Had them install a spray in bed liner in my truck and it has proven to be very durable and looks great. I appreciate their attention to detail.
Bought 4 new rims 800+$ to put on my new cooper tires. With a scheduled appointment I go in and they said they had to change by hand. Instead of using machine. So in turn I have busted cords in all 4 tires. And they put an ungodly amount of weights on to balance. Took to another shop and they balanced correctly.Pathetic. Cant go complain cause its company vs me.Y all suck! I hope everyone double checks there work.
Classy Chassis got us in quickly and got our Truck bed liner done in a hurry and looking nice!
I had a spray in bed liner installed in my pickup, as well as the Glassparency windshield treatment applied. Both were done the same day and it looks great. The bed liner is going to save my truck from the constant abuse I put it through for years to come. The guy that did my bed liner came out and talked with me in the parking lot for a few minutes and seemed very proud of the work they do there. Super friendly and helpful staff, knowledgeable in what they install. Already have, and will continue to recommend.
Friendly staff and great customer service! Called to have RainGuards installed and they did it the same day! Will definitely be back in the future!
Had a leveling kit installed on my Silverado months ago. Initially when I picked the truck up it rode extremely rough. I came home and got on the phone with the manufacture to figure out what was wrong. Turns out the instructions werent followed correctly and the ball joints were installed incorrectly. So I called out there and explained the issue to them. They were very receptive and apologetic for their mistake and took the truck back immediately to fix. The next day I picked my truck back up and it rode better, until we took it on a 500 mile roadtrip camping and at highway speeds it was very rough. Once we got to our camping destination I immediately scheduled an appointment with the local dealership and the alignment was way off. Once the alignment was fixed the truck rode much better.I reached out to classy chassis and they were cooperative and willing to reimburse me for the corrected alignment. I really just wanted to be done with this terrible experience. They admitted their mistake, reimbursed me for the alignment and I though it was done. At that time I decided to not leave any bad reviews because they did what they could to make it right. However, fast forward a couple months later my truck starts creeking terribly whenever the truck would go over a bump. So with a little investigating I realized they didnt put any grease in the A-arms which is the last straw for me. I ended up putting 3/4 of a tube of grease in to my A-arms which leaves me so frustrated that I decided to write this review.Im sure they do good work for some. But my experience was frustrating, sub par, and seemed like rushed and did amateur work to my truck. On top of that the truck had a leveling kit installed and the truck isnt level. The front needs raised another 3/4 to be level with the rear.Take this review how you want but my experience was awful.
My husband and I bought a12 year old truck to haul our horse cross-country to our new home. We took it to Classy Chassis on the advice of our trailer maintenance guy and our trainers hauler. We are so pleased we did. They took out the old nasty liner that had been in it and replaced it with a gorgeous spray-in liner. They also installed a gooseneck hitch and electronic plug -in in the bed with the turnover ball system. The bed of the truck looks like new and we love it. Their work was also very affordable and done quickly. Theyre a little out of the way for us, but completely worth the drive!
Great service. We got the bed liner and rust protection on my new work truck. Liked it so much we got my wife’s Jeep done!!!
Carrying and understanding staff. Good product line. Stands behind products.
Friendly people and very helpful. Decent prices.
I had the rust proofing done and did not get what the pictures show on the website. The website makes it look like you get your entire undercarriage sprayed with a black undercoating and all you get is some sticky rust preventer stuff sprayed on random spots of the frame and in your doors. You do get the electronic corrosion module plugged into your OBD2 port though and the customer service was ok. Just don’t get fooled by the pictures on their website of what your undercarriage will look like when completed.
Great place! I got everything at a great price! I would highley recommend this place to get hooked up with anything you need for your truck!
Great service, why buy your auto accessories anywhere else? Shop in Ashland.
