I have been shopping with ABBS since they were downtown and they have always been upstanding and a respectful group. I really like the new location even though the old location had a lot of history there. The new location seems to be upscale and more spacious, the employees are extremely helpful…. They Have No Respect for the Customer I just called in to verify my Order since my Bank Flagged them as fraudulent!!The Lady which always seems to be the Case said if you have an Order number then we got it!!So I said Mam can u just Verify my Order number an she said What is it?Also I called right back to Speak with a Manager an they was Operating without One Apparently!!!An So I said I would like to Cancel My Order an they Lady Said I Can’t Understand You an I said it again an She Repeatedly said I would like to cancel my Order!!She began to Taunt me over an Over saying I can’t Understand you Until I had Raise my voice Expelling my Order number an She said your orders been Canceled, I said could you please send a Email Confirming that?Also I was there in person in November, I had Flew in town an they were the Same way, Very Rude!!They also Forgot to put Paid Items into My Paperbag with their Logo on it!!!I didn’t even Realize until I went to pack my Suitcase to leave Atlanta!!!So I say this to say, it won’t be a 3rd encounter!It’s Always the Women whom have these Essential Jobs an Talk Very Nasty To Customers for No Apparent reason

She was very knowledgeable of the products, displayed excellent customer service skills and patience as she answered all questions in a very detailed fashion. Very nice place. All the latest equipment for my craft. Purchased a babyliss silver trimmer from these guys. Very friendly service from the young lady up front.. will be visiting again. Only downside is not open on sundays.

Dont do business with this company. I called about why my order was late and customer service representative was rude and called me a liar. I was told when I placed my order it be 7-10 business day to arrive. When I call checking up on it, customer service told me I was lying and that its 7-10 before they even ship it. She was rude and started arguing with me. Eventually hung up on me. Very poorly managed business.. The employees are rude and unprofessional. Ill never buy anything from them again...

I believe we have things figured out.I am a proponent of supporting small businesses when possible. I stick by that and because of Russells dynamic response, Ill stick by ABBS.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------What I hoped would be a simple New In Box clipper purchase ended up being used clippers with hair on the blades. I emailed the company twice and called all within the same week. No response to the emails and the call to customer service informed me that only a manager could authorize refunds and replacements.(Why cant customer service handle replacements?)During this time of pandemic you can imagine my dismay at opening a package with someone elses unsanitary skin and hair contamination. I was not prepared, especially when this company promised they only sold new tools.

You walk into the store no greeting, no asking if I’m finding everything okay NOTHING, and that’s a problem . I placed my first order on May 5 and received it today with free shipping!It was nice to see that the person(s) who packed the box took pride in their work. Items were packed securely in styrofoam peanuts and heavyweight paper. The tops on liquid products were taped and there were no leakers. The invoice was enclosed in a plastic sleeve.The products, as well as ABBS, exceeded my expectations. I placed another order today!Thank you for a great job.

Ive seen Andy son 4 times for cut and color. He is expert with the scissors and is a talented colorist. Hes done everything from purple to natural jambalaya on my hair. Very reasonable pricing and I am a huge fan of Korean makeup so I love that they have a shop as well. Clean with a laid back vibe. Not posh if that is what you are looking for.

Since then when i call i ask for her personally. I was looking for a pair of cordless Whals senior . But they only had the 100 year anniversary pair. i didnt want those ao Ira May took my name and when they were back in stock she gave me a call back to inform me. After months and months ahe remembered that and i appreciate that. She is a good salea person. She knows her stuff .

Amazing barber supply store I purchased 8 pairs of clippers oster, andis, wahls, clipper maintenance equipment, capes,brushes etc. Shipping is always, fast and on time..the prices,are the lowest among all competitors .they are always fully stock..after 15 purchases I had one issue of receiving, the incorrect item a $4.95 cents hair brush..I called the store, and was told keep the wrong brush,we will send you a replacement, immediately..in 2 days I had my replacement brush..so for all your barber accessories, please utilize Atlanta Barber Supply Company. 🐯

SCAMMERS BEWARE!! Bought something from their online store and I never received my package, TWICE. I tried contacting the store but I never got any information about my order. I manned up and took first package as a loss and made my order again. For the second order I got an email stating that I’ve made bad reviews towards them and will not be sending my package. They still withdrew the money from my account though and I’m yet to receive a refund.

This is how business should be done. I ordered from the website and received free shipping and the item was delivered the next day. I was automatically sent emails detailing every move my package made during the shipping process which was great. I live in Sandy Springs just outside the perimeter of Atlanta so Im relatively close, but to get my order in less than 24 hours from when I ordered it is unbelievable. Usually companies dont even acknowledge my order till the day after I order and then ship it the day after that. With this place I ordered at 3pm on Wednesday and had my package in hand on Thursday before noon with their standard free shipping. Im seriously blown away. I will never buy any place else. That kind of service makes a customer for life!

This is THE BEST beauty supply store..hands down!! Prices are the best/customer service is great/every product Ive seen on the website was always in stock when I visited the store! Best in Atlanta!!

Went for shaving supplies and was not disappointed! The customer service was excellent and they were very knowledgeable. The prices either matched or were LOWER than amazon! I found some great quality items there for not very much. They have an extensive collection of after-shaves, I stopped counting after 10, and they have alot of straight/double edge razors and blades. The only thing that might be lacking, is a pretty display, but what they have works well and is clearly organized and the money the save by not being flashy is money you save on products! I will no longer be shopping online, but here exclusively unless I need a really special item.They also have an amazing DE razor (Mehaz butterfly action) for around $28 and is by far the best I have seen in that price range and is built like a $50+ razor. And the staff will let you handle the items and see how they fit for you and their weight etc, they will even let you load a blade so you can get a feel for it. They then go in the back and bring you a brand new one fresh in the box!If you like traditional shaving at all, this place is a must!

The store is wonderful and its employees are friendly, extremely helpful and in the course of my conversation with them were very appreciative of the time I took to utilize their services.Old fashioned courtesy and a cheery, yet business like environment made it well worth the trip to downtown Atlanta and I will definitely return for additional purchases.

I have been struggling with the star rating on this review. A single star review is mean spirited but there is no way a 4-5 star is anywhere close of a representation of my experience. 100% of the issues with my order came from the shipping process. Instead of allowing me to choose a shipping option I just got to have my package shipped by FedEx.Fedex attempted delivery on Saturday did not knock and left a door tag. They no longer delivers packages to a residence on Mondays UNLESS the package is shipped as an express package or unless it is going to a commercial address. I can not even pick up my package at the local depot on Mondays.Ericka Williams with ABBS has been more than helpful and accommodating and has refunded the cost of the shipping and has done everything she is able to do. She is the reason this is not a lower star review.ABBS Please move away from using FedEx. I will not be able to order products from you any further unless FedEx is removed from your shipping options.

Absolutely love this place i shop nowhere else for my barber needs

I have used them many times and have spent a lot of money on tools and product through them. I’m really disappointed in how they have treated me with this last order I put in. I have been waiting on razor blades for 3 weeks now.. I live in Florida.. they sent me the wrong order and I informed them of this 2 weeks ago. I called them and they said they would over night the blades and that never happened. So this will be my last time doing business with them.

My order was shipped but once arriving to a FedEx location in Memphis my pacakage has not moved since and I contacted Atlanta Barber Supply and had no response. It has been almost 2 weeks and I have had no one get back to me and I have yet to receive my package.

I must preface this review by saying I usually never leave reviews for anything; good or bad, BUT, I felt inclined to do so this time around.If youre into the online barbering community, you will no doubt have heard of ABBS. I was in the same boat, but always just ordered from Amazon since I have a Prime membership. There were a few things I needed, so I checked it out. Most, if not all the things I wanted to buy were up and away the best prices around for them. (Like seriously, this is the place to go to stock up on clipper oil, trimmer blades, and Oster combs)Now as I stated before, Im a bit jaded when it comes to shipping because of my Prime account, but I was very hesitant to pay the 8 or 9 dollar shipping fee for the items I had placed in my cart. I would come to find out the fee is waved after $70, so I figured what the heck, Ill get a few extras to make it worth placing the order. (Also, to anyone hesitant to pay the shipping fee for orders under the threshold, the competitive pricing absolutely makes up for it)I was not dissappointed. As a previous review stated, you receive email updates every step of the way during the order and shipping process. Very nice. I received my rather large package thinking it seemed a bit heavy for what I ordered; I wasnt crazy for thinking it, because inside I would find a can of (complementary)clipper disinfectant spray with a sticker reading in big, bold print THANK YOU FOR YOUR ORDER. Bravo, guys. Way to go above and beyond. Definitely will remain doing business in the future.

They treated me like I needed them and if it werent for coming all the way here from Ohio, I would have left. Sad! They should just focus on online sales that way they can continue to be impersonal.

I placed an order with ABBS(Oct. 8th). I received a confirmation email that my order had been shipped(Oct. 12th). After that, I didnt get anything else about as far as email goes about the tracking of my package. I even tried tracking my package on USPS and Fedex(even though my tracking # was longer than 12 digits) and NOTHING. The tracking # they sent me was not in the system! I called ABBS about this(Oct. 15th), gave them my info and they didnt have me as purchasing anything in the system(but they took my money out of my account). Something needs to be done ASAP because I like doing business with ABBS!
