They are honest and friendly. Got washer and dryer and recliner. And love them all. Payment is affordable.

I did business with them once before and obviously forgot why I hated them so much.Now I remember. 🙄 I cant wait to pay this off and never ever deal with them again.

I would not recommend dealing with them.Went to rent a TV on Saturday 11/23 and I told them the only way I am going to go through all this is if by the following Saturday I can have to TV delivered and they said that should be no problem.So they got all the references verified and were shown a paystub.Then they said they couldnt do anything further till Monday because they had to verify Employment.Which was fine and understandable.Monday rolled around and it was getting later in the day and we still hadnt heard anything so we called down there to check on stuff. They said no one answered the number we gave so we gave them a different number to try and called boss to let him know someone would be calling.Didnt hear back from them so Tuesday I called them and asked them if they got everything verified and they said Yes! Everything looks good you just need to bring your card info in and then we will deliver it Saturday 11/30. Took card info in and they said thanks everything is good we will see you Saturday.Saturday comes and I had to run a few errands so I called down there to get a roundabout time when they would be here deliver it.They say well it looks like we need to verify from the owner of the home (which is my mother she inherited the house and gave it to us. We just havent had it switched over to our name yet).She has to come in to verify you guys live there and we can bring product in the house.This would have been aggravating but fine had someone called and let us know. No one has called to update us with anything since we started this process weve had to take the initiative first.When I took the card info in I was told everything was fine and they took my card info.Its been nothing but this excuse and that excuse since we started and I personally believe its the employees being down right lazy. I have never had this much trouble out of a place ever in my life.Theyve lost my business indefinitely.Another rental place Ive dealt with has been called and they are more than happy to deliver today so that is what I am doing.Only reason I decided to go with Rent-A-Center is because they had a better quality TV. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I’ve not rented something from them, but I went in and looked around a few weeks ago. They have acquired new management and there is so much more to look at in their show room now!! Most of the staff is awesome too, when I walked in I was greeted by all of them and they immediately began to show me around. I would definitely recommend trying it out with the new manager!!

Horrible customer service, rent a center in general isnt a bad company. This location however is the worst, I would much rather do without before dealing with these inconsiderate liars again.

Went in 3 days ago to get a couch & tv stand. We were told we would get a call in 30 mins. Still have yet to receive that call!! Unprofessional.

Rude manager & customer service associates. I don’t recommend this rent-a-center.It’s definitely worth driving further to another one. Don’t waste your time!

I got a used TV here and ended up paying $1,700 for a $600 TV!! Ur better off going to Big Sandy!! I had to give it one star even though I didnt want to!!😠

The worst place to buy furniture from!! My husband and I bought a bedroom set and living room set and within a few months our house was infested with bed bugs from the furniture we received from rent a center we called and we were blamed for the bed bugs!!! We were told it did not come from them when it did!!! This happened in August and its now November we spoke to the district manager and they were supposed to send an exterminator to get rid of the bed bugs all they did was have someone come and inspect weve been calling and calling and nothing can be done apparently now we have to again wait to speak to a district manager about this issue that should have been dealt with in August!!! I now have no furniture or anything to sleep on because Everytime I get something it gets infested with bed bugs!! I now have to wait to buy any furniture whatsoever until there gone!! I would highly suggest not buying anything from here especially furniture!!! I wish I could give them no stars!!! Cause theyre the worst!!!

Rented a computer from them and its been a trouble ever since. Constantly crashes can barely run the things its supposed to and constantly tells me i have updates that have failed and constantly needs repaired
