Had an oil change and tire rotation. Job was done in a timely manner. Comfortable, clean waiting area was available. Staff was courteous and friendly.

I purchased a new Honda CRV in 2018. Late last summer the AC quit working. I took it back to the dealer under warranty and they said they fixed it and recharged the system. The manufacturer warranty ran out this past February. In May I set the climate control to cool the car. Guess what its low on Freon again. I took it back to Cole Honda for them to honor their work. They refused. They wont even look at it unless I pay $349.00. I advise anyone to shop elsewhere unless you prefer crooked work. Signed unhappy customer Steve in Greenup

The service adviser was very polite and had me written up in quick order, the service tech was very thorough in taking care of my vehicle and checking it all out. Overall it was a good experience.

My wife took one of our cars in for an oil change and tire rotation. Waited about an hour when normally everywhere else is about a half hour when it’s not busy, which my wife says it wasn’t. But the biggest thing was the oil marks from fingers on the hood and door, and it left with a bad odor like bad body odor. Just too long of a wait and overall from going in the door just was not friendly or professional. Price was very reasonable, about the only good part. A cheap synthetic oil change
