Very friendly environment. Well mannered staff and easy to talk to. Spencer Wargo, Josh Price, and Robert Reyes are very easy to talk to and listen to the needs and wants of their customers. They have helped me out in a pinch a couple of times over the last couple of years with two vehicles that have been quite reliable. They are definitely a place I will come back again for in the near/far future.

Service is to slow. Waited 11 days just to get a oil change. Unacceptable!

This was the first time Ive been to Bill Harris and it will probably be the only dealership that I will go to from now on. The prices were the best I could find from Columbus to Cleveland. All the employees bent over backwards to get me the best deal and were so friendly. This was the best experience Ive had with buying a new car in over 25 years of buying cars.

Overpriced customer service reps dont care for you and they dont include any manufacturer deals as they are supposed to... never going over there again for an over priced oil change plus waited 3 hours to get it done with an appointment..
