The salesman, Mark, was a really nice guy. We told him a credit score, payment range, and down payment and he found my wife a Nissan Rogue that she absolutely loves! The 100k bumper to bumper was huge bonus! I wish we would have had time to take more pics but my wife was late for work. We take it back Monday for the full detail treatment. As they say, happy wife happy life!

Would never do business with this company again, I will go to Huntington or further if need be. They never told me that the truck I purchased had been wrecked from the previous owner and now 4 months later Im starting to have problems and they act like theres nothing they can do but when I was purchasing the vehicle they were all smiles and how can we help you, be very careful if you do business with this company make sure to read all the fine print and do not trust what they tell you, check the car fax yourself. All they want to do is make the sale. After you sign the papers, they will brush you off and tell you theres nothing they can do, and do not let them run 28 hard inquiries on your credit. It has took me four months to get my score back up to where it was. I feel they are very unprofessional and not a reliable company to do business with.

What a joke. Bought a car there and altornator went out and they wanted to look at it when I know its the altornator and if warranty dont cover it charge me 120$ its a scam.

I went and got a used car 2016 chevrolet equinox. It was supposed to be being detailed we waited 4 hours then come to find out they locked it in the garage and left. Waited for someone to unlock it to get my car. Then when driving it home the check engine light came on I called and complained. The engine light went off and back on set an appointment up to get serviced wanted to charge me to just check the engine light. The people were rude and saying well I should of bought a newer car!!!

When I went to Bill Cole I was in desperate need of a new/newer vehicle as my ‘09 Corolla was on its last leg. After being lowballed on trade in and then being convinced to return to strike a deal, we left with an older model CR-V that my wife felt much better in than our Dodge Dart.That is until the next day, the first day my wife drove the car, the AC went completely out. With 2 newborns in the car. It was 95° that day. I called everyone and their brother, and my salesman, Jeremiah, helped in any way he could, but the SOONEST they could even look at it for service is the 26th of July (currently the 14th, AC out since the 11th, bought on 10th)I was hoping that with as much as Bill Cole stands behind their cars, that they would help me in terms of selling me a car in july that obviously had issues (3rd Gen CR-V) with AC already. No such luck. I honestly have no idea what we are going to do at this point. This is my wifes only car, besides my work van.
