Went in the guy was very honest with me about cost and simplicity of repair, honesty is the best quality to have to build loyal customers. 100% Recommend and will return if need be.

I ordered a phone from him, IPhone 6s+ was not told it was used. Paid 290.00$ Plus a 20$ phone plan. I was supposed to have it the next day, 5 days later I get the phone. When I got the phone he didn’t give me the box it came in, and no charger. When I got the phone home it would not hold a charge, the camera would shake when trying to take a picture. I take the phone back, he doesn’t give me my full refund on the phone and I’m out the 20$ for phone plan. He kept the 20$ phone plan money and 75$. For a restocking fee. When it was not a working phone. Very very disappointed. He kept money that he should not have.

The owner is always polite, has treated me fair and honest. I had no idea he was there, another shop last year fixed a phone 4 times after the 1st because it wasnt right. I took it here and never a problem after and the price is fair.

Went to another repair shop and he recommended Wireless MD. Ive been looking for a long time for a replacement for my charging plug for my netbook that broke. No place had anything that fit. Went to Wireless MD and in less than a week they had a new plug for me, fixed a messed-up hinge, and cleaned out the outlet where the plug went!. All for a good price. Netbook was worthless without a charger!!

I am from Houston and here in town for work. My Galaxy S8+ cracked during work and we all know how important a cell phone is nowadays, specially if yourre not from around town. My phone has a curved edge touch screen on the sides and many repair places do not carry it on hand and have to order. After contacting 3 places, Chris from Wireless MD also didnt have it on hand BUT would have it the next day to replace my pure white lit screen. This call was around 3pm Monday and By 10:30am Tuesday MY PHONE SCREEN WAS REPLACED!! Chris always kept a professional tone and yet very easy to talk to. Highly recommended Phone looks and performs good as new!!

He did a really good job, and it was wonderful service. Only one little problem I found my speaker was not popped into place in the screen. However it is not that noticable. So overall a pretty good job 👌

This a a very honest and knowledgeable repair servive, my sons Samsung s7 active had a charging issue and I bought a battery on eBay for $11.00 and took it to Wireless MD to install the battery. The person working there advised me that the battery in the Samsung active models is under the screen and no matter how much heat is applyed or how carefull he was the screen was likely to crack and a and a chip on the board that regulates the charging is usally the problem. I told him that I could buy a used Samsung s7 active on eBay for $100.00 and he advised me that was my best option. I would recommend Wireless MD to anyone because they are honest and very professional and gave me the correct evaluation. This is the go to place for cell phone repair in Ashand Kentucy.

I had my Samsung Galaxy S5 repaired at Wireless M.D. in Ashland when the charging port needed replacement.. It was a very good experience. They did everything they said they would do, charged a fair price and provided service while I waited. I particularly liked that they repair everything in-house - no sending a phone off and waiting for its return

Got my phone screen fixed about 3 months ago. About 3 weeks ago it stopped charging called the place Saturday said they could do it for free went in to the place and said it would be $50. Ridiculous prices. Also wasnt wearing a mask.

This service was a life saver! My phone was fixed within an hour and a half of my incident and that was WITH travel. Less than a 20 minute wait and so worth it!

I paid this company $116.59 on July 2nd to fix my daughters iPod. They said they had to order the screen and told me it would be there by the 6th and that someone would call me once it came in. I received no phone call so I called them on the 8th. The guy that answered the phone said at first that he did not think the guy that orders their stuff ordered the screen. He asked me to call him back in 10 minutes or so while he tried to find out what happened. I did call back and he said that the manager told him the company they order from did not have them in stock at the time but that they were in now. He said that they would order it for me unless I wanted a refund or I could buy an iPod that they had there. I told him that my daughter just wants her iPod fixed. He said they would order the screen and that it would be in by the 13th at the latest and that someone would call me when it came in. I once again received no calls so I called them, again, on the 15th. Guess what, they did not order the part AGAIN and came up with the excuse that the company they order from did not have them in stock at the time, which is either a lie or incompetence on their part because they told me it was in stock when I called on the 8th. I was told once again that they could either order the part (that they were supposed to order on the 2nd when I paid them), or give me a refund or sell me the iPod they have there. So I guess I will just have to get a refund since I do not think they would do a very good job at fixing it since they cannot even remember to order the parts. I would definitely avoid using this company at all cost.
