell like this. Shampoo and conditioner dont get rid of the smell. Any suggestions since Im stuck with it?

Kiki has the best customer service ever. Though they were busy, she still took her time to answer all my question and delivered with excellent. I do recommend shopping at Private Label. The Raw collection is my all time favorite!!!!

Bad customer service. Doesn’t value the customer. I paid for expedited shipping and handling to receive my product in 1-2 days. I made the purchase on Wednesday June 15th. Should’ve received it Friday (that’s what it said via email) never received it until Monday. They do not take ownership of their mistakes. They stated that they shipped it correctly and it was about right for me to receive it. What kind of fool do they take me for. 4 most 5 days is not the same as 1-2. Also she did not apologize for the delay. The woman on the phone stated that they wouldn’t be able to refund me that my expedited shipping and handling because they did it correctly. If you’re thinking about making a purchase through them whether for a business or for personal, please think twice. They may have great quality products but the attitudes and service means more. They are very nonchalant. It’s sad that it’s black owned and they don’t care except for the money. It’s just $20. Trust be careful how you treat your customers because you wouldn’t be in business because of them. This is not doing what’s best for the customer, nor is it right. You reap what you sow. To the ones who work there DO NOT RESPOND TO THIS POST IF YOU’RE NOT GOING TO FIX THE ISSUE! You’re just waiting your breath and my time!

I love this company. I have purchased the Brazilian loose wave 4 times. It is AMAZING! This hair never sheds or tangles. Ive colored my hair and the texture is always soft and bouncy. The price is far less than the price I used to pay at the beauty supply store ($60 difference). In the photos, is my sister and I and the product in its original state, and color treated.

Decent hair BUT I paid hundreds for a deep wave closure wig and got something TOTALLY DIFFERENT! I didn’t realize until my stylist wet it to style it to install it which was after the refund period. Hard to say whether i trust to order again or not this ruined the look I was aiming for.

I am beyond disappointed. I purchased 6 bundles of hair both Malaysian and Brazilian right at $400 dollars. Upon install the hair began to mat and tangle both for myself and my daughter. It is her graduation time so this is extremely misfortunate. Please do not waste your time nor money. Ive gotten hair better than this from Amazon.

The customer service at this place is horrible, it was 3 women at the counter and no one said hello or can I help you with something. My daughter asked the young lady with red hair a question and she told my daughter to look online for the answer. Maybe we weren’t greeted because we didn’t have on clothes but my daughter runs a very successful business so you can’t always judge a book by its cover. I’m a believer that bad customer service can ruin your business. I told her not to buy anything due to how we were treated.

Well, initially, my plans when I got there was to buy 10 to 15 bundles. However, the customer service was so terrible (i’m not sure if it was a manager but the other two girls at the desk we’re very kind) and she gave me so much attitude. barely wanted to answer my questions, looked like she was getting annoyed.. but there were no other customers in the store so It wasnt like I was keeping her from helping others. So decided to only buy 3..I have used loose Wave hair for over a decade and this hair was absolutely beautiful for maybe two weeks and I kid you not I have never had hair knot up so quickly in my life. I would deep condition and detangle the hair in the morning by mid afternoon it should not be in a dread. that’s insane. Even when its detangled and It sheds like crazy. I have never experienced that with hair before. But I will say that maybe their other textures are probably fine. It might have just been the one I got.

I just bought a 20 inch wig last Monday and sadly my stylist said the quality of hair is not good . 😩 3 days before my birthday and this happens . I normally just purchase frontals and bundles from them but this time I decided to purchase some HD wigs. All 3 wigs were a mess.The straight, body wave and deep wave hair knots were huge and hard to bleach.The straight hair kept tangling up on me, so I had to cut it in a bob. Sad to say, cutting the hair into a bob did not help the tangling and shedding.The deep wave hair kept frizzing and tangling up on me. I even did the conditioning and water method and it didn’t help.I haven’t had the energy to pay with the bodywave beside bleaching the knots.Side note: I wrote a review on their website and it was never posted. I feel as if that action itself was dishonest. Also, now I’m wondering how many other people posted a honest (negative) comment about the hair

I’m very disappointed in the customer service I just received. I come here everyday I spend thousands of dollars daily. I came here at 5:57 today, as I’m gettin out the car I watched the clock one of the workers locked the door exactly at 5:58. After explaining to him that I watched the clock and I was there before 6pm he told me he couldn’t let me in after locking the doors earlier than your closing time. I’m really baffled because once again I’m a very loyal customer and that was terrible customer service. I’m very disappointed and I’ll be looking for another local hair supplier.

Imagine spending over $1200 on hair at there recent wholesale day and be sold 8 bundles of trash blonde hair. I have left an email, ig message and literally remained on hold for over 20 mins. I am not looking to go through my bank with this mess .

I enjoy the ambiance of and convenience of this beautiful store however, I’m not the highest fan of the hair. I purchased the loose wave bundle deal and the hair feels and curls great however it constantly has a dry appearance and doesn’t hold curls. I’ve purchased hair from others and I could curl it one time and they would last for days. This is my second purchase because i wanted to make sure I didn’t get a bad batch the first time. I really love the store and the prices however this hair isn’t the best.

I have naturally curly blond hair, and I started using extensions because I had damaged my hair with heat styling and highlighting and it needed a break from that. It is very hard to find real hair that matches my own, and I was really excited to find the color and texture I need at private label extensions with such a great price. However, I could tell immediately upon receipt of my purchase that this hair wasnt the color or quality that was pictured or described on the site. I installed them anyway, thinking that it might be my lack of experience in the matter, but the extensions that were purchased from another company and had just been removed were thicker and in better condition than the brand new ones. They were also longer than the new ones even though they had been cut .(Both sets were ordered at 18 stretched) In addition, the ends of the private label extensions were extremely thin and had to be trimmed a few inches to look healthy, which made them even shorter. After wearing them for a couple of weeks, they are matted and have shed everywhere. I would not recommend this companys extensions. The hair is like synthetic hair but more expensive. The picture included shows the product I received (large photo) beside the picture of the product on the site(smaller photo).

The staff and products are awesome they offer top notch hair lashes and many other products that will enable you to start a hair business or if you are a stylist they will provide you professional products to use on your clients. They ship quickly and their customer service cant be beat. A what sets it apart is excess to the owner is available .

Hair is not good quality. The hair bleached well but was severely damaged after processing. I am a licensed cosmetologist so all processing was completed accurately. Its unfortunate! I was so excited for this hair because the shipping was super fast and on point! However, I could not have been more disappointed in the results. I was going to consider them as a potential hair vendor for my business and to my clients but I would not stand behind this hair. It would hurt my business! I ordered 3 bundles and 1 frontal (Malaysian body wave). Hair was more of the Brazilian texture. It did not wave up after wash. I was able to use the frontal (which did do well and kept its pattern) however the bundles were a no go. And to be completely honest even before processing the hair I noticed the ends were dry and the hair was thin and brittle. The hair tangled after washing and air dying. I will not buy from this company again. It was a waste of money. You will find better hair researching on Ali Express. Which is more than likely where this hair came from. It was the same quality but worse.

Never order here they steal credit card information. it’s very true these reviews are 100% fake none of them are real or accurate this hair is horrible and my credit card was used after buying hair from here!

I ordered 3 bundles of the raw hair for my client. They sent me plastic hair. The hair wouldn’t dye. I also did the burn test on the hair and it melted. I have sent pictures and videos of the hair and they have not fixed this. I will never order from them again.

Great customer service and the hair is great.

Today is June 3,2020. I installed my hair June 1,2020. The hair I installed was loose wave premium. By day two my hair was matted in the back. Once I brushed it, it came out. Today is Day three my hair is matted in the top. I sleep with a hair scarf and a bonnet. This hair was the worst. I seen the reviews before I bought it. It was a lot of mixed reviews. I wanted to sample the hair for my hair company. I bought 6 bundles and 2 closures. I only used the loose wave so far. The hair was so beautiful when I originally installed it. So, I definitely had hope. They have a store in Atlanta, and I ordered it online. Which came from china. I only heard about them because I bought Sierra Glam Shop 30k in 30 days. This was one of the vendors. I am extremely disappointed in her referring this hair company. The hair is so terrible. It is so tangled after three days !!!!Usually bad hair shows in a week or two. I was definitely looking forward and doing business with the Private Label Extensions.

All these five star reviews are definitely fake. Their hair is NOT virgin hair and you can clearly see the fillers they mix into their bundles. You’d honestly be better off buying synthetic hair from the hair store! Very disappointed and you should be more honest with your customers.

Upon first impression this hair seems to be good hair but under closer examination, that is not the case. I first purchased body wave bundles (20,22,24) and a closure. The hair felt good and it was full so I ordered more hair before actually installing the hair, that was a mistake on my part. I proceeded to order 613 hair (16,18,20) and a closure and Italian curly bundles (20,22,24) and a closure – all to make wigs with (I am a wigmaker shopping for potential vendors).While making a wig with the body wave bundles, I noticed tons of redish hairs and fibers which indicated to me that the hair had fillers. Then when I went to bleach the hair, it literally began smoking/steaming which tells me the hair is processed in a way that would lead to a chemical reaction upon bleaching – I have a video where you can literally see the hair smoking. When I rinsed the bleach out, the hair came out in chunks (pictured) which is very alarming considering this is only from a small section in the front of the unit so I will not be able to cover or hide the damage.The 613 bundles are filled with brown strands and what looks like balls of lint throughout the hair. They shed like crazy and tangle very easily. I had handfuls of this hair come out during the very first wash – disappointing.As for the Italian curly bundles, they also shed terribly, run your fingers through them and you’re guaranteed to get a handful which sucks because the curl pattern is very pretty.If you’re looking for quality hair, keep it moving, you won’t find it here.

I think if you visit the actual store youll have a better experience because Im so sad and disappointed ordering off the website. I ordered the Brazilian Afro kinky curly bundles and they are equivalent to synthetic hair. When I received the bundles and must I add the shipping time was great I got my order in 3 days that was good, but when I opened the packaging the hair was extremely dry and had a strong smell. I washed and conditioned the bundles and all seemed well until installed the hair and it is so thick and tangled. I cannot run my fingers through it at all and it looks NOTHING like how it looks on the website 😔 maybe I just got a bad batch idk...I may try a looser curl next time but Im really disappointed cause they have such great reviews and I just knew I was getting a good deal WRONG!!!

I went into the store to Get a wig, I Did not receive the correct size I have been trying to contact the store for 48 hours now and I have not gotten a response I have sent three emails and I have called the store more than 10 times and I have not gotten an answer I am completely upset and deserve a refund not only that but they only had 28 inch wigs. $350 for a wig I can’t use.Update: they responded to my emails, but only because guess what?! I recently purchase the loose wave wig 20 inch 130% density and received it May 18,2020.Today i decided to install the wig and noticed at the top of the crown of the wig there are short pieces of hair. I would not purchase from this company again. When you order a 20 inch unit you expect all of the hair to be that length. This company offered no resolve to this issue. Please shop else where.

I love PLE, I’ve worn the ple 20 in Brazilian straight hair and let me tell you, the quality amazing the hair lasted me a while. Private label is also the reason i started my hair business, I want the ladies to get into the looks with great quality hair. This is my go to business period.
