My experience was horrible! When you drove to the store to pay my bill in CASH... they penalize me by charging me an extra $3.00 to my bill. when you go into the store to pay your bill.... this is NOT good Customer services! Time to find a phone service that has GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICES!
