Earlier in the week I went to the Ashland US Cellular because my phone was charging extremely slowly. I figured it was probably time to purchase a new phone. After Avram assisted me with removing a bunch of non-used apps I went home (since I forgot my charger) to see if the phone would now charge faster. I left with him saying if that didnt work it was probably just my charger needing to be replaced. Unfortunately, my phone didnt charge faster so I headed back to the store a few days later w/my charger just to be sure. Avram checked out my charger then tried a new one and the problem was solved. I cant say enough about how professional, helpful, and courteous Avram was towards me. Even though I stated that I might need to be getting a new phone not once did he bring it up or try to sell me one. He made every effort to resolve my problem in the simplest, least expensive way possible. I commend Avram for caring about the clientele and US Cellular for the type of employees they hire.

Ive been helped by Avram and Sierra on separate occasions. Both are very professional, polite, and not pushy salespeople, which I appreciate with every fiber of my being. If you happen to be sitting at the shorter end of the counter, peep to your left for a laminated masterpiece, drawn by a fellow customer.It made me smile.Thanks US Cellular! My phone case was way too expensive ! I have an unlimited plan and my data gets Slowed down to nearly nothing at the end of the month .not quite sure what thats all about?

Avram, my worker was SUPER HELPFUL! There was a chair there & since I knew it was going to take time, he offered to wipe down the chair for me, so I could sit down! Avram was super helpful with getting me a new phone after mine fell in at Howard Prairie! I had my 2.5 year old and 10 month old with me and although we kept running in to little speed bumps with the phone (me forgetting my appleid, etc) and call waiting times to get my new phone turned on he was super patient and helpful and even helped keep my kids entertained! I have been trying to separate my phone from my ex wifes and her daughters for over a month. Twice I was told everything was okay now (might have been 3). Six times this month and 8+ hours. This is utterly inexcusable.

I got a Bluetooth here that ended up not working. I went to return it at which time I was told they dont return bluetooth devices after theyve been used. It is printed on the receipt. The person I bought it from was new and didnt say anything. They were nice enough to run it up the chain and allow me to return the bluetooth since I hadnt been told about the return policy. I appreciate that they were willing to put in the effort.
