It’s 8:14 am and the store is not open although it’s supposed to be open at 8 am.

Its 8:33 and the store still isnt open, even though it says it opens at 8am online. Super frustrating. At the very least the hours should be updated online if 8am is no longer the open time.

The cashier was rude did not care that I drove a long distance to get there through heavy traffic. I was very disappointed that she had closed the store @ 2:30pm. With No notice. I just feel that she could have gone a lot further to serve clients instead of losing money. Who turns away money right now-200 dollars that day ir more from me and other customers.😤

I appreciate the consistent kindness and great service provided by the staff. I can’t say that about the salon pro store down the street. I wish CosmoProf carried Pulp Riot and Redken...I’d never go back to Salon Centric. This cosmoprof treats me like a friend every time I’m in. I appreciate you ladies!

Always something with this location. I’ve driven out on a few occasions to the place being closed!! It’s not like it’s around the corner and the other one is in Snellville so it was inconvenient to say the least to drive to buck head on a Saturday morning to find out that they were closed.

Love the service here, the Cosmo ladies are helpful and very friendly. They will order if you need something that is out of stock. When they have a sale its great! Wish they had more😂I applaud the ladies at Cosmoprof I am always well taken care of when I visit this store. Thank you!

Ive been into this store about two times now, and each time the person at the counter acts like Im a nuisance for being in the store. I think the staff could improve on customer service - however I do not have much to say about the products because I choose not to shop here now because of their staff. They also do not carry perm rods - youre best bet is to go next door to Sallys.

The give you faze information about your hair and they gave me a “gloss” that needed up being a high lift and then they gave me a color that they said was the best silver and it came out purple. I called on the phone and they said said I could bring the stuff back and they hung up rudely when I wasn’t even rude. I drove an hour to get there so they could tell me they couldn’t take it back. Then the lady lied and said she never said that. Do not waste your time

I have been shopping with Cosmoprof since before the stores were renamed Cosmoprof which obviously has been some time now. Also, I have shopped with Salon Centric for the same amount of time which I am immensely grateful for the location not too far from this Cosmoprof so that I have another alternative for obtaining my hair care supplies when I am being forced out of this Cosmoprof by ONE OF THE MOST ANNOYING EMPLOYEES IN THE HISTORY OF ANY COSMOPROF LOCATION THAT I HAVE PATRONIZED TO THIS VERY DAY REGARDLESS TO THE STATE OR CITY THAT I MAY BE IN AT THE TIME. The older female employee named Martina is a headache to endure everytime I come into this location and she is working. She literally follows me from one aisle to the next PRETENDING that shes looking for a particular item when it is PAINFULLY OBVIOUS TO ME THAT SHE IS OVERLY CONCERNED WITH MY LOCATION IN THE STORE AND WHATEVER ELSE SHE MAY BE CONCERNING HERSELF WITH. She is NOT HELPFUL in a way that I can appreciate from someone who works in a self serve shopping establishment. I DO NOT NEED TO HAVE AN EMPLOYEE STANDING IN MY FACE EVERYTIME I CHANGE MY POSITION IN A STORE AS I AM TRYING TO LOCATE ITEMS THAT I WISH TO PURCHASE AND THEN HAVE THAT EMPLOYEE OVER EXPLAIN TO ME HER REASONS FOR DOING SO AS IF I BELIEVE HER ANYWAY. I appreciate Cosmoprof and what they offer to the beauty industry and stylist community; however, I DO NOT APPRECIATE THE BEHAVIOR EXHIBITED BY MARTINA. Everytime I come in to purchase items and she is working I ALWAYS CUT MY TIME THERE SHORT WHICH MEANS I SPEND WAY LESS MONEY THAN WHAT I HAD INTIALLY INTENDED. If Cosmoprof wishes to increase their competitors revenue by running off loyal customers via employee antics and argumentative employees when questioned about said antics towards shoppers then youll allow this type of behavior from your employees to continue. Although, I certainly hope you wont and I can shop hassle free and Cosmoprof can continue to grow and prosper. Best wishes to all.Thanks.

These ladies Rock!!! I took my students to register for cards as a last minute trip because of holidays an the ladies took care of them in absolutely no time. My students was Happy and I appreciate the Store Manager she was very Helpful as usual. Thank you again. We will be back soon.

Terrible experience in this branch !!!! People who are supposed to attend or sell there neither help you nor offer anything and if they offer you something they give it to you badly. Some time ago one of them offered me a hair dye that was not the expected color and ruined my appearance. My sister who is a student about to get her cosmetology license or discount made her having the right or no tutoring to be sure she is buying the right products and nothing they do.
