I think I come here at least two times a day. Overall I am very happy with this door and all the staff. They always have what I need and all of the shelves are nice and clean and organized. The overall area is safe and very accessible with a large parking lot, easy for me to get in and out of Eden with a trailer.

Im disabled, and we bought a nice looking Winter cover for our new 3 person swing. It looked sold, rigid, and rectangular, in every online photo. We Hought 4 48 inch screen type ground anchors in advance of the cover delivery and installed them. However, to our surprise, it does not come with any type, of support frame. I bought PVC pipe to make a light as I could internal frame, and Home Depot cut all the pieces for me to make things easier to assemble. Huge help. Thanks for the excellent customer service. Unfortunately, I was in a hurry when I gave my put list, and forgot to have the two long front and rear pipes cut, so I could add six cross sections to sustain a snowboard, so Ill have to bring those back to be cut. Great job. And BRAVO to Brandon that cut my pipe in advance for my pickup.

I enjoy finding out of the ordinary places when looking for restaurants. South Street Grille is located downtown. The building is unassuming on the outside. Inside is a different story. It is clearly an old building that has been refurbished but the owners have done so in a charming way. The wait staff was very helpful and gracious and the food was excellent.

At 6:00 AM Im not in the mood to learn a new occupation as a checkout clerk. Enough of this self checkout BS. Every store is doing it. Whatever happened to customer service? Other than that, the employees are nice.

They always have what I need. Usually have good deals on tools every so often. Also way better than Lowes. Just wish I lived closer.

The paint dept is awesome. Rest of these peeps arent tryin to work too hard or help too much.

Employees are always helpful Im in my late 60s and I wanted cactus potting soil or equip some cactus and it was not out in the outside area it was inside the store and the employee at Home Depot walked into the store to get it and then came back and told me they were out of it but it was so sweet for her to walk in and look probably 2 minutes to look for it, that would have been 5-8minutes for me. She then told me there was a Loews across the main street.

Quick in and out. Very helpful in finding what we needed. We bought a 4 ft piece of oak and they said I could cut it there. I cut it into 1 ft pieces. While at self check out an employee said to stop he had to charge me by the foot. I said no it was priced by the four foot piece. He wouldnt listen, so while he was holding it I scanned it and it said 4 ft. When I showed it to him he said well ok and through it into the cart. He was kind of rude but the rest were not. I will still come back and shop here.😃

They do not have all the power tools in the same spot. The have chainsaws, leaf blowers, and weed eaters on one end of the store, but they have drills and other electrical power tools in the middle of the store. I was thinking that all the power tools would be in one place, but I guess that one set of tools is more outdoor related than the other. 🤷🏼‍♂️

People working in Ashland oh store was very helpful in helping us pick and load 600 dollars of wood insulation and everything else needed to build two rooms. THANKS FOR ALL YOUR HELP

I am from Texas! We have horses! We love horses, but I have never seen a sign like this! It made my day! The service was good a always! I need bricks to hold down my tarp! I got just what I needed to do the job! But as I drive back to Texas I am still stuck on my now favorite sign!😂😂😂

This review is specific to the garden area. Plants were mostly healthy and well watered. No staff to help you if you need it so you have to go and try and hunt someone down which....takes a while. They do have organic vegetables now which was nice to see!

Love the Ashland Home Depot. The people that work r so kind and courteous!

Its not that bad of a store . However it needs to go back the way it was before covid 19 . Meaning : make it so the customers can start using the doors we enter through be where we exit from as well . My self and a couple of other people I know all have walking issues . As well as Im sure there are other people who have physical issues as well . They might also appreciate it going back to normal as well. YES !!!!! IM WELL AWHERE THERE ARE MOTORIZED CARTS THERE !!!!

The lady that was supposed to be in flooring was not in flooring and nowhere to be found, and didnt have any help. But when i go in during the mornings there is always someone there that is happy to help and has a great attitude and shes very sweet and i believe her name is liz.

Prior to COVID 19, Staff was abundant and they were all very helpful, product informed and kind. In the past year, it appears you do need to wait longer than usual for assistance, but that is because they are helping others, and perhaps staff has been cut. This in no way effects their knowledge and customer appreciation. Nor is it fault of the employees. Schedule your day and know you might be there longer than before, and you will not be stressed out. FIVE STAR service in ASHLAND, OHIO. :)

I will NEVER buy an appliance from Home Depot AGAIN!!! I ordered a washer and dryer in the middle of June to have on the move in date to my new home (PAID FULL IN CASH). It was supposed to be delivered on the 1st of July. We got the Washer but the Dryer came damaged (power cord) so they set up a new date to get the new Dryer and that was July 13th. They came but, that Dryer was also damaged (power cord AGAIN!!) Now they’re telling me I won’t get my new Dryer until August 17th!!! 2 months AFTER I PAID CASH MONEY FOR THE PRODUCTS!!! No one seems to know anything about it and there’s no way to get it pushed any sooner bc there’s orders ahead of mine and they don’t prioritize. Idk whether it’s a fault on Samsung’s end or if it’s the delivery guys fault. Either way it’s unacceptable and nobody wants to take accountability for their mistakes. I WILL BE TAKIN MY A$$ TO LOWES FROM NOW ON!!!!

They sell the best appliances and are friendly and informative. But if youre going to add funds to a gift card, I recommend doing it online. They havent quite trained all their clerks in how to do that in-store.

Easy to find what you need yourself and if you need help its usually pretty easy to find a worker to assist me. Everyone I came in contact with was very friendly and helpful.

Bought 10 bags of mulch. The sale is 5 for $10. Cashier screwed up and charged me more. The cutie in the parking lot caught it and sent me back to fix it. Turned out well and she made $3 for catching it.

We love home depot however the employees dont call back only deal with you in person I have called three times about something and never got a call back. It was time sensitive so whatever.

Typical Home depot. People are friendly. Online ordering can be hit or miss. Especially when ordering wood. But for the most part is a convenient set up.

The old man in Tools said they had no cordless heat guns even after I told him the website said there was one. The old man started giving me an attitude, luckily one of the other associates was able to locate it for me.

Very well designed, usually has anything we need. If not, online usually does!

One of my favorite stores. I could spend hours in here. My only complaint—- lack of check outs! I refuse to check myself out while spending my money.i want waited on! As for on floor help usually great!

Lady was very helpful and didnt mind explaining the choices of flooring. Checkout was painless and a kind young man loaded it for me!

Told them the paint color an the dude was to busy talking he didn’t realize that he made us the wrong paint. We realized he did when we got home but we had to speed to get back right before they closed but currently we are in the store an it’s been called over the speaker that it’s now closed. He kept apologizing which is great but I ask for them to do their job respectful for the customers without goofing off so they don’t screw up for the next person.

For being a big box store our home depot lives up to its name. Its a depot to get supplies for our 🏠 home. And they treat you home town friendly.

Sold me broken AND repacked merchandise via curbside pickup, then refused to allow me to return the broken AND repacked merchandise they sold me without going into the store, which defeats the point of curbside pickup.

I recently purchased a range there. I ordered in the store. The person helping me accidentally ordered the wrong color. After it was delivered, I realized it was the wrong color. After contacting the customer service department, Sasha handled it quickly and very professionally. I am extremely happy with my new range!

Seriously with lumber prices the way they are you need to charge 2 separate prices for a 5 gallon bucket and lid

If they get a phone call while helping you, they talk with them and leave you waiting. Not the best customer service in my opinion. I also work in a service industry and you take care of the person in front of you before you take care of the phone call.

He also lied about what was in stock. Internet says plenty in stock well its WRONG!

Dont like to high in price

I went to the store to purchase a microwave as ours had just died. We found a few we liked and asked for assistance to see if they were in stock. We were told they dont stock any microwaves and they would have to order it in. Another employee overheard the conversation and actually looked and they did have one in stock. The second choice we had made actually had a sticker on it saying in stock. it wasnt. The first employee we talked with acted like it was a pain for him to even look it up and got nothing but attitude from him. We shop at that Home Depot all the time we are there almost every weekend. My point is if they have to order it i can do that myself why even have the store. On another note a big sign out front saying everyone must wear a mask. I think there were more people not wearing one that people who were. if you arent going to enforce it then take the sign down.

Theyve improved their customer service. Not hard to find someone to help you. A lot of times they will have what Lowes or Menards dont have. Selection is pretty good.They could really use more battery-operated carts. 2 are not enough! Its a long walk when youre in pain.Finally, find better help in the appliance department. The elderly woman needs better people skills. Weve taken more than $5,000 worth of business elsewhere due to her.

The lumber is bad, you gotta go thru so many just to find a couple good ones that arent warped, also they need to get employee to start removing the staples that are in the lumber instead of customer finding them after they cut their finger.,, this place just keeps getting worse, I wished there was a Menards closer, had to run in to get a few pieces of lumber and again most of it was warped or broken

The associates were very attentive and helpful at this location. Very good deals on appliances. The store was very clean and well organized. Will definitely be going back.

Needed some tubing asked an employee for eight feet and they looked at me and asked if I knew where the cutters were. Ten minutes later after he never returned with said tool I left.

This place is okay. Honestly liked it better before the pandemic. The employees do not seem as happy either. Ashland really needs a Lowes.

I bought my first home a year ago and have had to do repair work on appliances, woodwork, plumbing, ect. They always have what I need to get the job done. The customer service is excellent! If I cant find what Im looking for there are plenty of good hard working employees that will help.
