The store is damn near empty…. There’s one of each product on the shelves.. looks nothing like the pictures

Sitting here waiting outside this place that’s supposed to be open and they aren’t. The number listed on google is incorrect. Total waste of time and gas.

Small neighborhood shop with a decent variety of goods for your hair. They focus on black beauty products for men & women. If youre into body oil (think cologne/perfumes) they got you covered in that department as well. Go support!

That is now a Family Dollar no Natural Beauty Supply there. I went to look for it maybe 2 months ago and thought I just couldnt find it. Only today realized that I couldnt find it because it doesnt exist.

It would be nice to update your open and close times to reflect a time. It’s kinda of a inconvenience to travel over 15 miles to come find that it’s closed but google says open. 🙄

A Black owned business. Customers were upbeat and help me find everything well. I definitely encourage people to give them a look.

The store is small, so the selections are limited but customer service is excellent.

Great staff. Real cool and laid-back staff. They have a real good and clean system to find nail colors and a fun staff to help assist you. With the exception of Tom Ford makeup line, they carry really good make up lines. Sorry to hear Ruby C. had a bad experience, but I came here a few times and the treatment was the same.

I will change my rating if I have an opportunity to actually visit the store and get a different experience. It’s a Thursday morning at 10:23 am and the store was suppose to open at 10. At least that’s what google says and the sign on the door. The store was closed, lights off and everything. I’m trying to get in a habit of supporting more businesses operated by people of color. That’s difficult to do when I encounter situations like this. It has happened several times. The reviews are positive and I do feel like the review about the Caucasian person was fabricated so I completely ignored that. I’m highly disappointed that the store was closed as I was in need of products. I was forced to go to an Asian ran beauty supply. Who was actually open by the way. Come on! Let’s get it together. If you are going to run a business, open on time. Professionalism. I will be back. Just not sure when. I did wait until 10:34 am but no one arrived so I left.

I looked up this place about a month ago and I was happy to know it was black owned! The guy that worked in front was very nice and cool. Great store, it has a nice and calm atmosphere. Its not like when you go into Asian owned stores and they treat you like youre going to steal something or are often very rude. Im going back again right now as we speak. There are plenty of supply stores in my area, but Im more than willing to drive further out to support them .

Very nice, cozy atmosphere. I literally just went in there to purchase an Afro pick, and they were the sweetest people! The owner (guy with the curly hair) was friendly, helpful, and found the perfect product for me!! They were quick, cordial, and even helped me out with trying to decide where to eat! Lol nice store, nice people. Yall should check em out.

I was happy to find this is a black owned beauty supply store. The prices for itens were lower than the Korean beauty supply stores and the store is clean and well-stocked.

Not a fan of businesses that heavily discriminate in the matters of race, since money at the end of the day is green in the USA. The store clerk (black American male) only spoke to brown skin patrons acknowledging them and offering assistance and was very short and rude with the blonde Caucasian woman in front of me. I am biracial (fairer complexion) and have mixed hair. I stopped to try this place thinking I could buy hair care products at this store as I am new to the area- I asked him about a product, he looked at me and looked away. Ignored my question and did not respond. I asked again and he walked away. I was surprisingly disappointed with the service and overall attitude...I was in the shop all of 10 minutes and decided I would rather drive 15 minutes out of the way to another location than pay for someone to treat me with such disrespect. I will NEVER recommend this business or suggest for anyone to shop here unless you want to support businesses that promote hate and disrespect because of someones physical appearance.

The sign said they were open until 7:30 but they were closed when I got there at 6:00

Went there at 11:10 am even though they said they open at 11 am... I drove from so far and wasted my gas and they werent open... Smh. Even tried calling the # on their website. Just wished if they said they open 11...they should be open.
