Love them or hate them they are great at what they do . I love my Rent-2-Own!!

We are needing new furniture and Amber Stewart was the biggest help. She answered all of my questions and even helped me change my order in the middle of my craziness. I really appreciate all of her help. If you ever need anything call and ask for her she would work with you and help you the best she can.

Nope,I think I will not be doing business here at all.....rude and arrogant staff,they dont want your money,they dont want your business obviously....or maybe my kind is simply unwelcome here..... (?) EITHER way I have better places to spend my very green dollars....

Better to pay it off as soon as possible. If you dont want to pay 2 1/2 times the value.

Like i told you before most of the places you ask me about i have never been to im a 65 year old crippled veteran without a vehicle so i have to walk everywhere and i pass alot of business places but i have never been in them why do you keep asking me about these places when all i do is pass by them during my walks you people are NOSEY !

I really love the staff! They are genuinely good people.. BUT. I have spent so much money there for the past 5 years, that being said a tv that I paid off 3 years ago every one of the hdmi ports have broke. (Which happened about 6 months ago) and now the wifi doesnt work. I called and they said their hands are tied. I have literally spent thousands of dollars there and they the company do not care. After I pay off everything I have thru them it will be the last. I mean a 55 lg tv and it didnt last 5 years. Not saying its their workers fault but I am saying that their corporate sucks! I will never buy another thing from them ever!!

The store was clean and easy to find and an employee named Alyssa was super super helpful. I needed a laptop for school and work and she was super nice and was able to help me find one that fit all my needs within ten minutes of being in the store. I’ll definitely be going back because of her!

Idk what’s going on with management in this store but it seems like they can’t keep good help I won’t be shopping their anymore .

I had been in the market for a Chrome Book. After shopping around, I considered returning to R2O where I had great experiences in the past. I couldnt have made a better choice. While the Chrome Book I was looking for was not currently available, R2O was able to order it for me AND set me up with a laptop while I waited. I got the exact product I was searching for and a better price and warranty than I would have gotten anywhere else. 5 STARS and thanks again for always making life easy. I cannot express how satisfied I am with this location. I am a full time employee for Apple as a Senior Tech. I called this store this morning inquiring about a computer they had. An account rep named Amber took the call. She was very professional, very polite and knew her products very well. She made it a very seamless experience. What Amber didnt know was that my PC I currently had went bad and I am also a Unity Game Developer which I am very dependent on a pc. Amber made sure I got what I needed and when she couldnt get a delivery driver for me she personally delivered it to my home. In no way, shape or form was the transaction ever difficult. I would recommend this location to anyone. Super huge kudos to Amber., what an amazing employee. Thank you again

He is the manager of Rent-2-Own in New Philadelphia, OH & if you check his reviews you will see that he rates several R2O stores as 5 star & then leaves 1 star reviews with disparaging remarks on other rental chains/stores. Been going to R2o for years now. As a single mother of two this was the best way for me to get nice things for our home without having to pay the full price right out. Highley recommend going there or even giving them a call if your needing anything for your home.

Ive been a customer of Rent 2 Own for many years. I love the quality of their furniture as well as the prices. The employees of the Ironton and Ashland stores are friendly, kind, and caring. I recently purchased items for my home and granddaughter. I personally have to mention Mike Tissott and Greg Martin because they absolutely care about ALL Rent 2 Own customers!!!
