I recently started having a lot of issues with my Android phone. A while back I got hacked and in the last few days I have received many notifications that my phone had been compromised. After messing with it myself for a couple of days, I finally called my Verizon store and they said sure, bring it in. I took it in and met with Jordan who was friendly and helpful and he had it cleaned up in less than ten minutes for no charge. Thank you Jordan and thank you Verizon!

This retail store was super slow and didnt help me at all after about 45 minutes of being in the store I actually left made and went to the mall like half a mile away and the Verizon rep In the middle of the Ashland mall helped me in 5 minutes. Needles to say I would not recommend this reatailer

Tanner was very good. He helped me with absolutely everything. Showed me how to set up my phones talked me through everything. I came in was clueless about what I wanted for myself and my kids. When to the store on the hill beside chick fil a and because my husband was having issues with his music on his phone. I called other stores and all they could tell us was to buy a subscription service for him. We was greeted by Michael who not only helped us with our issue but checked our account and saved us money on our monthly bill and saved us so much we ended up getting new phones. this location is the best Verizon I have been to lately

I was able to get in and out with a new phone (and all of information transferred to my new one) in less than 20 minutes. Everyone was masked up and social distancing, it was a pleasant experience. We worked with Michael Farley and he was knowledgeable, patient, and truly made the experience as easy as it could have been. Despite numerous hiccups on our end (not having all the information we needed initially) and ending up needing to get 5 phones due to the one we planned on keeping not being able to be transferred to Verizon, we still left with smiles on our faces and would eagerly come back to work with Michael in the future. Been with verizon for 15 yrs. Always had good service if I had a disagreement they took care of it.There is one thing to watch out for an its the buyouts make sure your old phone is getting paid off an the balance is not getting transferred to another line ( if you have more than one line )they do get commissions on what they sell
