Adara is definitely the most helpful of the bunch. Came in to get my plan switched over to a different plan and I had no idea what I was doing! Adara was so kind to me and explained everything thoroughly. I know now exactly what my plan does and is for! I love this store!!

A 5 star employee for Sprint in Russell, Kentucky is Blasko. He was quick to help, assist and answer all questions. If I need to go back, I will definitely ask for him. I did not catch the name of his boss that evening, 06/17/2021, Thursday evening, but no one could ask for better leadership. My hat off to both of these two young men.

I went to this store because my T-Mobile SIM card was not working well. They worked with me for over an hour to fix my issue, even though I wasnt buying anything. Nevin- the manager was great and did everything he could to help me. I got everything fixed and will go back to this store in the future!

Went to this store a couple weeks ago just looking to get some information on Sprint. Nevin was working and greeted me immediately. Not only did he answer all of the questions that I had. He also went above and beyond and even set me up with a new phone and phone plan through Sprint, while taking care of an old one from 10 years ago that has been hindering me. Deserves ZERO Stars!! Don’t waste ur time with these ppl. Terrible customer service. Manager is less than helpful. Actually hung up after asking questions about shoddy service of the sprint/t-mobile transfer towers limbo. No answers, no help, no resolution, save ur sanity & dollars and go to elsewhere, like AT&T or Verizon.

I would not recommend this place to anyone looking to get a new phone. I have had nothing but problems out of this store and the company. I got 2 phones there and paid a deposit on them and was told that if I returned them in 14 days I would get a full refund as part of there satisfaction guarantee claim. But no, they keep giving me the runaround and will not give me my refund. I wish I have never tried Sprint before. They dont take any responsibility for their actions. I paid close to a $100 dollars for the deposit and now they are trying to say that I didnt. Even though it is clearly stated on my BANK STATEMENT as proof. I would give negative stars if that was even a option. Save your hard earned money and go elsewhere. The service on the phones was horrible always stayed in roaming. The employees here dont help with customer service.

Have had two years of dealing with this mobile phone company. They refused to unlock my phone so I could go to a different company. During that two year time period, they had me put a machine in my window with things that hung down outside of my window to get better connections. This failed and then I was sent a Sprint modem. This also failed. They would tell me that it was because their towers had not been updated. This wasNot my fault. I would have half of a bar maximum during the day and evening. None after midnight. Do not waste your time on this pathetic mobile phone company. I would not take a free phone and service if they said they would give it to me.

Sprint sucks! I had Ntelos for 19 years. Sprint buys Ntelos, lies to the customers, gives us less service than we originally had and charges a higher price. I now have more areas without signal too!
