Only good thing is they have the right maintenance parts for my picky Volkswagen such as filters and wiper blades. Parts such as AC compressors, throttle bodies or electrical are overpriced. Gary is very old and slow looking up parts. James and Gary address the customers as dude, buddy and man . James is no mechanic and ignorant at diagnosing.German cars are full of computers yet they dont sell automotive computers. They just brush you off and say take it to the dealer. They referred me to an automotive computer repair place in Texas. I shipped an ABS module over there and tested it saying it was good when it obviously was not as it malfunctioned causing the check engine light to come on and the speedometer and odometer to stop working.They need younger staff . They also need to open more locations.

I always call Baker first for VW, Mercedes, and Land Rover parts. The guys are great to deal with, have good prices, and can usually get them same or next day. You don’t have to pay for shipping and you support a local business.

Called around the state of ga. Looking for my part. Called baker auto this morning. Not only could they get the part, but they would have it by noon!!! They are now, my only source for import parts!!!

Great parts, in great conditiondition. Very good customer service, James was very kind, helpful, and informative; he did the research for me and even encouraged me to shop around, but they have the best prices for good quality parts.

I have been knowing James for over 18 plus years. First met while I was a manager for PepBoys in Sandy Springs. I am no longer in the Atlanta area but if I ever need anything he is my first call. So to everyone in the ATL area this is the place for automotive parts need.
