Went to exchange wheel cylinders. Forgot receipt riding 25 mins to store is painful ride for me. Had 1 employee in parking lot diagnosing vehicles in parking lot and 1 in store gave him information to look up he said he cannot stood in line while he was on the phone had four people inside didnt want to help me will not visit this store again. Employee behind counter seemed he didnt want to be there.

The only parts store around Ashland that are polite and helpful 100% of the time! It remains the only store Ill go to for auto parts unless Im completely out of options!

Horrible service. Stopped in this morning and stood there for 5 minutes while someone chatted on the phone and not looking any parts up. No other employee in sight. Left and went to OReilys.
