Very good customer service I was very confused how their billing worked they kindly and calmly explained. They didnt get rude when I asked questions About the total amount owed once they explained it made sense. They dont have surprise charges or anything they made sure I was on the correct billing cycle and we are good to go.

Absolutely thrilled about my new bed and mattress. Brand new in the plastic NO BED BUGS!!! I seen reviews saying there beds had bed bugs and thats not the case! Payments are simple everything came as it was pictured. I will be renting a couch from here soon. Would recommend to anyone looking to rent.

I love this place we rent 4 different items from them. They moved it all for us when we moved, they are really understanding of payments and they are cheaper than everywhere else. I havent met anyone there that isnt super nice and polite. They are wonderful and if I could give their employee junior a 5 star on his own I would because he has been so super. Honestly, up until this point I wouldnt have had any complaints with Showplace. Ive bought my furniture outright all within the cash price period and Ive been a customer with them for over a year. Ive bought a huge fireplace tv stand, a couch and loveseat set, and a dining set all from ashley furniture through them and they werent cheap by any means. Ive even rented electronics and other various items and have even recommended other people to go there because they used to have outstanding customer service. (I will say that if you decide to do business with Showplace, Junior is one of the best employees there.)I recently moved into a new place and wanted a new complete bedroom set (king sized mind you), a new living room rug, new lamps, end table and coffee table, the whole sha-bang. They special ordered it all for me at a low down payment price and assured me everything was new and even told me that theyd throw in the lamps for free since I was buying so much. Thats where the problems began. I found out those lamps werent free at all. And not new. They were all banged up and I had to buy some parts from ashley furniture to fix one of them. Fine, not a problem because again, I thought they were free. Then COVID-19 happened and I got laid off from my job. They insisted theyd work with me because they were aware that unemployment and the stimulus was taking a long time to arrive on a national scale. I was told no late fees because thats the moral thing to do and I told them Id be making my payments once one or the other had arrived. I wasnt aware I was being lied to the whole time and once I had money in hand to make those payments, I was told I owed them almost $300 in late fees. So naturally, I inquired if they could be removed by either the store manager or someone from corporate. They insisted that it wasnt allowed and that they didnt know who had told me that and when I asked to speak to someone higher up, they tried lowering my monthly payments to make up for the fees. (Not okay in my opinion as it would just add the fees to the backend of the contract so I still would technically owe them that money in the long run) So I took my business elsewhere and gave ashley furniture all of my money directly by buying that king sized bedroom set, rug, lamps, end tables and coffee table all outright. More than $2,000 later and I have what I wanted. Just a shame that theyd be willing to lose good customers and business over something so small, and it wasnt the first time it had happened. To me or to others. Honestly, I believe how a company will treat you during a pandemic/crisis will speak volumes on how theyd treat you under normal circumstances, so take that as you will. If you want to be treated right and not lied to, go elsewhere.

Doug and JJ were very helpful! They put the couch in the exact spot that I wanted it and were nice the whole time! 10/10 experience.

The manager is a grate person the staff is grate there stuff is grate but the assistant manager to me dont needs to be the assistant manger

Have done trading with this place for a little while now, and all was good up until i needed to do a minium payment on the stuff i had rent .and the best they could do on the stuff i had rented was like 20.00 dollars .and me telling them i could have the differents in two weeks, even explain to them that we had, had 3 deaths in the family and they said no we have to have at least 150.00 of the payment ..am not very happy at this time ....

These people have no respect for anyones property except there own. They came today and picked up merchandise that we were returning and tracked mud from one end of the house to the other. They dont wear shoes covers or even take off there shoes even though it was wet and muddy. I wish I could post the pics of our floor after they left.

I went in looking for a bed frame with springs. They had 2 left. Bran new ones. One will be delivered today.

Poeple do a bunch of lying said i had a warranty on the stuff i bout and then think of a bunch of excuses why not to fix it. Would not recommend anyone to go there. Spent a ton of money there and couldnt even hold up to there word. I give them zero stars bad business there.

We will never do business with this place an didnt want to. Rent a center sold our contract to them an they will not work with us on payments.
