Excellent ice cream! I had strawberry with hot fudge. Everything was natural and tasted fresh.

Pretty good ice cream but variable across the flavors. We got salted caramel, vanilla, oreo cream, and sweet cream. While salted caramel and vanilla were very creamy, the sweet cream in particular was almost icy.The brownie sundae is just a brownie they put in a microwave, not sure if these are baked fresh that day. The one we had was a bit tough.

Definitely disappointed. Ask for a strawberry milkshake and got a milkey cup vanilla with a small shot of liquid strawberry tasted like and had them to redo to thicken and it wasnt any better. Waste of money. Didnt even have near the 41 flavors either.

I live nextdoor...so thats cool for me lol. Run by honestly young guy, seems hes trying to pay for college with his ice cream shop... Mad respect. Took my family there, saw other families who had dogs my son loved, so Im saying it is a good environment for family...and yeah the iceceam is the bomb, I just wish they were stocked on ALL the product on the menu. Staff was very friendly. The had a quiet fun atmosphere going and many favors of ice cream. All of the ice cream we tried was good. The atmosphere was very laid back and family centered. I enjoyed it here and I cant wait to go back

Fun flavors, great workers, and the boss is super nice! My favorite flavor is chai! From what I understand, it seems they make the cones fresh, but they also have cups, too. They also have coffee and things you can buy to-go or to take home with you, so you can bring local flavors to sleepovers, birthday parties, etc., without having to all make a trip there if needed. Very cool place!

Best icecream in town. Just stop by and try the flavors. Even their simple vanilla is great. There is little seating, but you will find some outside. The kids running the shop are perky and happy and make great conversation. Be careful when you roll up in the parking lot, its on a busy road.

This ice-cream shop has unique flavors mixed with local ingredients. The staff are friendly, and they have Vegan friendly options! They serve ice-cream at events, such as Leaf festival (right on the water.) During fall LEAF I like to visit them and enjoy their delicious Pumpkin pie ice-cream!

I wish that zero stars was an option. I visited the Charlotte Street location earlier today with my bf. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. The picture I provided is the Belgian Chocolate icecream, which was more like soup. When the employee handed it to me he even said, “I’m sorry it’s so melty.” I was honestly so shocked that he thought it was ok, I ended up exchanging it for a Diet Coke. But to add insult to injury he charged my bf for a bottled water, and they didn’t have any in the cooler or just room temp. We were so thirsty we just took the only sparkling water he had. I wish I had a pic of my bf’s icecream, it was entirely freezer burnt. Just an incredibly disappointing experience all around, honestly wish we could’ve just gotten a refund (this was never offered by the store employee that we had so much trouble with).

I like to come here for specific flavors because some are definitely better than others. Over all, most of their ice creams are very hard and more icy than creamy. And not all the flavors really delivered the punch and sweetness I look for. But I found that that Oreo and Maple Chai were more impressive and really stood out from the others.Plus, both their brownies and blondies are awesome! They warm them for you, of course. And this makes the chocolate chips gooey and the dough chewy and soft.This is an extra tiny place! It’s not unusual to visit in the evening to find one person working by themselves with a line of four or five people that takes ten to fifteen minutes to get through. Just a heads up.

I had the manna banana and all though it tasted good, probably 4 out of 5 for taste, it was the tiniest amount of ice cream you can imagine for $4.75 (supposedly a double). Made for the rich and famous of Asheville... I guess!

Awesome ice cream. Love that they benefit a nonprofit through a flavor. Big pet peeve though: the server is also the cashier, while two people were sitting laughing saying good job playing with the music while theres a line out of the door.

Went to this little shop on a whim and had the best ice cream, probably, in the entire southern united states. It was perfection on a cone. My girlfriend had a sugar free cone and it was equally as delicious. Local ingredients and personalities make this shop what it is and that is something special.

There were so many flavors and all were delicious! The gals working were so friendly and sweet. We must have tried 3-4 flavors each! Worst part was committing to 2 flavors. Definitely go there!

A neighborhood ice cream parlor. 15 or so flavors of ice cream to choose from at any given time. Interesting flavors are commonly on the menu of which endless free samples are available. I always get a milkshake.

Other reviews are right on. Super friendly staff, patient as can be even with my 2 boys trying tons of flavors. Ice cream could be creamier but flavors are amazing. Gotta try it.

This is the best ice cream place in Asheville! They rotate flavors, so if you find one you like, get some to take home. Also, they have the best waffle cones Ive ever had. And the servers are always super friendly and welcoming!
